POLITICIANS AND BUREAUCRATS IN FREDERICTON???? BEWARE!!!!

I never did this kind of action in the past and lets pray it will be the last time that I have to follow this action.

From the time that I leave my computer at the Public Library, I am going to remind every bureaucrats or politicians from both political parties that there’s a 5 months old pregnant female sleeping under the steps at the Soup Kitchen.

I’m going to tell these people to asks Family Services to investigate this issue!

I felt her belly last night and it sure wasn’t gas!

After I remind the people of the girl, I am going to post their name in my blog!

The readers will know if the person that I told about the poor girl cares or not! The only lucky bureaucrat in this City will be the ones that I don’t.

Let it be in the Malls, streets or outside of the Legislature. I will asked you if you have phone family Services asking questions about the unborn Child???

Why the hell do I get involved in these issues anyway? There’s one place that those bureaucrats or politicians will be safe and this will be in the Church!

The sanctuary of the Church will be respected! I will not discuss these issues in the House of the Lord!

If you wish to help the unborn child, Just past all these names < Politicians and send them an email asking them to investigate this issue! Here’s the emails-

DON'T ANYONE IN NEW BRUNSWICK CARE FOR THE UNBORN????

Guess what?????
I was right about that pregnant girl living under the stairways at the Soup Kitchen.
A reader of my blog was right beside me while I touched her belly! She’s closing in on five months of pregnancy and no one from the Government are asking any questions!
Come one!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!
I feel bad because as I said in the past, I’m a pretty good judgement of Character!
So therefore In New Brunswick? Family Services don’t protect the unborn???
I am really going to be pushing this issue in talk shows, blogs and with those politicians! Excuse me? But don’t anyone care anymore? Please let me know!!!!

WOULD POLITICAL LEADERS AND BILLIONAIRES BE EXECUTED 200 YEARS AGO????

NEWS- MEALS SERVED AT THE FREDERICTON SOUP KITCHEN

1999-31,001 MEALS

2004- 85,271 MEALS

Someone is supposed to send me the charts from the year 1990-2004 during the next few day! Enjoy your hot home cook meals during the weekend!!!

This morning I made a little prayer for the Pope and I hope that you did the same action.
The grammar yesterday was better than the day before but FOR you new readers must understand that I write like I talk.

BACKWARDS!!!!...lol…

I am Acadian!!! I am not going to take a print out and go over the fine details. I know for some people it’s very difficult to read but I’m trying my best to put a little pride in my blogs! Lets not also forget that I write often with anger so therefore my five ADHD brains are working overtime.

It’s raining outside and it’s cold so therefore go get a coffee or beer and lay back and enjoy!

By the way? There’s another blogsite that you might find interesting. It’s at

Charles
Blog

This is from a chap who also loves to share his views with the public and no one knows his name and he likes it that way! Hey? At least you know it’s a male!..lol..

I saw a sad sight a few minutes ago. The area close to the PlayHouse in the Capital, The City crews cut down all the huge trees in that area! That’s a shame because it was a nice area to relax during the hot summer months.

Yesterday, I met a woman who’s child have been force to take not Ritalin but the other drug! Cancerta!!!!

It’s the same as Ritalin! Drug is Drug! Anyway, she was very concern once I told her how the Government treats people with ADHD!

You see? These are orders from those racist Members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that adults with ADHD should be ignore at any cost!

I guess the Irving Management have begun their witch-hunt against people who they believe have ADHD!

I phoned Jeannoit Volpe < Minister of Finance > last night on an open line Television talk show and I felt bad for the guy because he received many angry phone calls from the public.

Myself? I once again told the Minister that he don’t listen too good because I told him if he wishes to save money? He should eliminate those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!

You don’t believe me? The show will be replayed all weekend on Rogers. I believe the time are 8:00pm tonight, Saturday and Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm! I was direct and straight forward!

I also thanked the minister for the huge hick rate for the people on Social assistant! < 2% > I offer the Minister to trade places for him for a one week period. He can live in my little room and I’ll live in his huge house! Another female caller offered Mr.Volpe the same proposal!

At the end of the show, a caller told the audience that people must get off their butts and go to school just like she did! Another caller told the Minister that people on welfare drink beer all day!

Excuse me? I wish that was the case!!! My God? $264.00 an month and drink beer all day? Please let me know where that cheap beer is located???

I wouldn’t stay sober for weeks at the time!!....lol…

I understand their way of thinking because I had the same way of thinking when I was working at the Shipyard and making good money!

I forgot to add that the minister isn’t a bad guy! I chatted with Mr.Volpe on many occasions and he has never ignored moi!!!

What’s really bad here is those kids who are force to take Ritalin are labelled by the Government so in future years, they will become the Social Outcast and it’s up to the Government to take care of them for the rest of their miserable lives!

The LNG plant was again in the news last evening because the Mayor of Saint John held a little town hall meeting and I might add that Carl White didn’t show up! < I wonder why? > He just better stay at Pete’s Pub for his safety!...lol…

Anyway, 200 people showed up and they were very angry of the way a tax deal was reach with the Irvings!

Lately? It’s been all Irvings Irvings Irvings!!!! The Government turns around and tell the working poor that they have to pay more money at power rates, beers, property taxes, etc etc etc!

This Government looks at the poor and say - Let them eat Cake!!!

You know what?

If this kind of action or attitude happened 200 years ago????

There would be a huge revolution! All these leaders and Billionaires would be executed and they would begin anew!

But this is Canada!!!! We don’t do these actions but how much longer can we continue to live in a so call civilizes matter???

But really? Think about it?

The Irving Final Solution is all in play! They have control of the Capital with all their Irving bureaucrats! They control all the newspapers in this Province! They are training future Journalists to follow the Irving way!!!! Etc etc etc….

As I wrote in the past and I pray that it doesn’t happen but it’s only a matter of time till someone cracks up and crosses that thin line!

It’s happening all around the world all the time! How much longer can New Brunswickers remain passive? That’s the emotional question?

It sure won’t be done by a loud mouth individual like myself but the quiet type who keeps everything inside in little frustrated mind!

As a P.C. Bureaucrat told me a few days ago. We have a good budget, there’s no protests outside the Legislature so therefore everyone is happy!

I just wonder how happy New Brunswickers are?

Of course we’re not allowed to write critical letters of the Evil Irving Empire which reminds moi???

My column about the poor hasn’t been printed?

I must once again phone the Editor! Maybe the Irvings are denying the poor the right to speak out? Who knows? But this will be good for me to tell the Senate on April 21st in Moncton!

NO ..NO NO……CLOSING IN ON 1,000 WORDS ALREADY????

I got much more to write about!!!!...lol It will have to wait till the morning! Have a good weekend and excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Bye bye!!

Fredericton's Poor

This will be a continually updated post to allow Charles to address the issues that constantly face and persist for Fredericton's Poor.

Fredericton Community Kitchen

Limited Seating in the Fredericton Community Soup Kitchen

Above is an image of the seating at the Fredericton Community Kitchen. The kitchen seats about 40 at a time and with the average visitors double that amount, it is most often tight quarters for dinner time. Below are three graphs illustrating the trends over the course of nearly 10 years in Fredericton with the users of the Community Kitchen. Thanks goes out to the Community Kitchens administration for use of these numbers.

**This text is from the STU Video on Homeless**

A blustering wind blows into the square beside the emergency shelter which joins the local community kitchen, a soup kitchen and food bank for the poor. One after another, men come out of the building and stick a cigarette between their lips. They lean on the iron bar, looking down to avoid the snow falling in their faces.

Looking around further, the board of rental housing aims right at us. Fredericton is becoming an increasingly expensive place to live. Upper-class apartment buildings are being built up and seeking people who can afford to reside live there.

Meanwhile, there are people struggling to find a place to live, and moving into the emergency shelter. High housing costs are forcing people on little social assistance into there. The emergency shelter is currently housing more than forty people.

Brian Justason moved from St. John a couple of months ago, and is now living in the emergency shelter.

Housing is too much money, says Justason. We can't afford it. That's why we are living in a place like this homeless home.

According to Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social service.

However, there are doubts that social assistance actually helps people without a job and a home.

The New Brunswick Common Front for Social Justice reports that a single person in NB receives $3,383 of annual social assistance - the lowest in the country.

Kirk Jonah has been living in the emergency shelter for three months.

I'm pretty lucky to have a shelter, says Jonah. You can't rent a room with your social assistance. You need a shelter because you can't get a room. A lot of people need more social assistance to get a room as it goes now. With 260 dollars a month of social assistance, you can't rent a room.

I don't think housing is more expensive than other cities as far as affordable housing goes, says Eric Price, a licensed realtor of Chippin¡Çs Limited in downtown Fredericton. Applicable apartments are available ln downtown. They range anywhere from 450 to 650 dollars a month. That's heated.

