FULL MOON - 114 BRUNSWICK STREET WAS JUMPING WITH THREE POLICE CARS!!!!

It was a full moon last night and 114 Brunswick Street was jumping with three police cars.

z32
police

As usual, I was enjoying a nice ride on my ten speed bike.

Across from the Irving Gas station was John staring at the full moon. He haven’t seen my next door roomer for a while so I decided to stop and asked – How 114 Brunswick Street since I left?

P1010048
Charles 04_07_05 080

He told me that he must find a place soon because it’s crazy in there.

I suggested that he should moved out?

I am so happy that I left 114 Brunswick Street.

Once in that area, I noticed two police vehicles in the driveway.

I also noticed Maurice < caretaker > at the door.

I knocked at the neighbors door and I was surprise to see the two female cops in her Building.

Misc 134

Sitting down on the couch was this man.

P1010059

He was drunk < normal > but there was a problem.

He really didn’t do anything wrong.

I recognized one of the policer officer from the Legislature.

I guess one of the female cop were called earlier in the evening because this man showed up with a homeless friend.

P1010057

From what I’m told - The homeless guy wanted to put some stuff in his friend room.

The caretaker arrived at the door of John’s room and called him a homosexual because he had a friend in his room.

He ordered John and his friend out of the house and called the cops.

Once the cops arrive, the guys were gone.

So now we come back to Robert.

Charles 04_07_05 097

Robert was in his room and Maurice walked inside and also ordered the guy outside the house without a jacket.

He was drunk and upset.

The cops sympathies with the man

They were both surprise once he told the cops that he wasn’t allowed to use the washroom!

I explained to the police what was going on around here and that boarders or roomers had no rights in this province so therefore the caretaker can indeed evict these people and there’s nothing that can be done. The Police send me to the Human Rights and they're looking into it as we speak.

The cops decided to go and chat with Maurice.

police

They must have been there for close to 10 minutes.

I decided to check if everything was ok?

I heard the caretaker have a shouting match with the cops.

They ordered Robert to come at the door. Once there Robert told the caretaker to F@ck off!!!!

The caretaker quickly reminded the police officers that Robert just threaten the caretaker.

P1010007

The cops were on the drunken individual side because all they had to do is put him in his room and everything would be ok!!!

They explained to the caretaker that he only told you to f@ck off and if the shoe fits??? Wear it!!!!

My God? These female officers were good!!!! They were stern and straight forward.

Earlier in the other house, they mentioned a guy name – Randy!

They told each other this would be a job for Randy!

I never bothered asking - Who’s Randy?

P1010024

Well, the caretaker wasn’t going to allowed Robert in his room. He was in his rights because he knows roomers or boarders don’t have any rights whatsoever in New Brunswick.

The cops were at a standstill!

Minutes later another police vehicle quickly showed up at 114 Brunswick Street.

This time around? It was a male officer. He walked by us and I told my friend - That must be Randy?

He was close to 6.4 feet tall and he had a very serious look on his face.

I said- It’s a crazy atmosphere in there.

He just gave me a stern look and walked in the building.

The door was open and Maurice didn’t seem to have that angry look on his face anymore. He looked like a sad puppy!

Before Randy arrive the female cops try to find some kind of peace. Maurice saw us looking from the sidewalk.

He gave us a very dirty stern look and we return the fine gesture.

He was in charge so he decided to close the door.

That was a mistake because the cop quickly ordered the door open.

He just stared at us with a large cell phone on his side. He gave us a dirty Clint Eastwood look.

That cell phone looked like a 38 colt on his side.

cowboy

We just laugh at the guy!

I heard the male cop shouting from inside the building.

He had everything straighten in 5 minutes.

Once the large male walked outside and passed by us.

I said - You must be Randy?

He looked surprised and said- Yes???

I quickly told him that his reputation follows him and I added that it was a complement!..lol…

The female officers told us that they were going to phone the landlord. We shook the officers hand for a job very well done! They did great!!!!

They just cannot believe that a caretaker would treat its tenants like dirt!

Robert was allowed in his room and while we stood outside chatting for a few minutes. We noticed Robert taking a pure drink of Listerine in his chair.

P1010059

UGH!!!! I can’t even goggle the darn sh#t!!!

So? I had nothing to blog for today so I had my story but the evening wasn’t done yet!

