Ok mr. Politics I thought you knew everything about politicians. She had surgery on her eyes and wears those glasses to keep most of the light away from her eyes.
She has Graves Disease, which is a very painful eye condition. Light hurts her eyes. It may lead to total blindness, but I think she can still see somewhat, especially with her dark glasses on.
Hi Folks: I did some research on Ms. Finley I went to her website at http://www.dianefinley.com, and read her biography. She has been diagnosed with Graves Disese which is caused by a condition called Hyperthyroyedism Which has let to her waring dark lenses at all times. Her bio did not indicate that she was Legally Blind, but from what the symptoms of her disese are list on Medbroadcast.com. She very well could be Legally blind. I cannot say for sure.
