THE PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING OF THE NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION!!!!

I began to get ready for the protest of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

IMG_7126

I decided that I would go at the Fredericton Soup Kitchen with my blowhorn.

While walking on the streets of Fredericton. I noticed my little toy attracted a lot of attention . . . lol . . .

IMG_7091

I don’t make it a habit of going at the Soup Kitchen at Noon but I just had to spread the word about the protest.

IMG_7097

Many told me that they would be there but I know for a fact - What a person says and what they do is a different issue.

IMG_7112

I showed up at 1:00pm at Tim’s Horton but nobody was there.

I said to myself - Ok . . . this will not go too far but I will still do it alone.

While waiting, People began to arrive and a few told me they would love to go but they were afraid of being labeled by Family Services.

This is totally ridiculous. I let it known that if they ever have a difficult time by Family Services for attending a protest?

Just let me know and I’ll take care of that issue.

I’m serious!!! Many are afraid!

It just doesn’t make any sense but what can you do?

I had a little crowd. < They say three is a crowd?>...lol...

We began our little walk towards the Human Rights Commission.

IMG_7116

I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to do?

Once there, I began shouting issues via the blowhorn about stories that I had with the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

IMG_7123

People walked by and wondered what was going on?

A protest in front of the new Brunswick Human Rights Commission? Very strange indeed.

I went on for 10 minutes challenging the Commission to step outside and meet the poor!!!

I stopped and asked - How am I doing?

They told me to continue.

IMG_7132

Well, I began talking about my past human rights case against the Irvings while I was working for Gulf Operators < Irving company >

I had a supervisor name Brian Grant and he said - QUOTE - If I own this Empire?

There would be no Niggers of Frogs working here!

The people shouted- WHAT???

I continue - How come the States got the Niggers and Canada got the Frogs??? They had first choice!!!

I told them- I’m not sure but THAT’S RACISM!!!!

This racist drove me nuts for six long months.

The Commission sent me a letter telling me it was without merit.

I continue by saying the Irvings and the Commission is working side by side.

I talk about Carl White and his dealing with the law and I believe that did it because the Commission knew that I was getting angry and out of control.

IMG_7130

The funny thing is that I had my tape recorder on and I totally forgot about it.

Once we get the audio set up on a website? You will hear every details.

Minutes later, Susan Butterfield showed up to meet the poor people in front of the building.

IMG_7135IMG_7136

She was polite and shook everyone hand and introduced herself.

Once this was done. I began asking some questions.

IMG_7140

I won’t go into all the details but Susan quickly realizes that the people in that group had some concerns of their own.

Of course, I knew the Commission couldn’t do anything about their issues but it was a chance for them to speak to somebody about their concerns.

During our conversation? I quickly jumped up once I heard a huge BANG!!!

I taught it was a sharp shooter that got me...lol......It happened twice and it was only the heavy ice falling from the building.

IMG_7155

We chatted for 20 minutes and I said - Well, you promise you’ll bring our concerns to the Commission and if Gordon Porter doesn’t wish to go public with the issues of the poor? I guess we’ll have to come back in the Spring?

After it was all done? The people felt good about their actions.

A couple told me that he’ll make sure that he brings many more people next time we protest.

I’m not a protester! I just want our rights to be heard.

I’m glad I’m in the Capital because this is where all the Generals are located and the rest of the Province are soldiers.

Afterwards, I received a few emails telling me they couldn’t make it but they will be there the next time.

I told her that it's good public relation to take a picture so we took this one.

IMG_7157

I pray there’s no next time but what can a person do?

Like it or not the Commission must acknowledge the issue of the poor.

It’s ok to listen to their concerns but they must go public with some of those issues.

Is that too much to ask for?

So? That issue is done and I guess now I’m going to set my energy toward Dan Bussieres and the Legislature.

f3

If you only knew the true reason I was ban from the Legislature?

You would shake your head in belief but I will not go public until I meet with the Premier.

He knows that I know so lets see what’s going to happen? It’s very disgusting!!!

Stay tuned for more actions from the Capital!

Her's some more pictures-

It's going to be interesting because the Commission will not fight for the poor. They seem to say that they are animals and not human!!!!

I just wish to say today’s protest against the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission is just a way to test the waters?

