I used to write these in my column in the River Valley News. I hope many of these predictions don’t happen.
1- Shawn Graham will announce a study on the way our kids are being drugged and killed.
2- VLT’S will be shut down on Sunday’s.
3-Elsie Wayne passed away and Saint John witness the biggest funeral they ever saw.
4-River Valley news is finally sold to the Irvings.
5-A new underground radio talk show comes alive in Saint John.
6-Dan Bussieres resigns as Sargeant At Arms from the New Brunswick Legislature.
7-No winter or early spring with hot summer and Indian summer. Cause for concern for Global Warming.
8-Liberals wins by-election in Moncton East.
9-Bernard Lord locates work and stays in Fredericton.
10-Stephen Harper wins election but another minority Government.
11-Charles is attack physically from a blog he wrote.
12- The Irvings fights back against bloggers in their papers.
13- Senator investigate the Irving newspapers.
14-Frank McKenna tries his luck in Federal Politics
15-Tony Huntjens is elected the new speaker of the Legislature.
16- Charles is denied access to the People’s House by the staff of the Legislature causing a huge public relation nightmare for Shawn Graham.
17-A huge protest is gathered at the new construction site of the pipeline causing many arrest and injured. The Irvings sues citizens in the court therefore silencing the protest. The pipeline begins the go ahead through the City of Saint John!
18-Fredericton Police Officer kills its first citizen with a tazer gun. There’s a public uproar because it’s a poor person.
19-Robert Gerard retires as head macho from the Education Department.
20- The Saint John Police Force arrest another blogger.
21- Shawn Graham finally asked Ottawa for help for funding for methadone clinics in New Brunswick.
22-The Irvings are causing major problems with their rock pit in Memramcook.
23- An New Brunswick MLA passed away.
24- Liar Tanker Malley declares bankruptcy.
25-New York Jets wins the Superbowl.
26- One Liberal MLA quits the Party after realizing the bureaucrats truly runs this Province and sits as an independent.
27-One of K.C. Irving sons passed away.
28-City of Saint John and Police department announce a news conference finally admitting they lost control of the drug problem in the City.
29- Hartland Cover bridge is destroyed.
30-President George Bush is assassinated. < Don’t wish this on anybody >

7. Global Warming is not as bad yet as everybody says, but its still something we need to work to stop.

18. If anything, using tazer guns will save lifes because they will have the option of non-lethal force.
20. They don't just round up bloggers and arrest them.
21. Hope to see it happen. If Ottawa won't pay for it, the provincial government should. A very good program.
23. Once again, stop predicting that people will die, it just gives off bad karma.
24. According to a article in the TJ, he's back driving school buses, so he should be ok.
25. Long-shot at best, but who knows, it could happen.

30. As much as Bush is messing up the World, somebody killing him would only make things much much worse.

Yes, those are very strange predictions-at least try to make them funny. Somebody isn't paying attention if they don't think global warming is 'as bad as everyone says'. If everyone says something typically we assume those who disagree are insane. Yet another hunk of the arctic shelf collapsed, no snow anywhere, tidal waves killing hundreds of thousands, the US even put polar bears on its endangered species list, and the list goes on and on.
#1 should be that people catch on that Leblanc is a nutcase and he is finally put in a nuthouse where belonged all along.

Dion's going to win the next federal election. The Harper government has repeatedly stumbled and Jack Layton has discredited the NDP by propping up Harper. In Quebec Dion's been gaining ground too.
I predict at least a minority Liberal government though it could be a slim majority if the Liberals have enough momentum during the campaign.
I agree with anon 2.21AM on #26 -- I think Abel Leblanc may end up sitting as an independant or even NDP?
