This is the exchange of email from Juanita's sister.
Dear Charles LeBlanc
This may sound strange and you may not understand it, but I am looking for the picture you took of my sister Juanita McKnight.
You had done a report of when she had passed and there was a picture of her sitting in her chair talking on air and you ended the article with a picture of her empty chair.
It has been a very hard year and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her and wich she was here.
We were suppose to grow ol together and as I have told many be sitting in our rockets complaining about everything under the sun, but that isn't going to happen.
But the memories I have will get me through my life. When I seen that picture I was very touched.
I was going through articles or your to try and find it and I came across the article you wrote of one year later.
The thought that you would do that means allot. Knowing that she touched your life enough to do that means allot.
It has been a rough year and the days may get better, but she isn't forgotten and to be honest she is as near to me now as a year ago.
So if you get the email and would send me the photo of her empty chair I would love that. My email is (*(()**(@hotmail.com

Yes, it was indeed sad and I took it very hard.
Her voice is always on my mind when I think about her.
She had a wonderful way to rally the troops.
My God!!! She was good....
The day after she died. ....I approached my priest and couldn't understand why a Priest Dan Thivierge < ordain priest > died of cancer at 31 years old months earlier.
and now Juanita died last night??? AND ASSHOLES LIKE ME STICK AROUND????
Yes...it was sad but life goes on.
Of all the chats I had with my Priest whom I have known for 44 years.
The issue of a sudden death? He said - It's not for us to understand now but we will truly understand later.
My god? This looks like a blog....Nice to meet ya and I hope her kids are ok....

Oh the kids are doing okay. It seems to still be a day to day thing. Her youngest kid MacKenzie Jean, besides being moms little girl,
she has been my baby girl since the day she was born and on her birthday last year she was at my mothers and she wouldn't stop crying and my mother asked me to come over and see if she would talk to me.
I got there and she got up into my arms and wouldn't stop crying.
I asked her if she wanted to cuddled on the couch and she said yes.
After a few minutes of just sitting there, she looked at me and I said can you tell me why you are crying. And she said and it broke my heart to hear, "tomorrow is my birthday and all I want is my mama."
Well after hearing that I started crying and mom thought oh lord who in hell am I going to call to get Tami and MacKenzie to stop crying.
Things like that happen still. They still draw pictures for her, still go to her grave and talk to her as if she is sitting right there and still walk past her bedroom and say that it IS mama's room.
She will never be forgotten by her children or family. She is still much apart of our everyday lives.
She may not be here, but her memories are.
Before I go on anymore I will go.

Charles poke and assaulted!!!!!
Yeah with fame attracts the nuts!!!!
A few weeks ago, I went to a bar with someone to watch the hockey game.
At the end of the night, I wasn’t feeling any pain. This weird guy walked in was acting a little strange.
He asked me if I wanted a beer?
I replied - I’m ok!!
The next thing I knew the guy did a Three Stooges number on me and pinch me in the eye.
What did I do???? NOTHING!!!!
I asked the question- Why did you pinch me in the eye for???
The bouncers saw what happen and quickly escorted the guy outside of the premises.
I was confused? < Not the first time! >
Why did I asked the question? Someone saw the action and jokily called me a whimp!!!
I think it’s because I have been in Fredericton for too long. iN Saint John or Memramcok? I would have hit back!!!!
In this City, we argue and don’t fight. You know? Just like the Legislature.
Anyway . . . it was nice to know that I could hold my temper in check.
Later on during the week, I was walking near the Soup Kitchen and a guy shouted that I take pictures of kids.
I quickly replied - What???
The guy just remain silent.
I said to myself - Someone wants to do me great harm. It bothered me but I just let it go.
Yes, I take pictures of kids because they always send out a message with their facial expression.
Especially with the kids going at the Soup Kitchen. The message must go out that some kids are going hungry. I might add that I always asked the parents if I can post them on my blog? I might add that I often use my message against taking Ritalin with those pictures.
Just like this one here? The message? Save our tres for our future generations!!!!
Same goes with dogs. These animals always give a strange look.
This evening around midnight, I was enjoying a walk downtown and bumped into these guys.
I took a few pictures and had a little chat.
Afterwards, I continue my little walk until a guy came < druggie > came to me and said - Hi buddy!
I didn’t know the guy but I’m getting more strangers talking to me lately because of the blog and also with all the people I met during my petition drive.
While this stranger was talking to me. One other punk quickly intervened from afar and said - Don’t talk to him he takes pictures of kids!!!!
I once again confronted the little jerk and said - What?
The next thing I knew the guy beside me took a swing and WHAM!!! I got a punch below my lips.
You know what? This was the first time in years that I got a full punch in the head.
This wasn’t a pinching act. This was an assault so therefore I love it when someone makes the first move.
I quickly went into a defense mood and grabbed the guy thumb. I believe that I broke it or he’s double jointed.
The guy was wearing Clark Kent glasses and I was planing to do a number on them.
I don’t you’re not suppose to hit a guy with glasses but in this case? I’ll make it an exception. I took a swing and miss!
Once the guy realized that I meant business. I was closing in on the guy but he quickly ran behind a car and challenge me to catch him.
The guys who were preaching about God asked me if I was fighting because it happen so fast.
Well, I just let the punk go and walked away. I saw the guy later on and could have confronted the guy but why bother?
These punks work in a bunch of six and maybe they realize that I will not back down from a good fist fight. But I must admit that this is not what I want because these punks will gang up on ya and it’s very difficult to fight while thinking you have a recorder and camera in tow.
I did learned that I can take a punch but my reflex was slow in connecting. I also learned that I can control my temper.
So therefore with age my speed is a little slower...lol..
The cops walked by and I could have press charge but why bother?
I sure hope that this is not a sign of things to come.
I believe the next time that someone calls me a pedophile?
I might do something about it and put that rumor to rest once and for all.
Fredericton is a very small City and once you’re well known? Stories to discredit you flies very fast.
It’s the price a person has to pay I guess?
This little episode will not stop me from taking pictures for this blog.
I might just have to watch my back a little.