I didn’t follow the act of a lot of group traveling to promote the protest.

I have heard a lot of sad stories and I’m giving a chance for the poor people to go somewhere to voice their concerns.

I would be very happy if I get 15 people out there.

But we’ll see but one thing is certain?

I will not stop till that selfish or ignorant Commission speaks out on issues concerning the poor.

Stay tuned.

This was the first time I came face to face with Brent Taylor since he wrote in the Irving paper that I was a kook!!!

Guess what? He allowed me to interview him with my recorder. It went well. It was funny.

It's not an interview but a chat about issues. It should be on line during the next few days.

We might call it Chat with Charles! Any other ideas? < Ohhh boy? I walk into that one!!! >...lol

I'M BACK!!!!!

THE REASONS FOR ELIMINATION OF NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS DAY????

I can't blog from flickr so there will be no pictures for a few days or few weeks!!!

Ok . . . I’m going to give a quick update of why I’m organizing an Elimination of the New Brunswick Human Rights Day!

I have been in a huge battle with those people for years.

I’m not going to go into the details that these appointed individuals held a meeting behind close doors and told the Irvings that racism was ok.

GO TO THE TOP TO - Check the search this blog and write New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

I might add that same meeting they came out with a decision that people with ADHD are close to mental retardation.

Can’t drive a car or learned a trade?

I heard a few weeks ago that companies are testing new employees for ADD or ADHD. One was found to have it and denied a job. < That’s another blog >

My main concern this time around will be Roomers and Boarders rights.

The Commission denied our case a few months ago. They agreed that roomers can be evicted in our hour from building.

If a roomer makes a complaint to the fire Marshall about a safety hazard? They will be evicted.

The Commission is saying that the poor must die!!!

Another issue is the Justice System. They refuse to acknowledge that the poor are human.

The poor are grabbed from the streets and charge with obstruction. < Look what happened to me in Saint John? >

The poor individual will be force to defend themselves in court. Therefore, they will be found guilty and place on probation.

Once they break the probation? They will end up in jail!

This is not right and I will add that I never approached the Commission on this issue because it’s a huge waste of time.

They totally refuse to bring the issue of the poor up front.

What really got me going was in their annual report a few weeks ago? They never mentioned the issue of the poor.

I might add there hasn’t had a tribunal in five years and the question is why?

Is everything ok in New Brunswick? I don’t believe so.

This Commission is set for big industries and the Government.

These individuals are appointed by friends and they don’t have a clue what’s going on in the real world.

Last June they held a Human Rights Conference at S.T.U. or U.N.B. for all the Human Rights Commission across Canada.

I was planning a protest but didn’t because it was soon after my arrest in Saint John.

Eliminate the Human Rights Commission?

Yes!!!! But just the people in there.

The Justice department should investigate these people but then again? They belong to a Union.

Maybe they’re following orders from Tom Mann? Who truly knows?

With Tim Smith memorial and other issues. I couldn’t really push this issue.

Yesterday, I went on the streets and told a lot of people to gather at Tim’s Horton on Regent Street on Wednesday at 1:00pm.

Now, I understand when you’re poor? You lose all energy to fight.

I was surrounded by a rough crowd < all been in jail > and I reminded them that the Police can grab you from the streets and you’ll have to represent yourself in court.

One guy said - He’s right man!!! That happened to me!

There’s all kind of issues concerning the poor that must be addresses.

The Commission refuses to acknowledge this issue so therefore we must fight.

I would be very happy if I got 15 people to show up for two hours.

That would be a success because this means that we’ll have double that amount in the Spring!

We will set up tents in front of the Commission.

If nobody shows up? This will not discourage me. It will only make me stronger and keep on fighting.

This could have been avoided but the Commission Chair Gordon Porter refuses to forward a press release concerning the issue of boarders and roomers rights!

I was told that I would be arrested but I’ll write one more on this tonight. Stay tuned!!!

No more blogging for a few days or weeks!!!!

We got problems...

stay tune!!!!

This is the first instance that I ever notice this one. Looks like the officer is keeping a very close eye on Duane. He was arrested around 45 minutes later.

I don't wish to go down hard on the Police Forces because I believe they have learn a valuable lesson as in this picture that was taken at the end of November.
