I must write about something.

Ok…During the meeting about poverty a few days ago.

After I finish my little speech, one woman stood up and said - What Charles is telling you about Boarders or roomers have no rights? He’s 100% right!


I believe this is the only province in Canada where Landlords or caretakers can treat its tenants like dirt and nothing can be done.

You see? If the poor citizens live in a poor and contaminated building, they say to themselves - I’m not going to complain because I am very fortunate to have a roof over my head.

Next week, my blogs are going to be of my personal experience of the poor and wait till you read what I’m going to write about.

I believe that I am the only New Brunswickers who speaks out on issues and it wouldn’t bother me if I’m evicted!!!

Charles on the streets as a homeless individual? Very scary!

You know what? I was thinking the other day that I should pretend to be a panhandler for one day and collect the money and give it to the Soup Kitchen?

You know? A blog to write about? How much money would I collect? The reaction from the public.

This idea came to my mind when one day, I was waiting for someone from outside a bank and a commissionaire that I know walked by and asked me what I was doing?

I quickly said - Excuse me sir? Do you have a quarter for a loaf of bread? All in fun.


But I am curious and being Charles? I’ll do anything for a good story or blog!

The weather is terrible and people’s moods are touchy. Even the bureaucrats are grouchy!

I heard a rumor that Mike Murphy might jump to Federal Politics?

I hope not because I believe that he will serve the people better as an MLA!

As I wrote a few months ago. I walked in their office with a concern and just like a bunch of ants? They < Liberals >were moving very fast and Mike was right in the middle.

So I hope that he stays at the Provincial Level.

You know what? 10,000 signed my petition asking the Government to study the issue of Ritalin and Bernard Lord doesn’t pay attention.

Half of New Brunswickers wanted these machine < VLT’S > remove and still Bernard don’t listen to the people.

What kind of Mickey Mouse outfit are we running here anyway?

As a person who protested for six months in one certain area.

I loved the beauty of the area but all this change a few months ago. While walking in the area, I notice these beautiful trees were all gone.

The City moved in during the night and cut down! The question is why? Is it because of the plan E-Plex centre? Is it because the cameras from the Government couldn’t see the individuals walking by?

I heard also that it was a safety hazard.

I bumped into the Mayor last week and I forgot to asks him the question. The trees are being cut off or dying.

Just like this picture here. There use to be a nice big tree in this location.

This is where I would sit in my folding chair in the evening and chat with the Citizens till the long hours in the night. The trees are disappearing from the Capital and it’s a darn shame.
Of course the tree at the Legislature was dead but what I found very strange was that it was in perfect shape the summer before. It was good to me during the hot summer days!

Ok…anything else my ADHD mind can come up with?

Ohhh yeah…During that meeting about the poor. After I sat down, one guy came to me and told me that just last week he was diagnosed with ADHD!

I quickly replied- Congratulation!!! Great Disorder!!! All you have to do he learn to keep your mouth shut!!

You see? It should be a benefit to have ADHD. A person should be proud to put this in his resume nut unfortunately?

This is not the case and all thanks goes to those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that ordered the Government that ADHD is close to mental Retardation and these people should be ignored at any cost!

I would love to know how those members came out with this verdict!

These poor kids are force and Ritalin and later on in life they become the social outcast!

Just because the Irvings < Gulf Operators > ordered these racists to ignore people with ADHD!


It’s bad enough that Gulf Operators and J.D. Irving will keep and promote Racist supervisor such as Brian Grant but now this?

Yes, I am afraid to paste the KKK hood to represent the Irvings because it is true and I will continue the fight till the end of time. Gulf Operators should force to have certain meployee wear KKK hoods!

THE GOVERNMENT SURVIVE!!!!!

Here I am in my blog and watching television. In minutes, we will find out if the Federal Liberal Government are defeated???? It's 7:04pm!!!

WHO IS WRONG AND WHO IS RIGHT?????

CHARLES AND NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS COME FACE TO FACE!!!!

It’s 10:30am and once again it’s raining outside.

My God the weather is terrible. I am going to make a prediction. Sunday is the Indianapolis 500!

I have been watching that race for many years and every instance it’s on television? It’s very hot outside. If I vaguely remember?

Last year, it wasn’t warm outside. Climate change? You tell me?

Ok…Yesterday was quite an day. Minutes after I sent my blog that tonight myself and those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission will go toe to toe. I received an email from the organizer asking me to meet for lunch.
In this picture are Susan Butterfield from the New Brunswick Human Rights Commision and Randy Dickinson, Premier’s Council on Status of the Disabled.



This individual has been very good to me in the past. The person pleaded with me not to disrupt the meeting because it’s a very important issue for the poor.

The person added that maybe it would be better that I didn’t show up?

I told the individual - Everything will be fine and I promise not to cause any disturbance.

