Can you imagine calling a blind-man a loser, Well there went the neighbourhood to never return.
That's todays mentality toward those less fortunite than ourselves which indicates where society is headed at a very fast pace and these (losers) as this person calls them will be in much larger numbers here in New Brunswick in the near future as we continue to give this province away to the rich and powerful to never look back.
Now lets talk about handy capped parking spots,another whiney bunch of people,but maybe not,seeing as i'v never seen anyone handicaped at a hc parking spot,just a bunch of useless gov paid selfcentered,new car owner hypocrites with gout from rich eating. The hanicaped and semi blind are well looked after in our society,so go whine to your priest. Societies main people are mothers with kids.give to them and leave the good parking for them,not the useless.

If he can't afford food for his dog, blind or not, then the SPCA should be notified!
I believe his little sign says it needs special food. probably laced with anti-sepressants.
