Mr Webb always meant well even if he was frustrated with how the government spends our tax dollars on the French language. I am French and I have to admit that they do waste alot of money on things we can't afford or on things we don't need.
Praying he gets better and his family and friends are having their prayers answered.
Mr Webb is a good person but when you can't talk on the subject it can get you a little angry.
