I have been reading about Point Lepreau for last two days. Let us face it Bernard Lord screwed this one as he did many other files.
He was so sure early this year that there will federal elections and Conservatives will win that he started playing hardball and was plain rude including not signing childcare deal.
He time and again ignored federal/provincial jurisdiction. Went to France behaving like a head of a country and then to Washington D.C. He tried to negotiate directly with the Prime Minister ignoring local MPs and senior bureaucrats in Ottawa. All these terribly immature and stupid moves. Sorry to say but this man has f****d up the province many times over now.
