This is a serious problem for this group who helps the poor in the Capital.
People are dumping their garbage on FAPO because they are....
1 - .Too cheap and lazy to bring it to the dump themselves
or
2- They have no way to get it to the dump themsevles
To rent a truck and bring something to the dump would cost quite a bit of money, most people are too cheap to do it and there is no program to take care of this kind of waste, in Saint John they have a day every month where they collect large items and it's not so much "cheap" as having no access to a truck and the cost is prohibitive.