However, he has recognized that living in Fredericton has become more expensive because of high taxation and high utilities. He owns a building with four units and pays $6,000 a year for property tax.

Rentals have been increasing because tax is phenomenally high, says Price. Rental units in New Brunswick are the highest than any other province in Canada. Therefore, landlords are forced to charge more money for apartments in
    Fredericton.

Some of them are actively looking for jobs together to move to more conformable places.

Ree Cooney moved from Calgary, Alberta, living in the emergency shelter. He finds less job opportunities than back home.

More rooms are affordable than Calgary, says Cooney. But, wages are lower. There are more jobs in Alberta as well. In Alberta, you can start working with 10 or 12 dollars an hour even without experience oreducation backgrounds.

I think that it is important to get a job first now, says Peter Davin from the States. I need money to maintain a room. But there are no jobs in Fredericton.

CHARLES WILL EXPOSE THE IRVINGS TO THE SENATE ON APRIL 21ST!!!!

Once again, I am very sorry for the poor grammar in yesterday update and I suppose this one will not be better but as I always say - I just write the darn
thing and send it along the information Highway!

The issue to have a standing committee to study the issue of Ritalin in this Province isn’t dead yet!

I was told that the verdict will come down in a couple of weeks! I heard some very interesting stories on this issue and I will share it with the readers in a couple of weeks!

My God? The talk show in Saint John < CFBC > are still full of callers phoning in to voice their anger against the LNG plant in Saint John! This issue isn’t likely to go away anytime soon! I guess there’s a meeting tonight in Red Head so lets see how many people will show up at that meeting?

I remember the good old days of working at the Shipyard. I had a car and I would always attend these meetings but those days are long gone.

Hey? Speaking of meetings? I received this email yesterday-

    Dear Mr. Leblanc:
If you wish to appear before the Committee please
    contact Mr. Till
Heyde, Clerk of the Committee. at (613) 991-3620
    (direct line), or
toll-free at 1-800-267-7362. Alternatively, if you
    wish to provide the
Committee with a brief only, please forward it to the
    attention of the Clerk
of the Committee at the following address and it will
    be translated and
distributed to all members of the Committee:

    Mr. Till Heyde
    Clerk
Standing Senate Committee on Transport &
    Communications
    Committees Branch
    The Senate
    Room 1059, 40 Elgin Street
    Ottawa, Ontario
    K1A 0A4

    Thank you.

I called Ottawa and I’m set to make my presentation to the Senate Committee in Moncton on April 21st!

I don’t have a vehicle but I will hitch a ride to that meeting! They told me that I have only 5 minutes to speak but I will need more time than that! I am going to go and tell these appointed officials of the way the Irvings are running this
Province just like Hitler did in Germany! < Newspapers wise >

The Daily Gleaner haven’t print my column about the poor people in this City! What does this mean? No real stories on the poor from the Irving papers? I am going to do direct and straight forward!

I wrote and got printed 500 letters to the Editor during the past 15 years and suddenly the Irvings gave the orders not to print my letters! All thanks goes to Peter Huggart!< How do you spell his name anyway? >

I am going to expose the Irvings like they are! Of course they won’t take me seriously because I’m not rich but I will be direct and to the point!!! The Irvings must be put to a stop!

They are making themselves looked good with the LNG fiasco but the public knows better because there’s no way in the World that Jamie Irving will write critical stories or investigate his Father J.D. Irving! Hey? A Billionaire who supports Racism? That’s a story right there!
Speaking of racism? Yesterday, I heard from a few people that the
poor were neglected in yesterday budget and if Mr.Volpe wanted to save some money?

He could eliminate those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission! That Commission must be eliminated and run like the office of the
    Ombudsman.

In that department? If you don’t work for New Brunswickers, you are shown the door! These racist C.U.P.E. members are protected by the Union therefore cannot be touch! They are appointed for life!!!!

These poor people told me that have nowhere to go and they told me they sure cannot go to Carl White for help! You see? The poor are not protected under any
Government law! Boarders or Roomers are treated like dirt and I will write more about this issue in weeks to come.

Something must be done about this very emotional issue! I believe that a huge beginning to treat the poor people with dignity would be to eliminate these open
cubicles at the Welfare office in the Capital!

The poor citizens must have access to privacy! We sure cannot go to the Human Rights Commission on this issue because they don’t care!

I heard that those people lost another case through the courts? How come that every instance those racists goes to court? They lose?

First, they screwed up on the Cudmore Case therefore allowing the Government to deport all the kids with ADHD from New Brunswick like the Acadian
    were deported in 1755!

The only true school to educate these high intelligent kids are in Nova Scotia! But the problem will be of how to make certain that these hyper kids reach their destination? Once in the trains? They will move so much that
    the train will derailed!!! …lol…

These orders are from an Acadian Judge so it makes a person wonder! We should have elected Judges in this Country! ok..I’m tired and it’s time for me to go and as usual?

I am certain that I screwed up with some grammar in this update also! Excuse the style and grammar because I just write the darn thing and send it along
the information Highway! Have a good day! Bye bye!!!!

    FORMER C.O.R. MLA DIES!!!

    Albert Rector just died!

FIRST P.C. MLA GIVES CHARLES AN INTERVIEW!!!!

Jody Carr was the first P.C. MLA to visit me during my six months protest! < he came after I was there for 23 days! He's also the first P.C. MLA to email me his answers to my question! Here we go in his words!!!

    1- Where are you from?

I was born in Saint John, NB, am from Geary, But I currently live in Burton, NB (outside Oromocto) with my wife Krista and our daughter Taylor.

2- How long have you been an MLA?

I have been an MLA since 1999 (six yrs this June) when the Lord Government swept NB. I first ran for politics at age 20 while still at UNB in the 1995 general election coming second with 28% of the vote against LIB Vaughn Blaney. I have great respect for Mr. Blaney.

    3- How old are ya????

    I am 29 years old. I turn 30 on July 3.

3a- Do people often get you confuse with your twin brother Jack??? Does he get the same problem???

My brother Jack is 7 mins older than I am. I also have an older brother named Jeff. People do get us mixed up from time to time. We never intentionally fool people but have often thought of sending him in the legislature for me to vote. This Friday (April 1st) might be a good day to try it! (Charles, don’t tell anyone OK?)

4- What are the most important issues in your riding?

Military spending. Affordable housing for low income earners. Always Jobs. Roads. Health care, including the Oromocto Hospital.

5-Do you believe there's a problem with Ritalin in this Province? If the answer is yes? How do we confront this issue?

I have had but a handful of people from my riding approach me about the issue. I am glad Charles you will be able to present to the officials at the Dept of Education about your concerns as part of the Wayne MacKay Study.

6-Do you believe there's a major problem with prescription drug on the streets?

I think this is a problem more and more. Remediation with new programs the government has introduced like Methadone will indeed help. We must continue to also focus on the preventative for our young people and continue supporting programs like DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) for our grade 5 students.

7- How would you handle the issue of Vlt's?

The government has indeed done quite a bit so far on the issue (compared to years ago). We have restricted access to only bars. Maybe more can be done. I hope we all keep looking at the issue.

8-Why don't Bernard Lord go out and face the protesters in front of the Legislature? Do you believe that Shawn Graham would be different?

I truly think every politician who gets elected works for the betterment of the people of NB. Bernard Lord has great vision, he is focused on results, he works with his caucus, we are all behind him. The premier tackles issues in a very logical and organized fashion. He likes to have the facts in front of him and really focuses on what he feels is best for the future of the Province. Sometimes decisions are difficult, sometimes people are not happy, sometimes people do not understand why decisions are made, but at all times, our Premier and our caucus, has our minds focused on doing what we feel will make the most improvements to the lives of all of the people in the province. In 6 years a lot has been accomplished by the Lord Government.

Total annual spending on Education has increased by $265 Million (or 22%) since the 1998 year
Spending on Universities has increased by 24% or $38.3 Million since 1998. Before we took office University spending was being cut.
$890 Million more spent on Health and Seniors this yr compared to 1998
There are 177 net new doctors in NB now compared to 1999. This yr 50 net new doctors, 1998 only 15
There are 570 new full time nurses, an 11% increase since 1999.
There are 15,471 (25.4%) less people on social assistance, funding will increase by 6% over the next 3 years.
    Minimum wage is up
There are 28,000 more people working now since 1998 (in the 4 years before we took office only 8000 more jobs)
Unemployment rate is now at 9.8% for the year. Best rating ever in the province.
In 1998, NB had the highest corporate tax in Canada at 17%, we are now 3rd lowest at 13%
We have provided personal tax relief to ALL NB’ers in the amount of $608 Million cumulatively since 1999. 43,000 low income earners no longer will pay provincial income tax.
We are the first government in NB who has met the Balanced Budget Legislation
Since 2000, only two provinces in Canada has reduced their net debt (Alberta and you guessed it NB)
Because of good fiscal management our credit rating has increased, therefore lowering our interest costs. We now spend 9.8% of the budget on services the debt, the lowest in 2 decades.

