Roads were very slippery but for some reason most areas had been getting slick earlier and nothing is put on the roads.
Saint John streets uptown around 2:30 were getting slippery and difficult to make the hills. An hour later and cars were slidding because of no salt or sand. Our city had a couple of storms so far and money should be there for plowing but where are they? A few inches of snow how hills can cause alot of problems. Our city has a wait and see attitude.
