I have been told months ago that the Health Department shut down the kitchen at the Provincial Jail in Black River. I guess the jail is way over populated!!!
Could the blame be New Brunswick Legal Aid????
It is proven that New Brunswick has the wrost legal Aid system in Canada. The poor are grabbed from the streets and thrown to the mercy of the court.
Why is our bureaucrats treating our poor like animals????
