I was told this week that Shawn Graham will be serving the snobby bureaucrats at the Centennial Building. I got up early this morning and arrive at the scene at 7:15am!
The bureaucrats were raising money for the United Way! They told Security that no bloggers were allowed inside.

The United Way shouldn’t accept money from the snobby bureaucrats at the Centennial Building if the poor are not allowed inside!!!

The united way has to accept every million dollars it can get in order to pay their million dollar salaries.

Call me crazy but I fail to see the connection between you not being permitted to attend any event and being poor. Define poor - lacking in what .. money, food, resources, access to the necessities of life. I could argue this point for a while that you may be poor as in lacking money but you appear to have food, shelter, clothing smokes, the odd beer and a camera. It can be argued that to be poor in spirit is worse than poor in posessions. My point is that you are against those with material wealth and blame them for your lack of wealth. The only person to blame is yourself. And being poor has nothing to do with not wanting you around - really.
I'm sorry, Chuck, but you've brought this on yourself. You refuse to listen to any advice, and you're blogs are deviating deeper and deeper into unintelligable, paranoid ranting.
It's nice to finally see additional steps taken to remove any air of legitimacy that members of the political and government establishment may have provided you in the past.

I guess the Harvest blues festival know what they are gonna get themselves into if they refuse you a media pass next year.
