What was this all about??? I don't have a clue. I saw this guy full of Toilet Paper walking into a Pizza place last night and quickly took thiese pictures.

Tell us a little more about this Charles. Did you talk to the guy? Did you ask why he did it or what in the heck he was doing? Do you know for a fact that he was doing it because of drugs? I am not becing sarcastic (like I usually am LOL) but I really am curious