While riding my bike down the street, I noticed John standing with his friend.

Charles 04_07_05 086
P1010057

He told me that Maurice accuse him to be a homosexual and threw him out the building.

Well, he was also drunk and I followed him to the building and sure enough?

Maurice changed the lock on the building and John couldn’t go inside!

He paid his rent but he can’t go to his room!

There’s no way in the world that I was going to tell him to phone the cops!

Three times in one evening??? This is even too much for this ADHD person.

I left the area before some more action arrive.

I guess John was going to find a place to pass out.

CHARLES10000

Maybe on a bench somewhere?

He has a room but he can’t get in there.

z20

Boy? I am very glad that I am out of there. But I must admit that these drunken individuals do keep their room clean!!!!!

This is the reason the New Brunswick Human Rights must act on this emotional issue as soon as possible!

How many other people around this Province are going through the same problem?

That’s the EMOTIONAL question!

I spoken to Brad Green < Justice Minister > on July 1st about this issue but nothing seem to move.

x-green-brad-160

But then again? We are talking about the Lord government that don’t seem to care about ordinary New Brunswickers.

Charles 04_07_05 070

Where else in Canada would a City allowed a guy to sh#t in a garbage bag and put the bag on the side of the streets where kids play around?

z22

It just doesn’t make any sense.

The Caretaker told Robert that he’ll be evicted in the morning and there’s nothing that can be done!

P1010059

The guy didn’t do anything wrong but he’s still evicted and there’s no where to go to complain!

Maurice will keep the rent money for his personal use.

z21

I’ll keep on fighting this issue and I can’t wait to go to the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission building at 11:00am on October 28th!

sign1

The only guy who doesn't seem to have any problem is this guy but once he takes a few drinks? He turns against Maurice because a person can just take so much! He's not allowed any visitors and the only place we can chat with the guy is from outside of his window.

HEY BERNARD LORD???-- SAFETY CONCERNS OVER ADHD DRUGS!!!

THIS JUST CAME IN FROM AUSTRALIA BUT BERNARD LORD DON'T CARE!!! THE DRUGGING AND KILLING OF OUR CHILDREN WILL CONTINUE TILL THE NEXT PROVINCIAL ELECTION ON OCTOBER 15TH, 2007!!!!!

P.S. During my six months protest, I heard many concerns about Ritalin from the people of Australia.

Safety concerns over ADHD drugs
PRINT FRIENDLY EMAIL STORY
The World Today - Monday, 19 September , 2005 12:26:00
Reporter: Julia Limb
ELEANOR HALL: Now to another health concern.

A new report into the drugs used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, has found there's little evidence that the drugs are effective or even safe.

With more than 50,000 Australian children being prescribed drugs for ADHD, the report from the Drug Effectiveness Review Project at the Oregon State University has once again raised concerns about the rates of prescription in Australia.

As Julia Limb reports, Australia is the third highest consumer of ADHD drugs in the world.

JUIA LIMB: With so many children now prescribed stimulants to treat ADHD, knowing how safe those drugs are is vital for parents.

This report by the Drug Effectiveness Review Project compared 2,200 studies into 16 drugs. Those looked at included Ritalin and Dexamphetamine, both of which are widely used in Australia.

The project found there was little evidence that the drugs were safe.

But Dr Paul Hutchins, who is the head of the Child Development Unit at Sydney's Children's Hospital at Westmead, says that should not ring alarm bells.

PAUL HUTCHINS: The study acknowledges that there are hundreds of studies on the medications Dexamphetamine and Methylphenidate, which treat the symptoms of ADHD and give improvement in 70 to 90 per cent of people. And there are many, many hundreds of studies which show that compared to a placebo the active drug is very effective and is safe.

JULIA LIMB: But Dr Hutchins says what the review shows is that overall there has been a lot of research on these drugs, even if they have not been directly compared.

And he says that there's no question that stimulants can be very effective in treating ADHD.

PAUL HUTCHINS: Just like glasses help you focus your eyes, medication for ADHD helps the brain focus what it does. It's much more than attention, it's to do with organisation of everything it does. And there are many studies which look at that and show that medication is effective.

The concerns of course, are if people take medications for a long time for any difference of disorder, are there side effects? And any treatment we only give when the benefits outweigh the side effects.

JULIA LIMB: But Dr Louise Newman from the New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry says the review again raises questions about how we treat ADHD.

