Well in the last few days there has been lots of comments about asking permission to take a person's picture. And I didn't know who to believe, Charles or the readers. You see I am new to this blog having only started to read it last week.
From what I see in most cases for kids Charles does ask permission but here in this picture its obvious that he doesn't.
And no I am not giving you my real name. Sorry I will not give it to you because from your archives I am afraid that you will start insulting me and targeting me.

I know the guy and he reads this blog . I just wanted to pissed him off or get his attention....

Whether you know a person or not, you should respect them and ask thier permission before posting thier pictures on the internet!
Someone will piss all over you. I was right that you did take this picture without person's consent. You are harassing people on the streets.
Now do not whine when you are banned from the city streets too.
