Charles Leblanc: 47 year old man who regularly degrades himself and blames others for outcome. Believes it is a way to make a living and contribute to society and fellow citizens. Totally committed to pestering citizens who contribute (for better or worse) to society as a whole in order to fulfill low self esteem fulfilling self (also known as the: "I") Satan's favorite letter of the alphabet...

Come on now? Get a life!! Go to bed!!!!!

Charles has nothing to fear; the police did over react or should I say meant to make an example. The pictures he took were just of the crowd. After all this is Canada and we still have rights. Irving news or no news!

Actually to be honest anyone could probably degrade Charles and get away with it. Unless you were considering taking everyone to court. Now, if you are saying that anyone that you perceive to have degraded you will not get away with it because you will blog ad nauseam about them, that would be true. The difference is of course that your blogging really has no ill effect on the person although it probably makes you feel better. And isn't that really what its all about?

Two things seem perfectly clear to me:

First, Charles should not have been arrested, and especially not manhandled.

Second, despite was Charles, there will be no public inquiry. Those things cost millions of dollars and achieve nothing. No way the government will call one.
