COMMON FRONT FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE ISN'T HAPPY WITH THE BUDGET!!

20+ YEARS OF FALSE IMPRISONMENT & VICIOUS LIES - AND
NOW NO LAWYER FOR COURT!
A New Brunswick man is among those, like Donald Marshall, who have been imprisoned for murders they
did not commit – in this case for over 20 years.
For now, this man will remain anonymous, to protect his privacy, and will be referred to only as “Jack.”
On top of the wrongful conviction, Jack was subjected to even longer and harsher prison time as a result of false reports circulated by a vindictive parole
officer. Jack had to wait until he was on parole, and away from this officer’s influence, about a quarter-century later, before he could take legal
action against him.
Unfortunately, Jack’s lawyer represented his case inadequately, and could not take the case to trial because he failed to pay his dues. Instead, the
lawyer disappeared with Jack’s file, and yet was not held accountable by the Law Society.
Jack was too poor to afford another lawyer, and could not find a lawyer to take his case for free or on a percentage basis.
The only legally trained advocate available to help Jack was not allowed by the Law Society to do so because he was not a lawyer.
Yet, neither was the advocate allowed by the Law Society to become a lawyer, despite his qualifications, because of his legal and political activism.
One of the people making this decision about the advocate was in a clear
conflict of interests, as the lawyer representing the parole officer against Jack.
Notwithstanding all these grossly unfair
circumstances, the Law Society, Legal Aid, the Justice Minister, and the Court have all refused to exercise their discretion to ensure proper legal representation for Jack.
Would you call this a true “justice”
system?

RICK DOUCET FORWARN THE BERNARD LORD GOVERNMENT OF THIS DANGEROUS HIGHWAY!!
I received this email last week!!!
Just received a call to tell me that another accident just happened on
the Pennfield stretch.
This week there was an article in the paper from Rick Doucet stating that something needs to be done with this stretch of highway.
Did you hear anything, I hope everything will be ok for whomever was in the accident.
It's a darn shame because it really is as dangerous as Rick Doucet stated and are his cries being ignored like everything else that matters to the every day person.
WHY IS THERE SO MANY HOMES WITH METAL ROOFS IN FREDERICTON????
This is one sight that attracted my attention when I arrive in Fredericton.
What's with the metal roofs anyway?

verse was a person who loved their money more than they
loved their Heavenly Father. For you see in Jesus' time,
just as today, many people were very unscrupulous, and
their money came from ill-gotten gain! After all it is written;

The other thing people often do not understand is the
"Eye of the Needle." Also in Jesus' time all villages were
surrounded by a wall for protection from their enemies. So
each village had a main gate that was open only in the
daytime, and a small side gate for night entry. This small
gate was called the "needle," and was very small.
Now those with stolen goods would try to sneak them
into town at night through that small gate. One problem
they had was a camel could not walk through this small
gate with a full load on its back, so the load often had to
be removed. Then the poor camel would still have to walk
on its knees to enter through the gate. Not an easy task
to say the least, especially for the poor camel!
So Charles, know in your heart that as long as you keep
God Number One in your life, you may prosper, and be
successful on Earth and still enter the Kingdom of God as
well! For it is written; MAY THEY PROSPER WHO LOVE
YOU. PEACE BE WITHIN YOUR WALLS, PROSPERITY

BERNARD LORD'S WIFE DIANNE TO SIT DOWN WITH THE PREMIER ON ROGERS TELEVISION AT 8:00PM????
Some one told me this weekend the couple will be on Rogers Television Monday night.
I always like Dianne and mind you that I don’t hate Bernard Lord but I’m afraid for his wife on this one.
Could she be caught in the crossfire from angry callers?
With the presence of his wife Dianne on his side/ Would this tune down the angry callers?
It was so bad the last time he was on Rogers Television that Bernard told the television audience in an ignorant way – Hey? You can be mad at me as much as you ant but I’m here till 2007!!! Either you like it or not!!!!!
Will she be like Hillary Clinton on 60 minutes?
Can Bernard wife save his political career?????
Should be very interesting?
WILL IT BE TANKER OR BERNARD LORD WHO WILL FORCE AN ELECTION? < maybe everything is ok? >
During these past few weeks, I have been chatting with MLA’s, Party workers, bureaucrats and media workers asking of their views of what’s going to happen the next few weeks?
I would say that 95% of the people just don’t know!
Tanker could become a hero or a has been!
He left the Bernard Lord Government and showed the people in his riding that he truly cares about their issues.
Of course many would say that he should have follow that action two 2 years ago when the Miramichers protesters were in front of the Legislature.
Still? He’s the only MLA in power to face the protesters in front of the Legislature since Frank McKenna.
Of course Tanker must have took his pension into consideration?
I'm sure that the members of his family have a say about their future.
I’m certain that many are indeed worried about their big retirement check?
I’m surprised the Liberals and Tanker haven’t made a deal.
I saw Tanker Friday chatting with a couple of P.C. Mla’s outside of the Legislature.
Is that a sign of things to come for Tanker Malley?
Lets go back to Bernard Lord for a minute.
He’s been touring the Province last week with the Prime Minster of Canada.
He showed that New Brunswick has a good future with the Federal Government for the next few years.
It’s a honeymoon made in heaven but we all know that honeymoons do not last long.
New Brunswickers will soon forgot the little tour by Stephen and Bernard.
Therefore Bernard Lord has to move fast.
He must introduce a budget full of goodies and quickly call an election.
He’ll say - There you are New Brunswickers!!!! A beautiful budget and good connection in Ottawa!!!
What more do you want????
Elect me and all will be well in New Brunswick.
In my opinion? Knowing Bernard Lord’s pride?
I noticed he was in his office all weekend.
I say he will call an election on Tuesday.
As for Tanker? If he defeats the Government? 
Will he be re-elected as an Independent?
I was praying that he would join the Liberal Party.
Sure is going to be interesting in New Brunswick Politics during these next few weeks!!!

