Standing next to a public arena with a coat and hat that say 'blogger' is hardly sneaking. It's a public place, and anybody has the right to take pictures there. People have their pictures taken thousands of times every day, every time they walk into a store or bank, everytime they go into a shopping mall.
I am surprised Charles spent so much time taking pictures of what are obviously bureaucrats and their bureaukids out enjoying themselves while so many other common folk suffer. I mean surely with your astute powers of observation you could not have missed that nose in the air attitude of "those" kind of people.
9:35am: Surely to goodness you can comprehend the difference between security cameras and an individual taking photos of people. Security cameras end up overwriting the video after a set period of time and employees aren't taking those videos home for personal use and posting them online.
You're comparing apples and oranges in a weak attempt to justify inappropriate behaviour.
Why exactly are you calling me an idiot? Did I come on here calling you names? No, I didn't. Just because someone doesn't agree with your behaviour, it doesn't justify you to hurl insults at people.
This seems to have become your standard response lately - to come into the comment threads and call people idiots, or other namecalling, instead of acting like an adult and engaging in topic discussion and debate.
Well here we go again Charles being rude and ignorant. And another place were we can't go in peace without being bothered by the old creepy looser blogger.
Thank god I skate at Kilarny lake and that is too far for Mr. Leblanc to to.
Making me look like someone who would take pics of kids without the adults consent?
You make yourself look that way. Don't blame other people for your lack of manners regarding taking pictures of complete strangers. There were about 30 people there skating, did you go to every adult (probably 15 people) and ask permission to take their photographs? Based on your past behaviour, I doubt it.

So you just stand there and take pictures of random people with their kids????
Ehhhhhhhh?????? YEP!!!!!
One of these days somebody is going to call the police and say "Some creepy-looking scruffy older guy is sneaking around, taking picture of my child."
It's one thing to take pictures of adults but it's quite another to take photos of children without parental consent.
