Well duh, that's not news, that ship's been here all day. Left at 5 p.m.
I'll e-mail you a complete schedule of the cruise ships coming this year issued by the SJ Port authority.

Not news???? There hasn't been a ship in sight for months!!!

Saint John is suppose to be the Port City?

Well that's probably because they don't come in the cold months. Summer only begins tomorrow, give me a break.
There's lots more coming as you can see by the e-mail I sent you.
I'm not taking up for Saint John or anything, I mean, this is the beginning of the Cruise Ship season now.

Susan I think the bird has flown way over your head on this one.

Charlie is being sarcastic on the issue of Saint John being the "Port City" but other than the Cruiseship business from June to late September there really isn't much else to talk about as far as shipping is conserned even though that City was build from the ground up from the entrance of that very Harbour and the shipping industry. Long before the Irvings or any of the rest of those who wish to totally destroy or wipe out Saint John and all of its History as a Friendly Harbour City from yesteryear.

You can go to the Saint John Port Authority website and they list all the ships coming in. Most of them are for Irving, most are for minerals like potash, etc.

LNG Ship starts coming to Saint John; there will be: No Fly Zone and No other ships allow for miles.
That means No more Airport for Saint John, we will drive to Moncton or Halifax. No more Cruise Ships.

I guess this blog is accepting anonymous comments again? Oh well.
