Charles, how can you expect people to take you seriously in requests to join the legitimate press if you go around sneaking photos of people?
Just because he is a public figure does not mean you have an excuse to take photos of him without his knowledge. The real press photographs in the open where they can be seen.
One of these days you're going to have a restraining order taken out against you if you don't smarten up. At least have some common decency and ask a person's permission before you take his or her picture.
If a person is in a public place, you don't need their permission.
People walking down the street are fair game. People at the park are fair game.
now, in the coffee shop it's a bit different. It's a private business, they could tell charles to stop shooting and leave and if he didn't they could call the police.
Disturbing people when they are working is not a smart thing to do even if they are public figure. A public figure has rights too. This is disrespectful. Then that is Charles Leblanc’s expertise.

Looks like a woman and has a woman's name. (except for a little facial hair) Good one, Charles!

I believe it's a good thing that I took a picture of Kelly working on his laptop while checking his messages on his cell phone.
Don't you love to see your elected official at work????
