Charles, The Time and Temperature display on the Golden Ball Bldg has been off for about a month or so. I would imagine if it was broken they would have repaired it by now. I think Irving has it turned off for another reason, like to send a message to citizens - We can take a free service away if you don't back off the criticism, for example. Blog it!
