It’s raining hard out there so I’m going to write a blog about my court appearance in Saint John on Tuesday at 9:00am!!!
This is going to be a very interesting case.
This is the first of its kind in New Brunswick.
A blogger being arrested for taking pictures and once in the jail cell?
The Saint John Police Force deleted all my pictures. I mean all my pictures. Even the ones that I took with friends that I haven’t seen for years.
The pictures I took of the protesters running inside the Atlantica Conference could have been use as valuable evidence but the cops deleted them all or did they?
Very interesting indeed?
I heard so many opinions on this issue that I don’t know what’s going to happen but one thing is certain?
I do want a trial on this issue.
I heard the Government and the Irvings wish to use me as an example on this issue because the Irvings owns all the newspapers in this Province and they want to make a perfectly clear that only Irving employees will be allowed to take pictures.
It would be like Hitler went he took control of the media in Germany.
Lets say that a truck explodes in the Capital for example?
People in the area will not allowed to take pictures.
You’ll have to call an Irving employee.
Sound crazy? Well, that could be a fact?
So what’s going to happen in Saint John?
I heard that the charges were drop against a protester from Halifax. He had four charges against him but they’re drop.
My charge is obstruction!!!
I heard that the cops or prosecutor will drop the charges hours before the deadline.
Last evening, I had a nightmare about this issue.
There I was in the court room sitting beside the Legal aide lawyer while the prosecutor was across the room.
Sitting behind the prosecutor was the Irvings. 
They showed me a suitcase full of money and looked at me with a thumb down!!!
Close by was Bernard Lord with his cabinet smiling and laughing with other P.C. friends.

Also with them were a few Liberals. All were in agreement on this issue.
Behind them were all kinds of bureaucrats with a huge smile on their face. 
The Unions were also present.
Even my bigots friends were there.
At the end, the judge sent me to a Mental Institution for 10 years!!!!
Everyone was happy that Charles LeBlanc was gone from the public eye in Fredericton and no more Blogging!!!

Not sure but one thing is certain.
I heard that the judge could order me to delete some stuff from my blog especially the pictures of the Saint John police Force?
If they believe that I will delete anything from my blog site? They are sadly mistaken
I would go to jail first.
Can you imagine a blogger being jailed in Canada???
Maybe China or North Korea but Canada? This will be a first!!!
Now we have another problem?
If there’s a trial? I will demand a Judge and jury.
We need a judge from outside of the Province because I blogged the story of that judge that was sent to prison for 5 years. 
Now....we need a jury!
We must find 12 people who don’t have any relatives who works for the Irvings.
After this is all done?
We must asked them if they have ever heard of Charles Leblanc???
Where are we going to find these people????

This will be indeed cost hundreds of thousands of dollars but it will be worth it if the Governemnt and the Irvings can control New Brunswickers via the courts.
Am I nervous??? Of course not!!!
I’m still angry that I never heard back from the Police officer who I gave a statement of what happened to me.
The police deleted all my pictures and I was told they will tell the public that I can’t prove it so therefore the case is drop!
Nobody calls Charles LeBlanc is liar.
Yes, I do hope that the charges against me are not drop because this will be a first in Canada and I know that I could end up in jail.
We must not forget that every group who fought for their rights had to spent time in jail to put their point across.
I am ready and willing to do this.
But there’s only one itty bitty problem with this issue.
How do you treat a blogger that’s in jail?
Once he or she gets out? They will blog their experience to the whole world.
So what do you do with a blogger behind bars?
You have to shoot them!!!!
This is a joke but read between the lines.
Wish me luck on Tuesday at 9:00am because this will truly be a first in new brunswick!
P.S. The only reason that I added all these pictures is because the Irvings could change the whole story if I end up in Jail. At least the visitors will have a good idea what is going on here?