There will always be challenges. We are proud to serve the people of NB and we will continue working hard to move the province forward.

9- Do you think there will be a Provincial Election this year?

    No.

10- What's your views on the Monopoly the Irvings have in the Newspapers business in this Province?

    Should New Brunswickers be concern?

There is certainly not a lot of competition in the Newspaper business in NB.

    11-Are you going to re-offer?

I enjoy serving the people of Oromocto Gagetown. I have worked with many people in the riding to accomplish many things. I know politics is never a definite source of employment but I have always said that while I am elected I will work 110% not only at election time but all of the time. I will be re-offering in the next election on a platform promoting progressive change to move our province forward.

12- Do you believe that the bureaucrats are running this province so therefore no political party can change the system. One reason would be that we only have a population of 674,000 people? What do you think?

I think running government is not easy for any party. Over the last few decades, the size of government has increased. All of the government used to be located in the Departmental Building next to the legislature. Now look. Out of 30,000 civil servants there are really only 100 in total who are political staff and MLA’s. We must not forget that demand for programs and the need for stronger public regulations have also gone up too. I constantly have many constituents who contact me about issues who do not know where to go to get them solved. I think all jurisdictions should always look for ways to do things more efficiently and as cost effective as possible. I do not think the bureaucrats are “running the province”. The elected politicians have a job to set direction ie Health Plan, Prosperity Plan, Education Plan. The civil servants make recommendations and carry out the implementation. Do not forget the criticism Frank McKenna got from his own party after 1987 saying he was not running government. It does take some time for the elected bunch and the civil service to mesh or “get on the same page” sort of speaking. I think the government has done fairly well in working with the civil service and in particular have worked overall very well on labour relation contracts.

Thanks Charles for sending me your questions.

LOTS OF POOR PEOPLE UPSET WITH BERNARD LORD!!!!!

There's a lot of people upset with the Premier at the Legislature. The welfare rate went up a missy 6% over the next 3 years. I predicted a rate hick of 20 bucks but I have wrong! Stay tune for more info in the morning!!!

WILL THE LORD CABINET TURN ITS BACK ON LOUIS.J. ROBICHAUD????

Last night, I had to pick up a few things and it was four blocks from my place, It was nice outside so guess what?

I took my ten speed bicycle and for the first time this year. My God? I love to ride my bike. It’s nice way to get out all that frustrations while riding the bike.

    For you new readers?

I rode a ten speed bicycle around the Maritimes, across Canada and the U.S.A. in the late 70s! I had ADHD in those days but no one knew about this beneficial disorder!

Speaking of ADHD! Melanson Live < talk show > had a good topic last night. They were talking about the Pope! I called in
    surprise surprise surprise …lol…

I told the audience – Don’t tell me that the Pope don’t have ADHD! He’s full of energy < or was > and he travelled all around the world trying to unite all the different Religions!

I believe the repeat of the show will be on this afternoon at 3:00pm!

You see? ADHD is supposed to be a benefit and not to be labelled as close to mental retardation! But what I found very interesting was the last half of the talk show. People were calling in to give or asked questions about the Catholic Religion!

It had nothing to do with the Pope!

Myself? I’m driving my local Priest crazy! < you can see his picture on the front blog page! > I always asks him many questions on different issues!

You see? What has to happen is that the Catholic Church must give out classes to the Adult population so we can truly understand the history of the Catholic Church! Myself, I believe we’re all here for a reason. I can’t wait for my day of Judgement to arrive because I do have a lot of questions to ask the big boss
    himself!

My sister is a family doctor and my two other brothers have families and huge homes but me I was a labour at the Shipyard!

Why me? That’s the emotional question? Why did I survive so long? How come I refuse to let go and walk towards the sunset with my head down and do like many other people who turn to alcohol and drugs to forget their problems? Why do I refuse to follow that route of shame or become a social outcast?

Why do I continue to battle the government and those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights commission of the great injustice that’s being done to the 10,000 kids with ADHD in this Province? Why am I so stubborn? Many questions but no
    clear answers!

ADHD can be known as a learning problem and her in New Brunswick because of lack of resources? The only solution is Ritalin! Too bad so sad! I will find out this afternoon if Bernard Lord denied the 10,000 people who signed my petition to right to have a study done on Ritalin in this Province. I will let you know!

I always listened to the frustrations that the parents have to go through in the school system if their child is force on Ritalin! They are labelled as idiots and Stupid therefore forcing these high
intelligent children to turn towards violence because as Adults? In this Province, thanks to those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

They are told by the Government that adults with ADHD are close to mental retardation and should be ignored at any cost!

I find it ironic that Volpe < Minister of Finance > told the media yesterday that the budget will help people who would love to go to work but can’t! Well? I am one of them that he’s talking about and I cannot work because of those racist members!

You see? Once you go for an interview? They asks you? Where did you work in the past?

My answer- I mainly worked for the Irvings all my life! Do you think that the Irvings will give me a good reference????..lol

Of course not and they have the backing of that racist Commission! As one senior bureaucrat told me last year! Sorry Charles! We can’t find you work because of the human rights decision! Hey? I’m not going away!

My God??? So far in this blog it’s been all moi me moi…Sorry about that!

Ok..last night Common Council in Saint John was a hectic scene! Around 250 people showed up to voice their anger against the Councillors who voted for the Irvings to get a huge tax break for the next 25 years! I might add that 22 people phoned in a local talk show < CFBC > voicing their anger!

People were screaming and shouting at the councillors who votes for the Irvings! Myself, I was surprised that 250 people showed!
If there weren’t so many poor people in Saint john, the amount would have been larger! Don’t forget? When you are poor? You lose all
energy to fight especially if you have a family because your main concern is to worry where you are going to get the next meals for your kids!

But I do have a question and this morning, I decided to ask a few politicians this question?

Are the Provincial politicians turning their backs on Louis Robichaud when it comes to equal opportunity???

Mind you? Just like the Catholic Religion, I don’t know much on this issue!I am not an expert! I guess what Equal Opportunity was set up for that poor Counties would be equal to big Cities so
therefore will this big LNG deal will it set up a precedent for big industries to deal with other poor Counties?

Will they demand the same deal as the Irvings received in Saint John?

Two politicians walked by the Legislature and just like a rat I jumped out from around the corner and asked the two guys the questions but I was surprised that they just continue their walk!

Of course, I won’t mentioned no names! The same action happened to me yesterday with a high P.C Bureaucrats! I tried to chat with the guy but he just kept on going!

I shouted at the two guys- Hey??? You can’t ignored a Blogger????...lol…. No comments and kept on walking!

Minutes later, I had a good conversation with two politicians and I asked the same questions?

Would this LNG deal be a slap to the face to Louis Robichaud for his fight for equal Opportunity???

From what I was told that we live in a different world compare to 30 years ago. We are dealing with competition all around the
world and Louis would support this deal with the Irvings! I might add that if the Port of Saint John has work therefore it’s good for the whole Province!

What do you think? I was told that maybe it wasn’t done properly but we have to move on! What do you think about this deal? Do you think that the Lord Cabinet should investigate the matter the deal was reach???

Should they ok this deal? Should this issue be debated on the floor of the Legislature? Let me know!!!

SH@T Over 1,200 words already and I have much more to write about! I guess it will have to wait till the morning!

Well? The Legislature open in one hour from now and lets see what kind of budget New Brunswickers will have! I wonder how much the welfare rate is going to go higher? 20 bucks???

Surely more than this because it’s impossible to live on $264.00 a month in this Province.

Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Bye bye!!!

Hey? If you’re still with me and I doubt it!!...lol…I added this little story that was sent to me yesterday! It’s pretty sad but true!! Here’s the tale—

A minister passing through his church
in the middle of the day,
Decided to pause by the altar
and see who had come to pray.

Just then the back door opened,
a man came down the aisle,
The minister frowned as he saw
the man hadn't shaved in a while.

    His shirt was kinda shabby
and his coat was worn and frayed,
the man knelt, he bowed his head,
    Then rose and walked away.

    In the days that followed,
each noon time came this chap,
each time he knelt just for a moment,
A lunch pail in his lap.

    Well, the minister's suspicions grew,
    with robbery a main fear,
He decided to stop the man and ask him,
    "What are you doing here?"

The old man said, he worked down the road.
    Lunch was half an hour.
    Lunchtime was his prayer time,
    For finding strength and power.

    "I stay only moments, see,
    because the factory is so far away;
as I kneel here talking to the Lord,
This is kinda what I say:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, LORD,
    HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.
DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,
BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
    SO, JESUS, THIS IS JIM
    CHECKING IN TODAY."

    The minister feeling foolish,
    told Jim, that was fine.
He told the man he was welcome
To come and pray just anytime.

