I chatted with some members of the Liberal Party this afternoon trying to avoid going public with the reason I’m ban from the New Brunswick Legislature.

The Liberals are quickly changing into a China style of Government.

Of course, this was proven by the way they passed a bill so Saint John can be destroyed by the second refinery. I’ll get to this in future blog.

But I’m told to be very careful of the way to go public with this issue. It’s dirty and filty!!!!

This will cause a lot of people to turn against me.

This was proven a few weeks ago when I bought this issue to a couple of people from the Premier’s office.

There was a huge shouting match on the streets.

They know that I’m right and I wasn’t suppose to have gotten access to this information.

Many are going to be hurt but what can I do or say?

If I’m convicted on something that I didn’t do? I must go public with the issue.

I told many people on the streets about this issue and everyone gave me the same answer- WHHAATTT????

This could go on for years and I have proven in the past that I can be there for the long run.

In this picture Stuart Jamieson does look like a leader from China....lol

I don't quite understand Charles. How can you be telling "many" people on the streets and at the same time be concerned about how this story becomes public? For that matter if your telling so many people on the streets why not just post it? Something just doesn't seem to add up Charles.

If he publishes it on his blog, he could concievably be sued for libel.

If he just tells some people on the street, nobody can sue him, not unless they track down the people he told and drag them into court.

There's a difference between telling a person on the street and blogging it. I also have never seen tens of thousands of comments insulting charles, he posts most of them and they are few in number, and many are clearly from the same people.

I've heard the story but still think they simply don't want charles in the legislature because he's a pain in the butt. It sends a bad message to the people that you can get your way if you are a pain in the butt. I think if Charles forgot about this for a time and stopped focusing on it, then he'd be allowed back in the house.

However, it's charles life and its charles blog, and it used to be a free country. If nothing else the liberals have proven on just about every front that they are no different from the tories. Same condesension of the voters, same toadying to big business, same lack of accountability, same lies, same backroom dealings. Ain't it nice to live in a one horse town.

Anonymous 8:35 PM I do not disagree with you on Liberals’ failings. However, in case of Leblanc he has serious problem. He did cause harassment both to the legislative staff and visitors. His behaviour is a security risk in a big way. Just read some of his blogs. He says he feels relaxed after beating up people. Moreover, you should have seen him in action in the legislature. Both political parties were unanimous on that. If he still does not get the message then good luck to him.

Come on Gypsy get a grip. Look at what has been posted in his bog in the past. If posting insults exaggerations and half truths were going to get dragged into court it could have happened ages ago and besides in this instance Charles claims he has the real truth. You assign way to much value and importance to what is said in this bog. Its at best a source of entertainment and by times just down right silly. The only thing keeping Charles from posting his "truth" about this topic is Charles himself...and he is fast running out of excuses for even that. Suggesting he isn't posting because of fear of prosecution is just blowing so much smoke out of a certain unnamed body cavity.
It might be worth noting anonymous 8:35 that while there has obviously not been tens of thousands posting insults, nor are there tens of thousands posting tributes. I suspect there are as many repeat "supporters" posting as there are repeat "insulters".
As to your comment on the possibility of this being a free country or not well of course it is. No one is trying to force Charles to tell his story only asking when he will do what he has threatened so many times to do. These days most are probably wondering if there is even a story to tell.

Just passing: Your right, they would never expend the effort to arrest LeBlanc or drag him into court, oh wait...

All I'm saying is, whether or not he has any real dirt, as long as he believes he does, he might fear libel...

Whatever, I also think he should just post it on his blog.

If the "truth" is so horrific and unbelievable and according to Charles, instantly makes people support him, then it makes absolutely no sense to NOT post it on his blog. Posting it would GAIN SUPPORT and put pressure on the government to lift the restraining order.

The only reason that makes sense is that he must be lying when he tells this story to people on the street and he must know that if he posted on here, he's very quickly be caught in that web of lies.

Now Gypsyblog you know full well I was speaking only of the likelihood of being arrested for what he says in his blog as you were alluding too. His arrest for anything else is a competely different matter.
