Charles to be in a book????
Dear Charles,
I just read some excerpts from your blog. I read the story of your arrest. I would like you TO share your experience and ideas, and beliefs in my book. Its called Bloggers Behind Bars: Media's Last Frontier.
I am currently interviewing 3 bloggers. An Egyptian blooger arressted for writing against Islam, a French blogger who is being sued after his release for continuing to criticize the mayor of Paris and the city, and an Iranian blogger for also critisizing his government. I am still trying to contact a Chinese, American, and Brazilian blogger.
I would appreciate if you would join us. I would publish your exact words with very little editorial changes and you would see the final edit before I print. A little about your background, ideas, views, why you were arrested, how you were treated, your feelings now, the impact of the arrest on your blogging etc..etc..

I lived in Montreal for 7 years, then moveD to Vancouver and Nanimo..never made it to St John...but woud like to visit.

Is it possible that this guy is CIA or CSIS informant and wants information from you as you discussed terrorism in the past. Watch out. He may make an a** out of you.
Wow, you've got your own pathetic little cheering squad Charles. You're story is pretty much in your blog, you can save time and just tell him to look through. I think saying it might be CIA or CSIS shows who is sounding like an ass:)
1. When and where were you born, where do you live now? (city)
2. Tell me about your background and your interests?
3. Why and when did you start blogging?
4. What specific content of your blog aggravated the government?
5. When were you arrested? Where were you detained? And for how long?
6. What were the conditions of the holding cell? Phone privileges, lawyer? Etc.
7. Were you beaten? Threatened, blindfolded, handcuffed, etc..
8. You were banned from the New Brunswick legislature grounds. Kelly Lamrock said he is protecting his staff from harassment?!!!, Comment on that please.
9. Why do you think you were arrested at the Atlantic Conference in St John?
10. What images did the police delete from your camera in the station? And on what basis did they do that? ( details please)
11. Please explain why you say St John police are one of the worst? Did you suffer any injuries due to your arrest?
12. Why do you think the carried you out the back door at the conference?
13. What did the lady cop say when you told her you were a blogger as she was arresting you?
14. What was the content of the papers you signed in the Saint John station before your release?
15. When is your court date? Who is your lawyer? And who is paying for it? (legal aid?)

28. The eight men/judges that sat behind closed doors and decided to ban you. What confrontations did you have with them on record, or off record about your blog and situation? Try to quote them please? (details, anecdotes, contradictions, threats, jokes)
29. What was the reason given to you when you applied for a media pass as a blooger and rejected?