LOUISE NEWMAN: We've known for some time, of course, that there are potential side effects and difficulties with some of the medication, and I think most clinicians would be aware that drugs are only ever one component of what should be a comprehensive management plan for children with this group of difficulties.

I think the issue has become difficult, because in the general community there's an expectation maybe that drugs are going to be the solution to what really is a complex problem.

I mean, we live in a society that would like quick and easy solutions, one medication that's going to be safe and cure the problem. And unfortunately what we're seeing is that that's not the case.

JULIA LIMB: Dr Newman says that more research is needed in Australia on how ADHD is treated, particularly as there is so much community concern about the high rate of prescribing stimulants.

And she says drugs like Ritalin and Dexamphetamine should not automatically be prescribed.

LOUISE NEWMAN: I think those of us who work in child and adolescent mental health overall are concerned that medication might be used as a first line treatment because of a lack of services, which is certainly very inappropriate.

If clinicians and doctors feel that there's no other option in helping difficult children and their families, then maybe medication rates rise as a result of that, which is not optimal.

What we need is much more in the way of integrated services and different approaches. We need to have children having access to psychological services for their problems, not only medication.

ELEANOR HALL: Dr Louise Newman from the New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry speaking to Julia Limb.

TIM SMITH NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!

GAMBLING HABIT LEADS TO THEFT:

(As printed in the courts section of the Telegraph Journal Wed, Sept.
14th 2005)

L-VLt-2

The only thing a Barnsville woman has to show for a quest in a big win
with Video Lottery Terminals (VLT's) is a conditional jail sentence and
three years probation.

Ms. Barbara Suzanne Fleck 38, of Barnesville, was sentenced to six
months to be served in the community and three years probation after
pleading guilty to theft over $5,000.00 in Provincial Court in Hampton.

HAMMER VLT!!!

The Court heard Tuesday that Ms. Fleck stole $12,230.00 from her
employer, J.M. Hoovey Insurance, in order to finance a compulsive gambling
addiction.

Ms. Fleck’s lawyer, John King, told the court that his client was remorseful for what she had done and that her actions were the result of an addiction to VLT’s and lottery tickets.

She has been ordered to pay $500.00 a month in restitution until the amount is paid back.

TIM VLT!!!

Which once again begs the question of why do these Judges not feel in all their wisdom that they should order a mandatory rehab with the sentence handed down to this and other individuals?

z1

Could it be that they know there is no such effective program and or no way for these individuals to get to the one location that even talks about this subject?

And as it is well documented in most past sentencing of criminal acts committed involving the use of alcohol and or drugs includes such an attachment to sentencing, i.e.: drinking and driving or causing bodily harm or theft and or destruction of property while under the influence of either of these addictions.

paul

Yet VLT's are too a drug of choice as it is well documented that VLT's are indeed highly addictive and has been labeled The Crack Cocaine of Gambling which in turn hurts many others around you from Family members, your neighbors all the way to your employer and as all drugs of choice are harmful to your personal well being.

As is the proof of these types of crimes are on the rise at a higher level as time passes and all you have to do to see this increase is to read the' In The Courts section of your local newspapers.

But as of yet the only way of knowing we’ve had another suicide in our community from this addiction,

May 4-2005-T-2

((Of which we have here in Saint John N.B. this past Summer)) is by word of mouth simply because it is too hard for Family members to come to grips with such a shocking and horrifying reality that someone in their family has been afflicted to this disease and the embarrassing societal title that it carries which by the way is just simply not the case.

I believe it is high time this Government steps forward and admits that this program is in total disarray and MUST be overhauled and Properly regulated without further delay as they are partly responsible for these community crimes as they are the ones running it and the ONLY ones benefiting financially at these addicted persons expense.

Families who have lost loved ones must step forward with their emotional stories. If you know everyone who went throught a emotional experience? Please tell them to phone me < Tim Smith > at 693- 9464. Thank You.

(More to follow soon).

SHAWN GRAHAM!!!!!