It's really too bad you keep using the Hitler example. It's 'like' a lot of things, and that is such an extreme example that it makes you look like an extremist.
This is a very important story and you are quite correct with your facts, but equating Irvings with genocide is a bit much.
Good luck on tuesday, despite what your petty little critics say on the matter, you are 100% right on how bad this makes New Brunswick look.
Even tourism or economic development is hurt because it makes the province look like its run by a small group of petty little dictators. As any businessman knows, petty little dictators are bad for business unless you are in the guns or security industry.
New Brunswick is showing itself to be the third world of Canada, this is indeed scary stuff and hopefully New Brunswickers will wake up. Unfortunately, since there is an irving press monopoly that's tough.
But don't worry, we'll be downloading your Saint John police photos, and if we have too, we'll start another blog with servers in the south pacific where the saint john courts can't reach them! The photos aren't that 'hot' anyway, they were seen on CBC already.
Hey Charles, if you're found guilty ask for time in the Pen.
You are allowed to smoke there, but not at the County Black River Road Hilton.
I think you're allowed to smoke in a nut house as well.
No matter where you go, you'll be fed well, that's a Bonus. And you won't have to worry about being Homeless.
The Irvings don't go around shooting or killing people. We know that!!

1. You're right, this does sound crazy. Reads like you have delusions of grandeur or paranoia. I like you, but I'm just telling you what it reads like.
2. For your information, the the charges do proceed, all that will happen is you will be asked to enter a plea, and whether you want to proceed in French or English, and then you will get a trial date.
3. You will not have a right to a jury trial. That's only for serious crimes like murder, sexual assault, major fraud. Obstruction charge will be dealt with at Provincial Court.
4. You will not get a judge from out of Province. You'll get an NB judge. A Saint John one unless you choose a French trial and there's no French-speaking judge sitting in SJ. Judge from outside NB only happens if the accused is so well-acquainted with NB judges that people would reasonably believe an outside judge is needed. Example: a judge goes on trial, or a Crown Prosecutor or police chief.
Judge will put you in mental health institution? Very smart judge. However, they will need solitary confinement for you because you will drive other inmates into bigger nuts. Or they will all escape and flee. More problems.
I know this is just a guilty or not giulty thing. But the question is this?
Will they try to tell me to stop blogging this issue?

You are the ownly one who keeps making an issue out of this. Who's to say you didn't delete the pictures...all of this is pathetic...move on with your life, and go work at McDonalds or somethhing...
Thank heavens charles doesn't listen to the idiots. Imagine, having your rights taken away and people saying 'move on with your life'. How pathetic is that? Somebody should have told Nelson Mandela "get over it, get a job at burger king". That's just sad that somebody would even think something that crazy-even crazier than Charles.

It's not nearly as simple as 'bonjour'. The Irvings are not the government. They donate, and they have a lot of clout because they control entire sectors. Their 'propaganda' is more of a propaganda of ommission. That means they simply do not cover important stories. Union meetings, organizations, crimes committed by Irving companies and the list goes on.
They don't talk about some race trying to take over the world, which is what Hitler's propaganda was aimed at. As you frequently state, it is more about Rogers and Irving simply not covering stories or printing your letters. That IS propaganda, but not even close to the way Hitler used propaganda.
At least go to the library and read some history on Nazi Propaganda, simply saying 'its just like when..' shows that you don't know anything about it, and makes it sound like you are trying to be 'sensationalistic'.
Just mentioning Hitler is enough to raise the shankles on anybody, and when new readers see it it sounds so extreme that it defeats the point of the blog. This is a very important story and I know from experience from many I have talked to that they simply don't follow your blog regularly because they think you are out to lunch. Maybe that's what you are shooting for or get some kind of pride out of that, but this is important and doesn't need the hyperbole.
Why not say "this is just like when Genghis Khan moved across central asia", or "this is like when Stalin attacked the kurds". Obviously its meant to get a response from the reader-but its not the response you think it is.
Think of it this way. In order to get back in the legislature or even get a press pass, it is primarily up to the government. That means that it is the 'court of public appeal' that will decide it. These guys are elected officials and all they think about is getting votes.
So say it comes down to getting a press pass. So the argument would be that bloggers can do as good a job as journalists-that is the issue.
So if you look at the blog and see the equation of Hitler to the Irvings, then no person in New Brunswick would take you seriously.
You are big on polls, run a poll and see what others think. I support almost everything you do, but even that makes me cringe. I always find myself having to explain why you AREN"T crazy even though you say that. Instead of saying "you should read the blog because its very important" its always "well, he has some extreme views but he has important issues".

You didnot do anything wrong. So put all the jokes aside it was a public place and yes some people might have been agressive or the police felt like they may lose control of this group. Fine but you were just watching and taking pictures. All things will work out. But some people like to try drag your character down. Seems like it makes a better news story especially when people are put in a bad light.
