What a liar? Where was he? Sleeping at the switch.

He screwed ratepayers. $2.2 billion and counting.

High property taxes, higher gas prices and now very high hydro costs. May be time to start living like a hermit somewhere along Reneuse Highway in order to keep Bernard Lord in power.

Not a good idea to die these days because Bernard Lord takes advantage of that too. He is there to screw people, alive or dead.

It is not a non-issue. If you pay for power bill then you will not call it a non-issue. It is a big issue along with health, gas prices and property taxes.

Charles, you're pretty much bang-on.

I'll agree with the anon comments that it is an issue but the vast majority of New Brunswick voters don't understand it (sorry Liberal supporters, they don't).

That the Liberals have actually built a sign campaign around orimulsion shows they're talking too much to their strategists and people in the backrooms and too little to the folks down at the local Tim Hortons. If you want a successful campaign, hit the coffee shops, people will tell you what they're looking for.

Could you see taxpayer funded millionaire doug young in a coffee shop?,hahaha.
Probably too scared.

WOW!WOW!NB knows who is honest.

FREDERICTON (CP) - As New Brunswick's three political parties campaign for the Sept. 18 provincial election, a new poll of 501 voters showed the ruling Conservatives were leading among those surveyed.

The poll, conducted by Corporate Research Associates between Aug. 17 and Aug. 30, indicated Premier Bernard Lord's Tories had 45 per cent support among decided voters, compared to 38 per cent for the Liberals and 10 per cent for the New Democrats.

That support for Tories is as solid as taking a stroll on a quick sand desert.

Bernie Lord is getting blogged down because of his attitude and incompetence.

Funny how people say it is a non issue; when we have to pay the billions back we should be concerned.

Legally Premier Lord owes us alot and he quite frankly can't make enough promises or pay for them now. Get his sorry ### out of our province. Give him a swift kick out of office.
