I showed up at City Hall in the freezing rain and there was nobody insight so I went inside and chatted with a few people.

I noticed a Commissionaire standing outside so I quickly went to have a look.

I also noticed one female protester standing in the cold rain.

Around 10 minutes later, two concern protesters were passing leaflets to the pass-by in the area.

These two girls were a little disappointed that no one showed in the cold weather.

Watching close by was a Commissionaire.

I was surprised there were no police officers in sight then suddenly I saw two Fredericton Police Officers walking toward us. OK IT'S SHOWTIME!!!!

I said to myself - Ok..Here we go!!!

The officers were very friendly and chatted with the two females.

I said - Oppss I got to take a picture of this one.

The officers said they wanted to have a picture smiling with the protesters . . . lol.

Sure is a big difference from last June eh? ..LOL . . .

As I told one of the officers.

The days to beg the media to be there as witnesses are over.

My trial in Saint John was a learning experience for the Police Force in New Brunswick and the protesters.

In today’s world, the Police Force has to be very careful because everyone has a video camera on their cell phones and someone always has a camera in a crowd.

Yes, I believe it was a learning experience for everyone involved.

The Police officers acted like processionals and that’s the way it should be. It's call - Good public relation!!!

Good work to the determined girls who stood in the cold rain to educate the public on their concerns on this issue.

It was a small crowd and tourist season is over and the police know everybody is watching them. The real test comes next year when there are larger crowds meeting in front of city hall in July when the court case is a memory.

But we can always hope-and hope that their scare tactics on you weren't so successful that everybody is afraid to protest now.
