Billionaires should be charged for endangerment to the [ublic and the authorities take them to court to cleanup or tear down at their expense. They have plenty of cash and interest collecting, Irvong needs to use their own.
The fact is 5:40 the Irving Empire would be more than happy to tear that eyesore down if they could get permission. But, they are more than willing to wait until it falls down while the city, government and those orginizations that want the building restored run around calling for it to be saved. The building is worthless but the land, now thats a differenet story.

Oh yes I forgot anyone that doesn't use words like Nazi must work for Irving or even BE an Irving in the eyes of the loyal Followers of the one known as Charles. Would that mske you LeBlanc-ites or maybe Charles Angels?
The building actually is worth something. It is within the top 10 historical buildings in Canada. that's why they are not allowed to tear it down, and the Irvings are claiming they need 2 million (as if they don't have that) to restore it. Therefore they are waiting for it to fall down so that they can clean it up and clear it to use that land.
