A couple of days ago while going into my building. I had to wait 10 minutes so this guy could go down the stairway.

I don’t know the guy or didn’t even know he lived in a room in the building.

It’s so sad to see old poor people living in such conditions.

Yes, thank God for the Y.M.C.A. Outreach program who help the poor getting around the City.

Good work!!!

The old guy should be in a home but what can a person do?

Maybe these guys can take care of the major drug problem in New Brunswick????

CHILDREN'S CHILDREN ARE THE CROWN TO THE AGED,
AND PARENTS ARE THE PRIDE OF THEIR CHILDREN.
( PROVERBS 17:6 *NKJV )

Dear Charles,
Grandchildren are indeed the crown to their grandparents,
and Jesus loves little children as well, for they believe in
those they trust with all their hearts. They have an open minds
and are eager to learn and believe all that they can. Jesus
even told us that we adults should believe in Him with the
same childlike faith.( See MARK 10:13-15 )

So today we will take a look at some of the letters that
children have written to our Heavenly Father. Now I hope
that you will enjoy these as much as do.....

I have never had the pleasure Mr. Leblanc to meet yourself or any of the other local bloggers.

My mom and Dad both knew and know Mr. Sean O'shaughnessy for a number of years noe. I think you know he is now doing video monitoring of Toronto Traffic reports via the internet as a Volunteer.

They recently told me, we haven't seen Sean so upbeat and happy in 16 years since he lost his radio profession. Toronto is where he was born and raised.

I asked him if I could take over his site, as my online profile will will and does explain in detail. Sean told me sure go and run with it ,: And He even gave me one of his computers so I could do the site : And he wouldn't allow me to pay him back for it over a period of time, and even wrote a legal note stating he had given me the computer 100% outright.

I'm trying to keep the format as close as possible to what he was doing.

I hope you'll find the content worth considering to be added to both of your sites. I'm in this for the long haul of things to be sure.

All the best of luck with all your future endeavours. And I thank you both for taking the time to read this.

Very Respectfully Sir's

For some reason or other I wasn't able to keep the same site location as Sean had.

Again many thanks.

The incident is so typical in the handling of the "agent orange" issue.

For a goverment that prides itself on being transparent it is very restrictive with its information.

Again - the veteran is disrepected.

The Hon. Greg Thompson
Minister of Veteran Affairs

Dear Mr. Thompson

Today I called Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC)to determine the number of veterans who have received pensions because of the devastating harm caused by defoliant spraying at CFB Gagetown New Brunswick.

The VAC representative answering the phone did not have access to that information.

I thought that individual was mistaken so I called VAC's "1-800" number again thinking I would speak to another representative.

The second VAC representative claimed they did not have access to that information either.

The representatives were both professional and courteous. One representative gave me a phone number (1-800-883-6094) telling me that this was the number that military family and civilians "could call to apply for compensation."

I called the given number and was told that compensation for military family and civilians was not being considered.

It is obvious that your department is failing in communicating vital information to your staff.

It disturbs me that VAC encourages individuals to call VAC only to have those individuals misinformed or not informed at all.

It is apparent that your department's management need to be bring staff up to date on the "Agent Orange" issue.

This is not a reflection on the front line workers. It is a reflection on management who is obviously failing in informing their staff.

I trust that you will make appropriate use of my suggestion.

Thank God the whole building didn't come down. < Sorry Spinks!c > Keep the faith!!!!

A fire in the basement of the CBC building in Fredericton Thursday morning forced the cancellation of the local morning show.

Fire crews arrived on the scene just after 4 a.m. There were no reports of injuries.

Terry Seguin, host of Information Morning in Fredericton, said the fire has been dealt with but that it generated a lot of smoke and a strong odour.

"They had fans going when I got there to try and get the smell out, but that was going to take a long time, so they thought it would be best for us not to do the show this morning," Seguin said.

CBC Saint John is providing morning radio programming for listeners in Fredericton.

Gary Arsenault, a CBC manager in Fredericton, said the fire had a major impact on the St. Thomas University school of journalism program in the basement of the building.

He said there was substantial smoke damage to CBC's television operation and that could have an impact on the CBC News at Six.

Arsenault said CBC Radio should be back in operation by this afternoon.

Who is this guy anyway???

ARREST

This guy was used by the P.C. Party during the by-election in Saint John!

This was the only time that I ever saw Tim Smith very upset.

FRONTa67Lord

Well...this time around the guy couldn't have access to a lawyer. I know for a fact that the defense lawyer was very rude to me and I got Tim Smith as a witness.

How many poor people are in jail because they had to represent themselves in court?

There should be a Provincial inquiry on this issue.

Russell Perkins pulled out a number of papers from a crinkled plastic shopping bag and laid them on a table in a meeting room at the Admiral Beatty Complex - some handwritten, others typed. He pointed to a letter from the Saint John Police Force signed by police Chief Al Bodechon.

The letter calls his arrest on Nov. 27 a "clerical error," but offers no apology for the fact that he spent three hours in a holding cell at police headquarters or an explanation of how the error occurred. Perkins was charged with common assault on Nov. 6 after an altercation weeks earlier outside a city food bank, but Perkins thought so little of the incident that he couldn't even recall the exact date of the September dustup.

On Nov. 14, he was told by police that those charges had been dropped.

"I'm not throwing a bloody axe," said Perkins. "I want the truth. I want to know what happened. I want to know who did it."