During my six months protest, I had many people from Australia telling me there's a major problem with Ritalin in their country.
This proves it I guess!!!
But here in New Brunswick? It's no concern to Bernard Lord.

Child drugs linked to heart attack

CHILDREN as young as five have suffered strokes, heart attacks, hallucinations and convulsions after taking drugs to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Documents obtained by The Australian reveal that almost 400 serious adverse reactions have been reported to the Therapeutic Goods Administration, some involving children as young as three.
Cases include the sudden death of a seven-year-old, and a five-year-old who suffered a stroke after taking Ritalin. Children also experienced heart palpitations and shortness of breath after taking Dexamphetamine.
Others taking Ritalin or Dexamphetamine - the two most commonly used ADHD drugs - experienced hair loss, muscle spasms, severe abdominal pain, tremors, insomnia, severe weight loss, depression and paranoia.
Almost 60 of the adverse-reaction reports dating back to 1980, obtained under Freedom of Information laws, involved children under the age of 10.
The TGA has asked pharmaceutical companies to provide updated information about any cardiovascular side effects involving ADHD medication. "The TGA is currently reviewing this new information," a TGA spokeswoman said.
Prescriptions for Ritalin increased tenfold after the drug was listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme in August last year, reducing the cost from $49 to $29.50, or $4.70 for concession card holders.
More than 5800 prescriptions were written for Ritalin in January this year, compared with 523 in August last year. Prescriptions for Dexamphetamine jumped from 96,000 a year to 232,000 in the 10 years to 2004-05.
The US Food and Drug Administration is reviewing 90 studies to determine whether ADHD drugs were linked to the deaths of 25 people, including 19 children, between 1999 and 2003.
The drugs were also associated with 54 cases of cardiovascular episodes, including heart attacks, strokes and serious heartbeat disturbances.
Last week, a panel of pediatric experts advising the FDA recommended new information about psychiatric and heart risks be added to the labels of ADHD drugs.
They declined to recommend the "black box" warning - the strongest for prescription drugs - which a different advisory panel endorsed last month.
The FDA will consider both panels' recommendations before making a final labelling decision.
While officials said there was no conclusive evidence that the medications caused psychiatric episodes or heart problems, they noted a "complete absence" of similar reports in children treated with placebos during trials of ADHD drugs.
A spokeswoman for Novartis Australia, which makes Ritalin, said warnings regarding adverse reactions were constantly reviewed. "We welcome the opportunity to work with the TGA to ensure the labelling is as accurate as possible," she said.
Melbourne psychologist Joe Tucci said some ADHD drugs had the potential to cause long-term side effects.
"There is certainly a small group of children who would benefit from ADHD drugs, but it's far fewer than the number of children who are currently being prescribed medication," he said.
Others warned that the number of adverse reactions may be much higher because the TGA excludes reports where the cause of side effects is "unclear". Shelley Wilkins, executive director of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights, which lobbies against the use of psychiatric medication on children, said many side effects were not reported.
"There is no mandatory reporting in Australia for adverse side-effects for psychiatric drugs," she said. "This needs to be rectified immediately so we can see the true extent of the damage being done."
Fremantle psychiatrist Lois Achimovich said doctors were prescribing medication too often, particularly in very young children.
"Any child behaviour that looks abnormal is being diagnosed as ADHD and drugs are prescribed. They should not be used in children that young."