Time to go, Jim smiled, said "Thanks."
    He hurried to the door.
The minister knelt at the altar,
    he'd never done it before.

His cold heart melted, warmed with love,
    and met with Jesus there.
As the tears flowed, in his heart,
    he repeated old Jim's prayer:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, LORD,
    HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.
I DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY, BUT I
    THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO, JESUS, THIS IS ME CHECKING IN TODAY."

Past noon one day, the minister noticed
    that old Jim hadn't come.
As more days passed without Jim,
    he began to worry some.

At the factory, he asked about him,
    learning he was ill.
    The hospital staff was worried,
But he'd given them a thrill.

The week that Jim was with them,
    Brought changes in the ward.
    His smiles, a joy contagious.
    Changed people, were his reward.

    The head nurse couldn't understand
    why Jim was so glad,
when no flowers, calls or cards came,
    Not a visitor he had.

The minister stayed by his bed,
    He voiced the nurse's concern:
No friends came to show they cared.
    He had nowhere to turn.

    Looking surprised, old Jim spoke
    up and with a winsome smile;
"the nurse is wrong, she couldn't know,
that in here all the while everyday at noon
He's here, a dear friend of mine, you see,
He sits right down, takes my hand,
Leans over and says to me:

"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, JIM,
    HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,
    SINCE WE FOUND THIS FRIENDSHIP,
AND I TOOK AWAY YOUR SIN.
ALWAYS LOVE TO HEAR YOU PRAY,
I THINK ABOUT YOU EACH DAY,
AND SO JIM, THIS IS JESUS
    CHECKING IN TODAY."

If this blesses you, pass it on.
Many people will walk in and out of your life,
but only true friends will leave
    footprints in your heart.

May God hold you in the palm of His hand

    And Angels watch over you.

But for those of us who are already His, He not
only holds us in the palm of His hand, but has
engraved our names there, and we are continually

    in His sight (Isaiah 49:16)

Please pass this page on to your friends or loved
    ones.
AND . This is the simplest test .

If you aren't ashamed to do this, please follow the
    directions.

Jesus said, " If you are ashamed of me," I will be
    ashamed

    of you before my Father."
If you are not ashamed, pass this on ... only if you
    mean it.

Yes, I do love God. He is my source of existence and
    Savior.
He keeps me functioning each and everyday. Without
    Him, I

will be nothing. Without him, I am nothing but with
    Him "I can

do all things through Christ that strengthens me."
    Phil 4:13

This is too good not to share -

So this is me .... Just Checking In

Lets try and help Charles Out - WCIE

I have been doing some spring cleaning and come across an old computer that I no longer use. The computer is in working condition but I had removed some parts to build another computer for a close friend. I would like to build this system up to give to Charles to help in his blogging efforts but need some parts to finish the system.

The computer is an HP/Compaq Desktop with an Intel Celeron 500MhZ processor with 128megs of ram and a 15gig HD. I would like to give this computer to Charles but need a few pieces to complete this system and give it a fresh start with a mild upgrade.

These are the parts that I need to make it work:

    colour monitor,
    keyboard and mouse,
    cd rom drive,

These are the parts I wish to upgrade with to make it more compatible and useable today:

PCI or USB wireless networking card,
    More 168 pin Ram 128megs - 256 megs.

Used or new are both appreciated equally.

If you can donate a few dollars, used or new parts please email me and let me know. I am certain Charles would apprciate having the internet at his place to keep us updated on the comings and goings associated with this site.

THE IRVINGS MUST BE INVESTIGATED BY OTTAWA!!!!!

Yesterday afternoon, I received this little comment—

You should go and join an order of brothers or monks and then your good works will really benefit those who need it and not those who have no respect for themselves or others.
    Diane

She’s the one who is suppose to publish my book and
she’s the owner of the River Valley News which my column is printed bi-weekly!

    Once I receive this comment?

I began laughing my head off. The people around me believe that I was going nuts!

Then I remembered one of my newest photo in my photo album. Go have a look in my photo album and stroll down to picture 37!

Take a close look at my Holy Cross around my neck and the way that I have my hood over my head?...lol… I sure looks like a monk!!!!…lol…

I laughed and laughed to myself all day long! But laughing matters soon stop once I arrived at the Soup Kitchen.

I was told by some staff at the kitchen that the poor girl who sleeps under the stairway isn’t pregnant but then again I’m told by some people that she is pregnant!

I wasn’t too happy because I did learn a valuable lesson when I was protesting in my tent! I am a professional to judge the character of an individual!

Was I cone??? You know what??? I still believe that the girl is pregnant because I did have a good look at her when she came in the kitchen but then again?

She’s 30 years old and the Government or no one can do anything about this issue if she decides to stay under the stairway! It’s an very emotional issue and thank God that Spring is here because she won’t be forced to sleep in the cold but I will be following this situation very very very closely!

One individual told me a couple of weeks ago that a woman makes more on social assistant than men?

If you don’t have any children? You are punished big times! You will only received $264.00 an month from the Government and how the hell can you survive on this amount of money!

It’s bad enough that Family Services will not replace your teethes but they are degrading the poor of this Province. Take a close look at the Open Cubicles system in the Capital??? They shout personal questions to the needy and degrade them in front of the whole floor!

Do the Lord Government care about this?

Of course not!!!! It’s just another way to discourage the needy to apply for financial help! Bernard Lord wishes to cut Civil Servants from the Payroll? Why not begin with Kim Jardine or those racist Members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission????

These C.U.P.E. racist Irving Employees are not fighting for New Brunswickers rights! They are appointed for life in their jobs and there’s nothing New Brunswickers can do about this issue!

We even have a convicted thief- Carl White who stole from the Irving in the 80s and is now working for the Irving interest!

Look at the LNG situation in Saint John? Carl White told the media
that he stands by the Irvings 100%!!! I wonder why??? I rest my case!!

Tonight’s Common Council meeting will be very interesting! Lets see if these politicians are afraid of the Irvings???

I am concern about Shawn Graham < Leader of the Liberal Party > I heard that he told the media that he agrees with the Irvings signing that 25 years deal with the City of Saint John! I hope this is not the case!

The legislature opens in the morning and you people can see the whole schedule on the front page of my web site!!

Yesterday someone gave me a copy of the Globe and Mail and not the National Post like I told a talk show this morning! Anyway? They had a huge story on the Irvings and they were congratulated Jamie Irving for printing equal stories on the issue of the LNG plant!

Well? I know for a fact that there’s a little conflict between J.D. Irving and Irving Oil!

There’s no way in the world that Jamie Irving will do critical stories on his Father J.D. Irving but what I found very interesting was that the Globe and Mail told its readers that the main reason the Irvings are doing this is because the Senate Committee is doing a study of the way the Irvings are buying all the
    newspapers in New Brunswick!

Question? I have just received a email from Ottawa but no dates when or if they are coming to this Province??? They must come to New Brunswick because the Irvings are running the newspapers like Hitler did in Germany!

As a matter of fact? I wrote a nice column in the Daily Gleaner about the issue of the poor people in this Province and it hasn’t been printed yet! Ever since Peter Huggart came to this City? My column has been denied! I am going to once again phone the Editor and maybe I’ll have to make a complaint to the Press Council in Halifax!

They print columns by Brent Taylor < a known bigot > and I heard that the Irvings are promoting this guy to run for the P.C. Party? Hey? When the day arrive that only certain individual will have a say in the opinion pages? That’s really sad for this Province!

Will the Senate come to New Brunswick to listen to New Brunswickers concerns of the way that we are denied our freedom of speech?

We need help because the Irvings are pushing the final solution big times!

They will only print praising letters of the Irving Empire and this is very very very sad!

I heard that Irving Management has already chosen their unique journalists at Saint Thomas? They donated one million dollar to that school to train these future Hitler opppsss I mean Irving journalist to their level!!!

You see, these young students will only write praising stories of the Evil Irving Empire and this is not right!

OPPPSSS OVER 1,000 WORDS!!! GOT TO GO and excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway!!!

MY THIRD INTERVIEW WITH A PROVINCIAL LIBERAL POLITICIAN!!!!

This is my third interview with an elected Provincial official! His name is Kelly Lambrock. Here we go in his words—

    Hi Charles!!

    1- Where are you from?
    Marysville, in Fredericton

2- How long have you been an MLA?
    Nearly 2 years.

    3- How old are ya????
    35

4- What are the most important issues in your riding?

A- Making the education system work for all kids.

B- Access to university and community college for all citizens

C- Investing in the kind of high-skill jobs that build Fredericton's economy.

D- Getting a fair unconditional grant for our municipality.

5-Do you believe there's a problem with Ritalin in this Province? If the answer is yes? How do we confront this issue?

