People do not pay enough attention to their driving. People wait to cross and still cars go by. I see it everyday and I think a few tickets should be given out. Yes if you step out before a car can stop because you believe your right well that is abuse of the laws too. Common sense people having to wait for several cars before one will give them a break at a crosswalk is wrong.
Saint John people are getting ruder everyday.
Also people must remember cars and trucks have blind spots so try to make eye contact. I see young people walk on a red light and ignore all laws and then the other extreme cases, people ignore when a young person has their arm out to cross and cars drive by. Or I will stop to let a senior cross and someone will drive around my vehicle and just miss hitting them.
All careless with others lives but they would the first to sue if it was their love one; no respect for others.

Was the street that Leslie Bruce last Thursday was killed on similiar to Rothesay Ave in Saint in width and busyness? What a tragedy that was.
