PANHANDLER AND GUY FULL OF ENERGY!

While taking a pic of this panhandler, I noticed the guy driving all over the downtown area pushing a airhorn and attracting a lot of attention.

Maybe he's the one announcing that Spring is near??? Who knows???

There he is in the middle of the street.



He looks like he's having a good time.

Does anyone know this guy???
