The bureaucrats or Irving’s lobbyist could maybe try again in convincing a Judge that only Irving’s employees will be allowed to take picture.
Duane is the guy who was responsible for taking pictures of the arrest in Fredericton last spring.

What arrest? Please give more detail of why he got arrested and what he is charged with.