I had a wonderful time at the St.Mary's Pow wow 2007!!!
I took close to 100 picture. I will blog them all during the next 48 hours!!!
FREDERICTON POLICE OFFICERS ACTED QUICKLY IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY!!!!
Last evening, I decided to stick around the area of downtown till one hour after bars close down.

Since then the Fredericton Police Force have been walking the beat on the streets.
They don’t do it in a way of up to your face attitude.
They stand across the streets and closely watch the going ons.
A person wouldn’t even know they’re there and that’s a good thing.
Out of sight and out of mind.
They work as a team of two to six officers.
Well, at around 2:30am. A confrontation was beginning on Kings Street.
I looked around but no cops.
I said to myself - Here we go!!!
Out of nowhere the Police Force showed up.
They didn’t just run in the melee. They just stood across the street and watched.
After five minutes, they knew the situation was going to turn violent so they quickly moved in.
They took a guy and told him to go home. A woman even agreed with the Police that he should go with her.
But they guy refuse so a Police cruiser was quickly called in.
Now? The guy resisted a little.
The Police didn’t do like the Saint John Police Force.
They force the guy on the Trunk of the vehicle.
In Saint John with the support of the Chief Allen Bodechon
They forced the citizens on the ground. I haven’t witness that degrading act in Fredericton since last summer.
What I found interesting was one Police Officer noticed a man far away taking pictures or videoed the event.
The officer ordered him not to take pictures.
In my case, they knew I was there because my flash was lighting the area.
Yes, the Police know everyone has a camera these days and they have to be careful.
In my case, I just take pictures so if something goes wrong such as the guy being arrested assaults an officer or the other way around? I’m there with my pictures.
The Fredericton Police Force never gives me a hard time. I believe they know I mean well.
There was also a fire at Subway.
Yes, the Fredericton Police Force acted like professionals.
If they had gone on a power trip? All hell would have broke loose.
Thank God. Our officers are walking the beat last at night in the Capital after the bars shuts down!!!
They may be saving someone from being killed!!!

Squirrels in Church!
A small town had only three Churches in it but they all suffered
with the same problem. You see, all three had a serious problem
with squirrels getting into the Church.
Now each Church, in its own fashion, had a meeting to deal with
the problem.
The first Church congregation decided that it was predestined
that the squirrels be in the Church, and that they would just have to
live with them.
The Second Church decided they should deal with the squirrels
lovingly . So they humanely trapped them and released them in a
park at the edge of town. However within 3 days, they had all
returned and were all back in the church.
The Third Church came up with the best solution. They voted the
squirrels in as members. Now they only see them at Christmas
and Easter.
The moral of the story is: Don't be a squirrel, attend your Church
regularly! ( Just a bit of Saturday Humor Charles, please forgive me. )