Yes, I do. I do NOT think that politicians should overrule doctors' prescriptions, however. What I do believe is that certain policies, like the under funding of special needs education and the lack of counselling resources in early grades lead to doctors over prescribing Ritalin
because we don't have the resources to deal with behaviour issues properly.
I would support fixing those two problems and then tracking to see if
    Ritalin use declines.

6-Do you believe there's a major problem with prescription drug on the streets?

That's what I'm hearing from a number of community leaders. I wish that we had a better monitoring system in place so we could see numbers.

7- How would you handle the issue of Vlt's?

I believe that, generally, people should be free to make their own choices about whether to gamble or not. I don't like government telling people whether or not they can play poker (or drink beer, or use the internet, which are also things where people get addicted).. But I also
know that a lot of people say that VLTs aren't really about peoples' choices, because they operate in addictive way.
So, first, I would have an independent commission take over gaming, instead of the Department of Finance, since their mandate is simply to make money. Second, I would make an ironclad law that so much money from gambling has to go back to treatment programmes. And I would call for a review to see if VLTs are more addictive than other forms of gambling. If they are, then I would phase them out and replace the revenue with less addictive forms of gaming.

8-Why don't Bernard Lord go out and face the protesters in front of the Legislature? Do you believe that Shawn Graham would be different?

I won't speculate on what motivates the Premier. You can ask him. But I think that politicians should meet, and talk with people who disagree with them. When I proposed my dog law, I met with everyone who asked. And I learned some things from those with different opinions. And on some other things, I was able to convince people that I had a point. When I proposed a compromise, both sides seemed happy. I know already, Shawn Graham meets with people who disagree with his policies on things like forestry and Point Lepreau. He's not too insecure to listen to constructive criticism. And I think he'll be like that as Premier, too.

9-Do you believe that voters look at you different because your a lawyer?

Now that you mention it, I do notice people tilting their head upwards
when they look at me. But maybe it's because I'm tall. :-)

10- Do you think there will be a Provincial Election this year?

I don't think about things I can't control. If the Premier tells you, let me know.

11- What's your views on the Monopoly the Irvings have in the Newspapers business in this Province? Should New Brunswickers be concern?

I think concentration of media ownership is an issue in all of Canada -- although my reading list includes all 3 Irving papers because there's lots of good journalism there. I just read other sources too. The internet allows people to do their own research and thinking. If enough people broaden their reading lists to include thoughtful, fact-based journalism, mass media will respond to it. If people don't want anything else, then the market won't provide it. It's in our hands, really.

    11-Are you going to re-offer?

I will decide on that when an election gets closer. I have young kids, and they come first.

12- Do you believe that the bureaucrats are running this province so therefore no political party can change the system. One reason would be that we only
have a population of 674,000 people? What do you think?

If I believed that, I'd go back to teaching full-time.

Thanks, Charles -- that was fun.

    Kelly

DO THE LORD GOVERNMENT CARES IF PREGNANT WOMAN LIVES WITH RATS AND MICES??????

Ok.. I did something that I never did in my entire life. I went to Church Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

I feel nice about it and it’s funny to witness all the bureaucrats you battle with during the week under the same roof!

Hey? As I wrote over one year ago, I am not going to write the going ons within the House of the Lord. It’s a place of peace and tranquilly!

It was a rough three days because everything is close but as always, some issue catches Charlie’s eye!

I have been volunteering at the Soup Kitchen during these past few months and I liked it!

Everyone seem to be happy at that place but everything isn’t honky dury! < Is that how you spell it? >

Anyway, Saturday afternoon, me and a worker decided to go outside for a smoke before the mad rush started! Hundreds of people go to that needy place and the numbers seem to go up and up on a daily basis.

While chatting with the worker, I noticed a young woman in her 30s squeezing under the stairway of the Soup Kitchen. Just like a cat would run under a stairway!

For a minute, I believe she was going under the steps for a drink and do some drugs! I never noticed people going under there in the past so I was curious.

I was told that the young girl have been living under the stairs at the Kitchen since the cold month of January!

You see? This place is hung out by a lot of unfortunate people. Myself, I don’t take the time to communicate with these lost souls. I go right inside and once my job is done? I quickly leave the premises. I don’t asked questions and I believe this is the reason that no one bothers me but in this case? It’s a totally different ballgame.

I notice this girl who’s first name is Joanne in the kitchen. She always polite and always asked for tea! She’s quiet and don’t cause any problem. I was very surprised to see her living under the stairway.

Mind you? I was more upset once I learned that she was four months pregnant! I was told that she already had seven kids. I asked her in the kitchen if I could have a look in her little home?

She told me – No problem!

After my volunteer job was done? She wasn’t around she I opened the piece of wood < her suppose door > and looked inside. My God???? It’s a terrible atmosphere to live in!!!

I didn’t wish to cause trouble. I noticed a few people were watching me so therefore I left the area and went home.

Once in my little room? This issue really bothered me so at 8:50pm, I put my jacket and the holy cross around my neck and decided to go at the shelter.

It’s really scary to go in that area at night because you don’t know what to expect? There’s a ramp for the handicap to go at the kitchen but the less fortunate builted a tent with blankets in the corner.

Once at the stairway the girl wasn’t around.

One guy shouted- What are you looking for?

I answered - The girl named- Joanne!

She quickly came out from the tent to chat with me. I asked her if she mind that I wrote about this issue?

She told me to go ahead so I began with my straight forward questions and I didn’t have note pad with me but this is what I have been told.

Joanne is 30 years old. 1/4 black and ¼ Native. She had seven kids so far and she has 5 Grand Children. She has never seen her Children.

She had her tubes done but she still managed to get pregnant.

The poor girl told me that she doesn’t drink or take drugs while she’s pregnant. She admitted before the pregnancy that she’s an alcoholic. She still smoke cigarettes and I saw her rolling butts to make a nice smoke.

She doesn’t collect a welfare check because she doesn’t have a fixed address. She also told me that the reason she stays with the men in that little man made tent is to keep warm.

Joanne also added she allows someone to sleep beside her under the steps for her safety!

She also added that it’s very cold under the stairway and she only had one small candle to keep warm.

Joanne can’t squeeze under the stairway as easily as in the past because she’s 4 months pregnant!

She added that she’s bared for life from the woman shelter because of a dispute with staff.

Joanne also told me that there’s Rats and mice’s all around her so call bed.

She is concern of the health of her unborn child!

After our 10 minutes conversation, I shook her hand and congratulated her for not drinking while she was pregnant and quickly left the premises!

So??? What is the Lord Government going to do for this unborn child? Will Family Services help this woman?

I know for a fact that she cannot go at Family Services because with their open Cubicles policy?

These Social workers will degrade her big times! The Capital is the only place in this Province that the poor are not treated with Dignity! These people at Family Services must start treating the poor with Respect and a huge start would be to visit this poor pregnant woman who lives under the stairway at the Shelter.

I know for a fact that my blog goes out there to all the elected MLA’S and bureaucrats!

I will see this woman every day and I will asked her if someone from the Government have contacted her yet?

I will let the public know if The Lord Government cares about the unborn so stay tune for more stories on this very emotional issue!

As I told someone this morning, Why the hell do I get involved in these issues???? Why can’t I be like everyone else and mind my own business??? Oh well? As I said in the past- When my day of judgment arrive? He cannot say that I didn’t try to give my fellow human being a helping hand!

Will the Lord Government help this unborn child or while they allowed this pregnant woman to live outside with the Rats or mices??? Stay tune?????

YOU DON’T BELIEVE MY STORY???? GO HAVE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF AT THE SHELTER!!!!!

Excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information highway!!!

What's your view on this issue???

    Dear Mr. Leblanc,

I am responding to your recent e-mail to Terry McInerney, on behalf of our Assistant Deputy Minister, English Educational Services Division, with whom you met some weeks ago. I am also including a copy of the e-mail that was sent to superintendents and directors of education in the English public school system. You may be interested in knowing that this is a reiteration of the message that I sent to the same group, including Student Services administrators approximately two years ago.

You have also requested results concerning the meeting held with the ADM and Pierre Dumas and other interested individuals. It is important to note that the Expert Report on Behaviour Disorder was initiated and conducted by the Department of Health, under the direction of Ms. Marcella Laaper, Director of Child and Adolescent Services. Ms. Barb Whitenect is currently in that position.

In essence, given that this report was initiated and developed by the Department of Health and Wellness, any further action to be taken on this report must be initiated by the Department of Health and Wellness. Officials of the Department of Education who participated on that committee did so at the invitation of the committee chair from the Department of Health and Wellness.

You will note that I have also copied this e-mail directed to you to individuals within the Department of Health and Wellness who should be the primary contacts for any further action concerning that report.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Recent stories in the Telegraph Journal and other media have heightened the public's awareness of the drug Ritalin, a drug which is generally used to assist in the treatment of ADD/ADHD among children of school age and adults. While educators have a definite role to play in the referral process for children who are displaying characteristics associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and in assisting the medical and psychological profession diagnoses of this disorder, teachers are to refrain from suggesting to parents that prescription medication of any sort should be used in the management of students' behavior.

