I took this picture last summer. Maurice evicted a guy and used the dumpster of a dentist next door.

Yes that's exactly what Maurice does, he kicks the person out, changes the lock on the door so they can't get back in to remove there belongings, then Maurice goes through their things and takes what he wants from their things and puts the rest in the dumpster down the street and puts what's left by the side of the street for garbage pick up.I saw it with my own two eyes. Now really, tell me is that not a crime, or what? And Maurice and that no good landlord are getting away with this. Where's the rights for these poor people?

Why not take this nutjob to small claims court. The best way to send someone like this a message is to take a good chunk of change from him. Both him and the landlord or acting illigally.

I doubt he is a nut job (at least the owner). If they are abusing their position as supervisor/ landlord its not because there crazy. It's because they are cold, calculating, greedy mean sons of B*t*ches that know they can get away with almost anything they do and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Calling them nut jobs is too much like giving them an excuse. This is the kind of injustice that you should be really spending your time on. This is more in line with the good old days when you had something you really believed in. (i.e. your fight about Ritalin). Sadly now this blog more often than not ends up being a place where Charles indulges himself by calling anyone he happens to feel wronged him names. It's topics like this one here that you should be filling your blog with instead of endless pictures about Quebecois taking over N.B. Boarding houses and rental apartments both need serious review. Both have little protection Although right now tenants might have some protection (at least on paper) the rentalsman for example is little more than the landlords paid patsy. Try to get a damage deposit back some time, good luck! Even if there is something in the works for boarding houses and roomers if it's no better than the residential tenancies act its not much of an improvement. Especially if your in no position to fight for even those few rights