Perkins has asked for a copy of the internal investigation that was filed by the Saint John police with the New Brunswick Police Commission, but his request was refused by the local force. City police have declined any comment, saying the incident is under investigation by the commission.

The commission could not be reached Thursday, although a receptionist said it was unlikely the members would comment on an ongoing investigation.

"It's gone beyond reason," Perkins said. "It's gone beyond common sense."

Perkins wore a blue toque and sweats. He apologized for any odours because he had been out for his morning walk and didn't get a chance to shower and change. His glasses sat uncomfortably on his weathered face until he took them off.

When Perkins did appear in court after his arrest Nov. 27, he was only brought in front of a judge to sign a peace bond - no charges of assault or failing to appear.

"If they had a concern over that peace bond, I'd have signed it and walked out," Perkins said.

Not even the legal aid lawyer has escaped Perkins' displeasure. He has also filed a complaint with the Law Society of New Brunswick. He maintains the court-appointed lawyer barely gave him the time of day, let alone listen to the legal quagmire the 50-year-old found himself in.

"I only have a Grade 8 education and I drove a truck for 31 years and I'm trying to figure out what the law is all about," Perkins said, never raising his voice, but constantly pointing at the papers he had strewn all over the table and often throwing his arms open to further exaggerate his frustration.

"I'm not being unfair. I'm not smashing out windows and hooting and hollering."

Knowing how the system failed him is critical to Perkins.

"I want to know if they're being sincere to me. How many times can you take the kick in the face? "

Like all people who feel they have been wrongly caught up in the cogs of the justice system, Perkins believes someone made a mistake and now it is being covered up to avoid embarrassment.

"There is something in here that's hidden," he said pointing his leathery mitt at the letter from the police chief.

All my prayers goes to this fine individual!!!

This is to inform you that, yesterday, our dear friend Tony Barry has suffered what medical authorities lead them to believe was a “mini stroke”.

She will undergo further tests to determine the cause. The next two weeks will be crucial in determining how her short-term memory will be affected, but she is now at home resting and recovering with the help of caring family and friends.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her.

All set to cook for the poor in Fredericton!!!!

( MATTHEW 11:28-30 *NIV )

Dear Charles,
As you already know, it is hard to find any rest with so many
trials, tribulations, conflicts, and burdens in our lives today.
However when we follow Jesus, He will provide us with rest and
make our burdens lighter. For; THE LORD UPHOLDS ALL
THOSE WHO FALL AND LIFTS UP ALL WHO ARE BOWED
DOWN. ( PSALM 145:14 )

So when you feel stressed; CAST YOUR CARES ON THE
LORD AND HE WILL SUSTAIN YOU; HE WILL NEVER LET
THE RIGHTEOUS FALL. ( PSALM 55:22 ) After all; GOD IS
OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, AN EVER-PRESENT
HELP IN TROUBLE. ( PSALM 46:1 )

Also remember that; BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO
PERSEVERES UNDER TRIAL, BECAUSE WHEN HE HAS
STOOD THE TEST, HE WILL RECEIVE THE CROWN OF
LIFE THAT GOD HAS PROMISED TO THOSE WHO LOVE
HIM. ( JAMES 1:12 )

Therefore; PRAISE BE TO THE GOD AND FATHER OF
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE FATHER OF COMPASSION
AND THE GOD OF ALL COMFORT, WHO COMFORTS US IN
ALL OUR TROUBLES, SO THAT WE CAN COMFORT
THOSE IN ANY TROUBLE WITH THE COMFORT WE
OURSELVES HAVE RECEIVED FROM GOD. Amen.
( 2 CORINTHIANS 1:3-4 )

Now Charles, have a wonderful day that is filled with "Peace,"
and SMILE for after all God Loves You!

What the heck am I talking about you asked?

Well, it’s the throne speech which will decide where the Shawn Graham Government is heading in their plans.

IMG_6734

I never once have sat in the gallery for this event.

I might add that it’s by special invitation only.

Of course, I could have made the proper contact and go in there but I wasn’t interested!!!

Stay in the gallery during the hot summer months listening to all that bull?

Nope! My ADHD will or couldn’t handle it!

Going back to the people dying.

During these events, all the know-who in politics are present.

I might add they’re up there in age.

For the very first time in New Brunswick history?

The Quebec security staff will search every individual who walks in there.

It could take hours to follow this procedure.

The Legislature is located in the most windy part of the City.

Once the sun hides behind the Legislature? It’s very very very cold!!

Trust me! I know this for a fact because I live in a tent for six months in front of the Legislature.

I bumped into a high situated individual from the Legislature today. < I won’t mention the name >

The person approached me with a friendly hello.

I didn’t recognize the person until I heard the name.

Once the individual left the area?

I told someone that I felt that I just received the kiss of death!!!

Why was the individual so friendly with me? ..lol....

I told the individual of my concern but I was told me that it should be ok.

Well, I’ll be around with my camera for proof.

Hey? This might be the time that the Quebec Security staff will run out and force me on the ground??? Who knows???

IMG_5713IMG_5630Charles 04_07_05 015

One time is certain!!! If you are invited to this session of the Legislature? Get ready for a long wait.

Shawn Graham might go down in the polls for this action because he’ll get the blame and not Dan Bussieres.

STA_3419

That’s right!!!! It’s Bernard Lord who hired Dan Bussieres in the first place.

IMG_6791

Dan Bussieres could become Shawn Graham’s worst political nightmare?

f3

Stay tuned!!!
