Hid name is Robert Jones and he works for CBC! I understand that compare to the other television stations? CBC got the money < taxpayers > therefore taking their time on stories but this guy is good! I first met him 10 years ago and told him face to face that I truly love his work.
He's good and tonight he did a superb jon going in details of the debate in Saint John last night.
All Hooten supporters came early and took all the front seats. He added there were six Police Officers present. What do you think of this guy?????

Oh Charles now YOU'RE baiting me. LOL. I don't see Jones on the air too much because he doesn't do that many reports. Most of them have some pretty good information in them but on several occassions his "exclusive" story has already appeared in parts in other media because it seems to take him so long to put together.
He had a really good report on gas regulation a few years ago. I learned a lot but I think he'd make a better investigative print reporter. He's pretty dry for TV and his stories are usually buried so far down the newscast that a large portion of the little audience CBC has isn't watching any more because they turned it off after the first 10 minutes. Some of those good stories deserve a wider audience and they just don't play well on TV because you can't flip the page back to read it again to figure it all out. Investigative reporter, I give him an 8/10. TV reporter, he gets a 3/10. IMHO of course.
The guy is no good. Tom Young is better.
JONES IS A GREAT REPORTER/JOURNALIST......BUT HE SHOULD GET WITH A BETTER STATION SO THE PUBLIC CAN SEE HIM MORE.....GLOBAL IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GREAT JOURNALISTS.......WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE ASK HIM TO DO A IN IN DEPTH INVESTIGATTION OF THE LNG DEAL WITH CITY HALL!! I BET WE WOULD SURELY GET SOME ANSSWERS THEN ABOUT THE FIASCO AND THE MAYORS' "ROSE COLOURED GLASSES"....PS....TOM YOUNG IS A HAS BEEN AND A FLIP FLOP....CFBC ESCORTED HIM OUT..PC.