The diagnoses and prescription of medication for disorders that impact on a classroom's Positive Learning Environment remains the responsibility of the medical profession.

Principals are asked to remind teachers that the Department of Education recognizes that teachers have an important role to play in the referral process. Suggesting to parents that they may want to consider discussing their child's attention difficulties with their family doctor comes as a result of a collaborative process involving the school-based student services team who have considered in- depth the child's strengths and needs. Teachers are encouraged to share their observations with the school-based student services teams, and with physicians. Teachers can also serve as an important source of information in the monitoring by the physician of appropriate dosage of medication.

Please share this information with principals, who will share with their staff.

YOU DON'T BELIEVE MOI THAT RITALIN CAUSES DEATH?????

    Check this site out!!!!

    Ritalin Death

ONE MORE THING?? VOTE ON THE NEW POLL ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE!!!

    THANK YOU!!!

LORD GOVERNMENT TO TIM SMITH - SORRY DUDE!!!! VLT'S ARE HERE TO STAY!!!!

Ok…I don’t really feel like writing today but here’s goes nothing.

I’ve received a few emails asking me the reason a comment was removed from the blog site? I received in great details yesterday of how the 12 years girl died. It was from a parent who’s child attended the same class.

A few of you suggested that I remove the comment which I did!

Hey? There’s blogging and there’s blogging! This is a site to discuss issues!

Speaking of Bloggers??? The guy who ran the Bernard Lord Sucks blogsite closed his blog very quickly and I wonder why? There’s a letter in yesterday Daily Gleaner about that guy and here it is--

    Respects Alward, Graham and Lord

After reading our local paper for the past while, I
have to conclude that one letter writer needs to get a
    new hobby.

It appears that he has, for some reason, appointed
himself the official "you don't want a new hospital
and here's the reason why" agitator.

Frankly, I am sick of reading his thoughts.

Does he not have anything else to do but invent
reasons why a new hospital will not benefit our
    valley.

I believe his letters are full of false statements
used to instigate more talk in the coffee shops. His
derogatory remarks regarding our MLAs and premier are
    uncalled for.

I have great respect for Premier Bernard Lord and our
MLAs David Alward and Dale Graham.

It's very easy to sit in the comfort of one's own home
and write letters or create a silly web site, with no
    public accountability.

Well, Mr. Letter writer, I encourage you to get out
from behind your keyboard and stand up for what you
believe. Be accountable, put your name on the ballot
    in the next election.

Remember, if you're not part of the solution... you're
    part of the problem.

    Angela Brown
    Woodstock, N.B.

Is this the reason Bev took off? I hope not because people can crucify me and condemn me but I really don’t care because I will always fight for what I believe is the right thing to do!

I can take the heat and as long the White Collar Irving Employee is around to give me a helping hand? The blog will be around for years to come!

Speaking of WCIE??? I asked Denis Melanson < host of a Talk show > to invite him as a guest! Of course he would have a mask on with the initial WCIE in his forehead!...lol… I bet it wouldn’t take long for the staff of Irving security to surround the Rogers building on York Street to find out who this guy is???..lol….

Sure would be good for the ratings!!!!

Speaking of the Irvings? My God? Are they ever going through a huge public relation nightmare. I wonder who’s in more trouble? Bernard Lord or the Irvings? The people are furious against the Mayor of Saint John and I guess they are going to show up at next Council meeting in Saint John in great numbers but I don’t believe this will be the case?

People are top afraid to make a presence!

Last evening, I showed up at that class and it was very very very interesting!

Two girls supported the issue of Ritalin and three girls spoke out against! It was very interesting to listen to both sides. I won’t go into the details of the meeting but I did asked the girls to send me their presentations so I could pasted them on my blogsite!

I might add that they mentioned three young children died because they took Ritalin. I’ll add more stories in the weeks ahead and all the 5 students from both side should be congratulated for a job very well done!

The Brunswickan in Fredericton had a good story on Ritalin. If you have the time? You can read at

    target="_blank">CharlesBlog

Many of you asked me the reason that I didn’t write much of the plan shooting at Saint John High?

Well? I am not certain on that one?

We know there’s a shooting that occurred in the states a few days ago where 10 people died and I always wrote that one day someone is going to be push and cause a shot out in this Province.< AS GOD AS MY WITNESS!!! I DON’T WISH THIS TO HAPPEN!! >

But it’s only a matter of time.

As for those kids at Saint John High, I just wonder if this is all blown out of proportion because they had the attack dated - In April year 2006!!! That’s a very long time to prepare for an attack! They say Bullying is the main reason that some students will to cause this shameful disturbance.

Well? Kids who are forced on Ritalin are bullied by fellow students and this is a true fact! They are labelled as Idiots and Stupid! As adults, Because of that very racist decision from the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that adults with ADHD are close to mental retardation! Well? This is not good!

You can read that very sad verdict on the left hand side of the front page blog!

I heard last evening that there’s a new talk show in the Capital! I don’t know the station but I will find out! The more talk show we have? The better for New Brunswickers!

There’s one thing that I learned during my protest!

I had a radio but there was no Golden Oldies in the Capital and I wonder why? My God??? Do their music ever sucks!!!! Bring on the Golden Oldies for old people like us!!!!...lol...

Speaking of the media? Yesterday I was walking in the hallway in the Legislature and I noticed the minister of Health Elvy Robichaud standing beside a man who was interviewed by an Irving reporter! I stood by and listen. I guess he was the Minister of Health from Ontario!

I also noticed Andre the Commissionaire staring at me while another Commissionaire was looking on! They were just waiting for me to do something wrong!

I’m telling you this is getting totally ridiculous at the Legislature. You see? If I walked around the hallway and I bumped into a politician? Am I allowed to asked questions or is this honour just for the Irving media??? I could and would love to asked the Minister of Health from Ontario – If Ritalin was a problem in his Province?

Maybe this is what the Commissionaires were waiting for? I don’t have papers to asked questions so therefore only the Irving media will be allowed some direct straight forward questions? Not fair!

The Bloggers should be allowed to asked some direct questions but anyone who wish to be part of the media in the Legislature must have the ok by the Irvings!

Germany all over again? You tell me?

They sure won’t asked the Government if they are concerned of the way the Irvings are controlling our freedom of speech?

I phoned the talk show this morning and told the audience that since Peter Huggart been in Fredericton. The Daily Gleaner hasn’t print my column! HiiiiIrving! Denying freedom of speech in the Capital is very very very undemocratic!

What can a person do? Just keep on pushing this issue on talk shows and make certain that the public knows what’s going on in New Brunswick! It’s all part of the Irving final solution!!!

The Bernard Lord Government announced yesterday that the VLT’S are here to stay. Any suggestions that was discussed with Tim Smith is out the door! They won’t even consider shutting down the machines for a few hours!

See? What they I tell you? The Government never listen to the public concerns!
Look at my case of the issue of Ritalin? 10,000 people signed my petition asking the Government to stop the drugging and killing of our children but to no avail!

What is Tim Smith going to do now? Start a protest with a petition in the warm weather! Starved himself to death? Set up a tent at the Legislature for the summer months? You know what?

The Bishops said it better! They knew for a fact that the Lord Government will not act on his suggestions because they need the money even if this means that people will commit suicide!

Too bad so sad is the Lord Memo!

If this trend continues to ignore the public, the Lord Government will be eliminated from the political map just like Richard Hatfield! Maybe not as bad but they have to start listening to the People!
I received an angry email from a bureaucrats who told me
that they were going to complain about my updates? Lets see what’s going to happen there?

OVER 1,400 WORD????? WAY WAY WAY TOO MANY WORDS!!!! I taught that I didn’t feel like writing! Oh well? There won’t be any new blog during the next few days because everything is shut down and I don’t have a computer! Have a very good Easter weekend and God Bless my grammar in this update!...lol

    Bye bye

    Intervention on A&E... Sunday Nights

I wanted to give a heads up for anyone wanting to watch a powerful and compelling show this weekend and apparently into the near future. Read up about the show at A&E. This weekends show is as follows:

    #4.
    Sunday, March 27 10:00PM ET/PT

Parents and friends intervene to save Alissa, a compulsive gambler who has lost more than $30,000 on 25-cent slots. Meanwhile her boyfriend juggles three jobs just to make ends meet for them. Then we meet Brian, whose crystal meth habit feeds his sex addiction and sends him trolling the streets for new partners every day.

    It is an eye opener...

    Regards,
    WCIE.

LITTLE GIRL DIES AND LIFE IS SO SHORT!!!!!

