This was a little surprise to me. I always believe I was the only individual who had way too much time on my hands....lol....
I must admit it was nice of the individual to be concern about this issue.
I will say I had lots of people telling me on the streets this is not right at all because it’s suppose to be The People’s House!!!!!

No need to reply to the malcontents Charles, their words say it all. There are many people out there who think 'nuisances' should be banned. There are many that actually think they should be arrested. That's their right. The ironic thing is that those nuisances are usually the first to aid them if their rights are ever trampled. Too bad it doesn't work the other way, but it shows clearly who has the better soul.
Thanks for mentioning our site Charles. I should point out that it was not the work of just one individual. Not even close.

Ok, I was wrong. After few efforts all I got was "no blog exists'. This time it did open. Good for the folks who started it.
Leblanc is more than a nuisance. He is downright menacing. He thinks he is the only one who has rights and all the other in the world are here to salute and respect his rights and his rights alone. By this attitude he is hurting the very causes he thinks he is fighting for. Courtesy is a basic element in human relations which this man never learned.
I support the cause of ADHD, VLTs addictions and poor but I do not support a very obnoxious person who is doing more harm than help. He has to mend his ways if he wants to make any headway.
Any progress in case of poor was made because of very high profile Saint John Harbour by-election. It had nothing to do with Leblanc.
Any progress for VLT, relatively little, was made because of the efforts of Tim Smith and a gentleman who lost his son to VLTs. Give credit where it is due.
Leblanc's main battle was ADHD and he has hurt the cause by his uncivilized behaviour

I agree with that. Lord did ignore NBers and he is very secretive. He carried out major cover-up on Orimulsion. Generally his government is very secretive. He talks about transparency which does not exist as it is transparent like mud. But none of it justifies uncivilized behaviour. Many people feel the same way and have let Lord know that his secretive behaviour is dead wrong but none of them have been banned from the legislature or any other building of the government.
I also disagree with Lord to hide behind the walls in the name of security. We look like Stalin era with walls everywhere to keep public out. Again there is no need to be boorish to Premier or others to point that out. He has been told in no uncertain terms,in an urbane manner, that his hiding behind the walls is wrong. Insulting people and making threatening postures will solve no problem.
It is true Charles has an 'in your face' attitude, but he's become more antagonistic as the House becomes more and more restrictive. If you look at the blogs just before the arrest at Atlantica, and compare them with his earliest ones, you can see why the politicians were getting antsy. That's because he was turning into a real lobbyist for the poor and was keeping his temper in check and writing much better.
However, he has every reason in the world not to disrespect those in power at the legislature. His list of grievances goes on and on.
And to address roomers rights, that is completely wrong that it was the by election. Well, not completely wrong, it was the byelection but it was because Charles had the blog AND was active in the byelection. There have been dozens of by elections and elections in this province, but none have addressed roomers rights until now. And its not like there was no poverty before now.
That's when the powers that be got really nervous, and realized that Charles IS a 'menace'-to them and the people they represent. And thats something that just can't be tolerated so we've seen the persecution increase.
And there's no such thing as 'professional protestor', theres just people who give a shit about their society and are willing to do something about it. To the guy above griping about Charles methods, how about joining the fight instead of month after month talking about how Charles is 'hurting his cause'. That's garbage.
11:03 AM you must be new "friend" Leblanc has. Once you get to know him you will run as legislative staff did to protect their sanity. Staff, MLA's from both parties, visitor all are in agreement that he is a menace.