Charles 04_07_05 047

This will truly be his campaign song-

We're not gonna take it
No we ain't gonna take it
We're not gonna take it anymore

We've got the right to choose
And there ain't no way we'll lose it
This is our life, this is our song
We'll fight the powers that be just
don't pick our destiny cause
You don't know us, you don't belong

We're not gonna take it
No we ain't gonna take it
We're not gonna take it anymore

Oh you're so condescending
Your gall is never ending
We don't want nothin’
Not a thing from you
Your life is trite and jaded
Boring and confiscated
If that's your best
Your best won't do

Oh, oh we're right, yeah
We're free, yeah, we'll fight yeah
You'll see, yeah

We're not gonna take it
No we ain't gonna take it
We're not gonna take it anymore
No way

Oh, oh we're right, yeah
We're free, yeah, we'll fight yeah
You'll see, yeah

veterans

What about our Veterans? It has come to my attention that if a patient at Ridgewood Veteran's Wing in Saint John requires I.V. Therapy there is no nursing staff qualified to start this therapy, and they must be transferred to the Regional Hospital. I know of one gentleman who because of congestive heart failure he has developed pneumonia, and almost died. In order to receive treatment he had to be transferred over to the Regional. Why then do we even have a Veteran's Wing at all if treatment for such things is not available, or are they just sent there to die as quickly as possible so a bed can be freed up?

PAT ROBERTSON - CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS NUT IN NEW BRUNSWICK????

I just had a crazy taught!

Can you imagine this nut in New Brunswick?

He’s very well known in the States.

He once prayed on television asking God to please take the lives of a few members of the Supreme Court.

Can you imagine this nut in New Brunswick?

pats

I can see him now - Please God! All I asked is you take two members from the P.C. Party so New Brunswickers can defeat this evil Government.

Please God have mercy on the citizens of this Province.

Please God takes into consideration the prescription drug problem in this part of the world.

Please think about our children who are force on Ritalin!

pats

Please God!!! All I asked is you take two lives with you Lord!

The cold winter is coming Lord and many people will die in their homes.

The list is huge Lord!!!

Please Lord! Act Lord!

Just take two away so we can bring back New Brunswick to a place or period that the Government will listen to the People!!!!

Please Lord!!!! Just take two!!!

NEW BRUNSWICK EDUCATION DEPARTMENT - WHY DO WE GIVE OUR KIDS CHOCOLATE MILK????

I was told that kids in Kindergarten are giving Chocolate Milk!

beverage-chocolate-milk

I know of one child who’s on a sugar free diet.

He and another child are given Milk only!

Talk about labeling???

Today’s kids are cruel and many are asking why is young Jimmy drinking Milk only while the rest of the class drink the much better Chocolate Milk????

cho2

As a child, I was told that milk was good for you!

They even said that it cleans your teeth!

Many people are saying - Kids being over weight must come to a stop!

clo5

Well? Why are we giving them chocolate Milk?

Afterwards the small child gets hyper and the teachers will suggest the dreadful word- RITALIN!!!!

drw2

Last year, someone told me that a child who drinks only milk was given Chocolate milk!

The same day this happened?

The teacher sent a letter to the parents that the child was extra hyper and was causing problems!!!!

Now? What happened there?

chocolate_milk_logo

Chocolate + Sugar = trouble!

I remember last spring someone gave me a small milk in front of the Centennial Building and while I drank my milk?

Charles 04_07_05 116

Guess who droved by?

The Minister of Education Madelaine Dube!

madodube-small

I quickly followed her to her van and said- NOW? THIS IS WHAT THE KIDS SHOULD DRINK!

Unfortunately, she was talking on her cell phone and quickly ran into the Evil Bureaucrat building!

Too bad that it wasn't chcolate milk???? Charles with Chocolate Milk??? RUN!!!!!!!....lol

I heard that it cost more for chocolate milk and it’s not fair for the kids with ADHD drinking milk only in front of other kids!

kidadhd

It’s bad enough once in the adult stage they will be told that they are close to mental retardation because of the orders of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that adult with ADHD should be ignored at any cost! < noticed I never used the word racist for a while>

This might change on October 28th!

The minute the child takes the first Ritalin? Their life is definitely ruined especially here in New Brunswick. Read this

pic3

This is a fax that was sent to the office of those Racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. These were orders from the Irvings of the way that people with ADHD should be treated--

sign1

When Mr.LeBlanc was interviewed by Gulf Operators he informed us he had ADHD and was taking Ritalin there were medical limitations placed on Mr.LeBlanc. We accommodated Mr.LeBlanc disability by ensuring that he was given jobs and duties that complied with his medical limitations.