Many of you have sent me an email asking me if I pissed in my bed because I sent you an update so early in the morning!
Well? There’s a reason for this wake up update?
Yesterday, I contacted the professor at Saint Thomas and asked him if I could attend the class where the issue of Ritalin will be debated?
He told me to be there at 8:30am! I took a shower and found a ride to Saint Thomas University.
I sent you people the interview with the MLA because I had no time to write any update! I was going to be busy all day! Hey? That’s good for me!!!! Keeps me out of trouble!
I located the class but there was only one itty bitty problem?

The class was for 8:30pm in the evening! My God? Was I ever disappointed! Up early in the morning so what am I going to do the rest of the day?
So get ready for an long winded update about many different issues.
I received an email yesterday that the video camera didn’t worked good so therefore we had to do the interview all over again!
I told the young girls to meet me at 1:00pm in front of the Legislature! I tried to set up an interview at the Library but to no avail!
I finally located a politician who let us use his office for 10 minutes.
While waiting for the interview? I asked the young girls if they ever visited the Legislature? It was their first time. We signed the book and walked in!
The people at the Library were too busy to chat because they were getting ready for a big launching of a stamp today and I was there this morning and My God there’s a lot of high class people walking in there! Too high class for this dude!!
Going back to the two girls? The atmosphere wasn’t a good one and things could have turned very very very ugly in the hallway of the Legislature!
I bumped into the Sergeant At Arms < very nice guy > in the hallways and I knew if was busy!
I quickly introduced him to the young girls but suddenly a Commissionaire name – Andre intervened and raise his voice in front of the girls that I was somewhere that I wasn’t suppose to be?
I said- Excuse me???? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???
The Sergeant At Arms told me that every is fine and quickly left the area!
The girls were not impressed by this Commissionaire degrading me like this? Something is not right in that legislature?
I really hate people from Quebec trying to degrade me in public!
They always say- Hey? I’m working!!!
You know what??? Andre < Commissionaire> can go back to Quebec where he belongs because we New Brunswickers are SURE not allowed at the Government House in Quebec!!!!
Something is fishy at the Legislature and just maybe those Quebecers want me out of there?
    Who knows and stay tune!
I believe it’s the people House and not the Quebecers House???
This morning, I made another stop over at the Ombudsman office and gave him some papers by saying- Hello there! My name is Charles LeBlanc and I wish to apply for a job as a child advocate!
I don’t have the degrees but I know what I’m talking about! Of course this office isn’t run like those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission where those racists C.U.P.E. members are appointed for life!
Mind you? I don’t know if you could stand me around from 8:00aqm till 4:00pm five days a week so therefore since I’m not protected by the Union like those racist members of the commission? It will not take you long to show me the door!...lol…
Yesterday, the Ombudsman told the MLA’S yesterday that he could maybe take care of the Child advocate department!
It’s a new title which will cost $500.000 a year to run so Bernard Richard is trying to help the province by saving a few bucks!
Speaking of Child Advocate? I heard a good one yesterday?
There’s this individual who’s on Social Assistance and decided to attend a class at Community College to upgrade their education!
In the class are parents who’s on social Assistant!
Guess what? All the parents in that classroom? All their children are on Ritalin!
Can you imagine that one? I said it before and I’ll say it again! The % of kids on Ritalin is larger within the poor population!
I will investigate this issue in more details and I’ll let you know!
Something awful happened in my home town of Memramcook yesterday.

    I just received this email-

    Salut Charles,

    Quelle
tragédie à la veille de Pâques!
    Bonne journée.

Young girl dies at Memramcook school

    Times & Transcript Staff

An autopsy is expected to be performed today on a young girl who collapsed and died yesterday at the Abbey Landry School in Memramcook.

The girl, believed to be 12 years of age, began feeling ill and collapsed in the classroom at about 2:30 p.m.

Memramcook fire and rescue said one teacher rushed to begin CPR while waiting for rescue and ambulance personnel who were only a few minutes away. The emergency response team took over CPR on the way to the hospital and used a defibrillator several times to try and revive the youngster.

An unconfirmed report said the girl had been feeling ill earlier this week but felt good enough to return to school yesterday.

Grief counselling is expected to be available at the school today for teachers and classmates.

Abbey Landry School is a kindergarten to grade eight school.

Yes, this is sad because the Father used to go out with my Sister and I used to play hockey with the guy!
My deepest Sympathy goes out to the family! Why? Why? Why? Why do some people die so young?
I just can’t understand it but there must be a better world that this one??? That’s for sure! Did you vote on my poll about God on the left hand side? If not? Please do! Ok…What else????
You know what? I am confuse! We never had someone like Jesus walking around this world! Can you just imagine if someone showed up and like Moise told the world that all the water on this planete will turn red for 3 days!
Everyone will not drink any water! No beer, pop, milk no nothing and everything would changed back to normal three days later!
Could you imagine the attitude of people? My God? It sure would make some people change their views on Religion! Hey? It could even change the Irvings attitude toward the poor! Would they give all their money away and follow the route of the Lord?
Makes you wonder???? They say that Moise came 1,200 years before Jesus and David came 200 years later.
Ever since Jesus, we never had anyone showing up! Did we? Please let me know?
Mind you that I'm not born again but I do believe!
Sh@t!!!! Over 1,200 words! Sorry about that! I wrote way too much! Excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Wish me luck for tonight and don’t forget to vote! Bye bye!!!!

SECOND LIBERAL MLA MLA GIVES CHARLES AN INTERVIEW!!!

    Charles:

    Please see appended below.

    Eric Allaby

In answer to your questions, which arrived while I was away on vacation, here goes:

    1 - Riding?

    Fundy Isles

    2- How long?

    Over 17 years

    3 - Important Issues?

On Grand Manan, ferry service is ongoing issue, but recently the closure of the sardine cannery is a big problem with loss of 180 jobs. Also, we lost a doctor off Grand Manan a year or so ago, which is a problem. For Campobello, border issues for the commercial shipments from Canada, through US, back into Canada on Campobello, a problem. Deer Island, problems between aquaculture and commercial fisheries. For Campobello and Deer Island, proposed LNG terminal for Pleasant Point, Maine, is an issue. Issues for Fundy Isles, tend to be different than other ridings.

    4 - Is Ritalin a problem?

Not sure; I have been told about it a bit, but I am not sure how widespread its use is. Didn’t know much about it at all, but Charles, you have made us all more aware of it.

    5 - Prescription drug problem?

I think there is abuse of prescription drugs with significant number of people addicted. Seems to be a growing addictions problem.

6 - Irvings owning all newspapers?

It is always nice to have competition, however, it would be hard for someone to start up another daily newspaper in our small New Brunswick market.

    7 - Re-offer?

Quite possibly; I will reserve that decision until closer to the likely time of an election.

    8 - Party change policies?

That is up to the thoughtful determination of the party to make a difference in the lives of the people of New Brunswick.

    9 - Are the Liberals Pro-Irving?

It will depend on the issue or circumstance. There will be things that the Irvings will want to do that we will support; there will be times that we disagree with the position of the Irvings.

10 - As Premier Will Shawn Graham show up during a protest??

I believe that Shawn Graham, as premier, will have the courage to talk directly with people who are protesting in front of the legislature.

    RITALIN IN A SPRAY BOTTLE????

Ok...last evening, I met up with two young cute girls from Saint Thomas University. They wanted to interview me. I guess their class are debating the
    issue of Ritalin.
Half of the class has to tell the rest of the students why Ritalin is needed and the other half will explain the reason that Ritalin is over prescribed!

Now? Which side do you believe that I would be on????...lol....
The girls picked me up and we did our interview via video at Boston Pizza! My God? They make good pizza at that place.
What I really found interesting is that after the interview, the girls asked the young workers at the pizza place - Is Ritalin over prescribed?
You should have seen the look at the young people faces!
It reminded of my protest! Today’s youths knows and understand there’s a problem
with prescription drug and that’s exactly what they told the girls!
They also told the girls that in one case at the Oromocto Elementary school. A teacher walks around with a plastic bag and inside are many little bags
full of ritalin for the students! She said that they give the kids their Ritalin at noon! Mind you? I did hear in the past that Ritalin was really over prescribed in that school! I wonder why? Is it because these kids are from Military parents? No discipline so they drugged them!
But the Lord Government don’t care so I guess that the drugging and killing of our young children will continue till the next provincial election!
The girls did asked me some darn good questions and I was rusty because I haven’t talked about it for a while in front of a video camera but they did tell
me they learned a few things about Ritalin from our debate!
Hey? To educate the public on this emotional issue is my goal in life and I will not stop until the issue is address by those bureaucrats!
They are going to make a presentation this week to the school class and I pray that the professor in that class would invite me over to witness these kids make their presentations? It sure would be interesting to listen to both side of the issue! I am going to send that professor an email asking him for permission to sit down behind the class and listen!!!
YES,,,, I CAN SIT DOWN AND KEEP MY BIG MOUTH SHUT FOR A FEW HOURS!!!!
Speaking of big mouth???I heard a good one over the weekend. There I was yakking away with two individuals and one of them told the other - My God? I
wish that Ritalin would come in a spray bottle!!!!...lol...lol....lol...
Yes? That would be a good thing for the citizens of the Capital!
Every instance those bureaucrats or politicians would see Charles coming? They would spray Charles therefore changing Charles into a Zombie!!!!
My God? We mustn’t give those drug Compagnies any ideas!!!...lol..
Yes, I’m ceratin that I would be sprayed on around 50 times a day!!!...lol...
Hey? I had my second Internet interview with Eric Allaby! I’ll paste it on this site today!!!!
I heard another good story! Did you know that Howard Hughes < Billionaire > down the States bought all the newspapers in his area! The reason? He didn’t
want any newspapers to write any bad stuff about him!
Doesn’t this sound like the action of another Billionaire? The Irvings are really pushing their agenda through New Brunswickers!
Look what happen last Saturday? The Moncton Transcript < Irving Own > has a
column call- Sleuth! This is a section of the paper that the Irvings will crucify anyone who dares to stand in their way and the public are not allowed to
    fight back!
Read what they printed on Saturday-

