Only thing Bernard needs is eviction notice from Centennial Building and the legislature. Everything should be ok after that. Children will be safe and NBers will be safe.

Well charlie ask yourself this: If ritalin is so effective and it is a god sent as has been said in the past why then did the experts not try to define the so called proper amount for this individuall to help curb his outbursts of hyperness and uncontrolable temper of which they say make him a community threat to the public as well as himself,also if the only place to put this child for proper help on this issue is south of the boarder then is this to be the norm as each severe case comes forward? Who will flip the bill for this service? the tax payers? and at american costs? that would put the bill through the roof as they do not have publicly funded medicare as far as I know.
This sounds like another hugh cost to the tax payers of New Brunswick compliments of the Lord Government as his planning and advisery board are out to lunch at the same table as their leader.(NOT to put any blame what-so-ever on Autistic children)
Money is an issue but imagine the sufferings of the autistic boy and his family. If there was proper policy and facilities lot of problems can be avoided.
