GOD'S MINUTE!!!!

Misc 137, originally uploaded by Oldmaison.

THE HEAVENS PRAISE YOUR WONDERS, O LORD, YOUR
FAITHFULNESS TOO, IN THE ASSEMBLY OF THE HOLY
ONES.
( PSALM 89:5 * NIV )

Dear Charles,
Now in this complicated World we live in, we often over take
for granted simple things that are true blessings indeed!
However, when we stop and look at life through a child's eyes,
we sometimes become more aware of these blessings. So
today we will do just that through a message that I just received
from one of our Brother's In Christ, for out of the mouths of babes
sometimes comes great wisdom indeed!

After all; GOD PERFORMS WONDERS THAT CAN- NOT BE
FATHOMED, MIRACLES THAT CAN NOT BE COUNTED.
( JOB 5:9 *NIV )

The Seven Wonders Of The World!

A group of students was asked to list what they thought were
the present Seven Wonders of the World. Though there was
some disagreement, the following got the most votes:

1. Egypt's Great Pyramids

2. Taj Mahal

3. Grand Canyon

4. Panama Canal

5. Empire State Building

6. St. Peter's Basilica

7. China's Great Wall

While gathering the votes, the teacher noted that one quiet
student hadn't turned in her paper yet, so she asked the girl if
she was having trouble with her list.

The girl replied, "Yes, a little. I couldn't quite make up my
mind because there were so many." The teacher said, "Well,
tell us what you have, and maybe we can help."

The girl hesitated, then read, "I think the Seven Wonders of
the World are:

1. to See

2. to Taste

3. to Touch

4. to Hear

She hesitated a little, and then added,

5. to Feel

6. to Laugh

7. and to Love

The room was so full of silence you could have heard a pin
drop. Those things we overlook as simple and "ordinary" are
truly wondrous. This is a gentle reminder that the most
precious things in life cannot be bought. God gave them to us.

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it just means
you've decided to see beyond the imperfections. So
Charles, may you always be happy and see beyond. Amen.

With My Love & Prayers,
your servant Allen

Oh lord spare us! We should all be catholic? Now he's turned the blog into a religious sermon and an evangelical site! The end of the blog won't be the government clamping down on it or restricting access,it'll be Charles turning it into a catholic website and banning all comments against catholicism and catholics (at least ones he likes). The rest of us might as well start looking for another blog.

"Be great like me" just makes you sound megalomaniacal Charles-exactly what that other critic was saying on the other thread, perhaps he wasn't so far off after all.