Saint John residents are all in a lather over city
council's decision to offer Irving Oil a tax cap on
its proposed $750-million liquefied natural gas
project. But while Port City denizens argue the
pros and cons, leave it to Fredericton's colourful
mayor, Brad Woodside, to wade in where he
doesn't belong. Battlin' Brad thinks it would be a
"mistake" for the province to change legislation
to allow Saint John to offer the tax cap. "Once you
start picking and choosing who you are going
to give the tax breaks to, well, I can just imagine
what kind of hornet's nest that is going to
create," the mayor told The Daily Gleaner this week.
Just how long has Woodside been living in
New Brunswick? How many big business projects have
been launched here without some type of
tax or grant help? This would be the same mayor who
was also upset when Moncton landed the
new Molson Brewery with government help. His is the
city that also tried to lure the hugely
successful World Wine Festival away from Moncton.
Sleuth has a proposal for Mayor Brad. We'll
keep the Wine Festival, but you can start a whole new
festival of your own. Let's call it the World
    Whine Festival!

See what I mean Jelly bean???? Ottawa must come down to this area and do a study of the way the Irvings have control of the media!
Which reminds me? I haven’t had my column printed in the Daily Gleaner since Peter Huggert took over that paper! I must phone the Editor and asked him where is my letter? Personally, I like the guy and he always printed my letters but this all change since Peter Huggert who dedicated his life and soul to the Evil Irving Empire! I believe that I will have to once again make a complain to the Atlantic Press Council on this issue!
Ok...I wrote enough and excuse the style and grammar of this column because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Don’t be afraid to send this blogsite to all your friends on your email list so the message can continue to be spread among the people of New Brunswick!!!
    Bye bye

    BLOG SITE IS CLOSING DOWN!!!!!

This blog site didn't last long!!!!

    Hi ya Charlie
As your site, and Recall Bernard Lord, gave me a great idea to express my thoughts about political life I thought that I would let you know that I am planning on shutting down Bernardlordsucks within the next day or two. I do feel bad about it as it has been getting a lot of hits for the short time that I have had a counter and between your site and mine we covered a lot of items.

First of all, there is no political pressure on me to do this as I have never heard a word about it from any member of any party.

A couple of factors come into the reasoning. One is that there are four people that I have involved in my site and the majority think that we have made people aware of what was going on. The second is that there are a lot of Liberal supporters that can start their own site if they had the courage. Third, is that I truly think that Woodstock's MLA, David Alward, believes (and I do not agree with him) that the Waterville site is the best. And fourth, the big reason is that if the Liberal party can not win the next election on what we have said in our blog sites then they do not deserve to be in government. They should have buried the government by now.

So friend, I am sorry to leave you alone in your fight but I wish you the best of luck and will still be visiting your site often. I still hope to meet you at the Legislature some day soon.

    Thanks

    Bev Stack

Peace Rally in Budapest, Hungary. What a beautiful act of solidarity towards peace. We need to learn from others...

NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION SHOULD HELD THEIR HEADS IN SHAME TODAY!!!!!

My nerves are shot today and I don’t know the reason? I’ve been on sleeping pills < prescribed bymy doctor > for the last 5 years. Maybe it’s getting to me? Who knows?
As usual, I went to church yesterday and I said to myself that I’ll be good this week because it’s the week before Easter but all this change when I was taking a shower this morning.
I heard on CBC Radio that today is - March 21th! It’s International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination!!!!
Poor Charlie, he just can’t let go!

He can’t even have a shower in peace!!!! I believe that it has nothing to do with my ADHD! Me mother is from Glasgow, Scotland. Maybe this is where the problem lies? There’s nothing more stubborn than a darn Scotsman!
Yes, I hope that those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission held their heads in shame today because they should!
They agreed with J.D. Irving that minorities can be treated like dirt so therefore the witch-hunt against minorities continue in the Irving Empire!
As the racist Supervisor- Brian Grant from Gulf Operators told all his workers that no or frogs should be allowed to work within the Irving Empire!!!
Not much we New Brunswickers can do about it!
If you have an appointed Human Rights Commission who promotes ? Than you
have a problem but I will always talk about this till the last day I die!
Those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission must be
    eliminated in 2005!!!!!
    Ok...Enough on that issue!
I received an email this morning telling me that a small Town in Perry, Maine is debating the same issue as in Saint John! The famous LNG Plant!
    Here’s the story

    Charles Blog

    or

    http://www.wqdy.fm/

I guess that the people in that town are going to received a huge tax break so the LNG PLant can be stationed in that area????
Someone told me over the weekend that my petition or any petition against the Government is a big waste of time!
Well? I don’t agree with this individual because it’s a great way to debate the issue in hand.
Such as my petition of 10,000 signatures asking or begging the Government to do a study on the issue of Ritalin!
I might add that if I didn’t confront the public with my petition? I would have never heard both side of the issue!
Trust me? I had many debates! It was fun and if I didn’t have a petition? This would have never happen!
Hey? Do you know someone who’s a amateur political cartoonist? We want to add my color or action to this blog site! Just send me a note!
Also???? Closing in at 4,000 hits! So far so good!!!
I heard on CTV that Bernard Lord was in Montreal for the P.C. Convention. The last provincial P.C. Convention I’ve attended? I had a blast! I got drunk and had a good time. Mind you, I didn’t write about anything during that Convention.
Mike Duffy < CTV > told the television audience that some members of the P.C. Party were upset because once they came to the room to meet Bernard Lord?
They had to pay 6 to 8 bucks a beer? My God? I bet the room emptied pretty quickly! As I said in the past and I’ll say it again!
The people around the Premier are not up to par of what’s going on in the real world! I remember when Bernard Lord first got elected! He told me that the issue of Ritalin must be studied in this Province.
    Once he got elected?
I quickly phoned the Premier’s office and the guy who took my call didn’t or couldn’t say the word - Ritalin! He said- ADSH???? Not ADHD!!! He didn’t have a clue what I was talking about!!!!
Months later, Bernard Lord finally came out of the Centennial Building and told me -Ritalin???? I don’t know what you are talking about Charlie!!!!
Last week in Saint John? They held their famous Job Expo! I remember attending that little gathering around 5 years ago. Bernard Lord was there and Norm MacFarlane < then Cabinet Minister >
The Premier said - Look at all the people coming to the job expo! There must be
    thousands??? Isn’t this a success????
I said to myself - Thousands of people are looking for work and this is good news???
Excuse moi??? What’s wrong with this picture anyway?
Some P.C. bureaucrat told me one day that only people who cannot find a job with the Government are upset with the Government!
Well? I am very sorry but in my case? It’s not so! I care deeply for the small kids who are forced on Ritalin and will continue to fight on behalf of the poor!
    Halifax had another last Saturday!
My God that City is getting dangerous and the same will happen in the cities in this Province if the Government don’t confront the Prescription problem in this Province!
Over the weekend, I once again volunteered at the Soup Kitchen and hundreds showed up for their meals!
I don’t have the exact amount but all I can say is that there’s a lot of hungry people out there! As I told someone Sunday - If I see and hear all these people who are going hungry? I hear all this in a small City! So therefore?
What’s going on in the whole Province?
    That’s the scary question?
I wish that all the Soup Kitchens would team up on a web site so they could email the amount of meals they served during the day but I guess this won’t happen and I often wonder why is that now?
Ok..During the next few days? I will try to be nice and write about stories of the poor because it’s the week before Easter so I’ll try to be nice but there’s always seems to be issues that pops rights in front of my eyes!
Excuse the grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Bye Bye!!!!
By the way? I got an stern note from someone from the Premier’s office to remove him off my list! I told the individual that he’s a public official so therefore I won’t! Lets see if the lord Government will try to block me again?????
