Yes Saint John is definitly non-comparible between Winter and Summer.
The Winter Months in Saint John is not the place you want to be if your looking for any type of city Beauty, There just isn't any and Spring is even worst because as the snow starts to melt it really shows the true patronage of a few Saint Johners or should I say their lack of?
The amount of garbage and constant litter piles within the streets and along with the newest official spring welcoming game of POOP SCOTCH of which this City is becoming Famous for is really something you want to avoid.
But then there is Summer which is about the best and only time you want to be here anyhow. Lots to see and lots to do.
