Not Japanese, but Korean, for which fortunately I have someone close by who can help translate :)

It appears to say something to the effect of:
"The case of blog reporter hauled to police station while reporting.

Canadian blogger Charles LeBlance was released from court as a result of protesting against the conference held by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The reason being the judge said journalist blogger LeBlance..." [last part is missing]