But then of course, I could change the very last second? < just kidding >

I arrived at 7:15pm.

They had Kelly Lambrock present and he made a good speech. He reminded of Geroge Bush when he laid on the side of the speaking booth. Below is a picture of Kelly Lambrock. Poor Kelly, he's off for the week and tries to escape the tension at the Legislature but Charles hunted him down...lo...No peace for the elected officals in the Capital!...lol


Before Kelly spoke, I walked up front and the chairperson sort of stop me in my track.

I believe that he taught that I was going to take over the meeting from up front?

I told the guy that I had to open those windows because it was very hot. There was close to 80 citizens present in the very small hall.

They must have been hungry because all the refreshment was gone. Many of them goes to the Soup Kitchen. Below is a picture of the Cook and myself. His name is Gene!


During Kelly speech he mentioned that the people at the Human Rights Commission should be screen before being appointed to the job! Better yet? I truly believe they should be elected.

The audience clapped their hands with their approval.

On a few occasions, I had to get the hell out because it was so hot inside.

Once outside, one of the organizers said - Hi Charles! I didn’t know who he was but after we chatted, he said in a polite way - Don’t forget Charles? You’re going to behave!

My God? The word must have spread like wild fire about the blog that I sent out in the morning. After my smoke, I went back inside but once they announced the next speaker who was Susan Butterfield < Director of the Human Rights >

I decided to go back outside. After a minutes, I decided to go inside and promise to myself that I will remain calm, cool and collective.

Of course if it would have been someone else but Susan speaking maybe things would have got out of hand?

I promise the organizers that I would behave and unfortunately I am a man of my word. < Thisis the reason that I’m always in trouble!! >..lol

I sat down and I almost said something when she mentioned that a person can go to their lawyer if they felt the decision of the Human Rights Commission wasn’t fair.

I almost jumped up and said- WHO THE HELL IN THIS ROOM CAN AFFORD A LAWYER????

But noooo..I did good I kept my big mouth shut!!!

She asked the audience for questions?

I stood up and Susan said- Yeeesss Charles???

The audience laughed and this is good that poor people still have a sense of ha ha. Picture of the Soup Kitchen. It's way too small for the poor of this City!


Of course, there was a little frighten look on Susan’s face because I guess she’s on my list of 1,000 names and I can just imagine the talk going around the building of those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission once my blog came out in the morning.

So therefore it was show time!!!

The organizers were playing close attention.

Would I break my promise?

Would I take my anger on Susan???

I felt the tension in the air!!!

I told the audience that I want to change the subject for one minute and told them the Ombudsman investigated the open cubicles at Family Services and I believe that sometime next year? Picture below

The poor might have right to privacy!

I continue by telling them that no one will be allowed to pitch a tent in front of the Legislature because this was mentioned earlier in the meeting.

I told them that I was part of history and not too many people can say this.

I am truly the last of the true protesters!

I continued by telling the audience that I invited Tim Smith over my place on March the 8th and the caretaker showed up at my door with knife in hand and demanded that Tim Smith leaves the building. This is the building and I will have much more to write about this issue next week!

The Chairperson quickly interrupted and told me that this meeting was for change in the Human Rights Act and not personal stories.

I reminded the Chairperson that I’m getting to the point and I hate to hurry.

My main point was that Roomers or boarders in the Province of New Brunwicker have no rights whatsoever.

I will go public with this in my blog next week!

Afterwards, I was approached by three individuals telling me that the Chairperson should have never interrupted me but I told them that you cannot have people sit on a sopa box because the meeting would last for hours and hours! I understood his point of view.

Susan almost had me break my promise once she told the audience that they will fight for people with mental illness in the workplace!!!

I almost got up but I did good! I remain calm, cool and collective.

If it would have been someone else beside Susan?

I would have quickly jumped up and told them- HEY??? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT????WAIT A MINUTE!! YOU PEOPLE AGREED WITH THE IRVINGS THAT PEOPLE WITH ADHD ARE CLOSE TO MENTAL RETARDATION????

I didn’t and after the meeting was done.

I noticed Susan chatting with someone. I quickly interrupted and shook her hand and said - Say thank you charles!!!

She thanked me in return…lol and I wanted a picture of her and myself. I will post those picture in days ahead.

I finally had her cornered in the hallway alone and we discuss some personal issues which I won’t write about it in here but there is something that I will mention.

The way that those racists members of the Commission replied to my complaint doesn’t exist any longer.

With my case, they discuss the issues of racism and Ritalin. We don’t know what was said but they sent me a letter telling me that my complaint was without merit!

Therefore agreeing with the Irvings that Niggers and Frogs can be assaulted and people with ADHD should be ignored at any cost!

This doesn’t happen any longer I guess.

They will explain to the complainant the reason their complaint have been denied!

But no explanations to Charles because they are paid by the Irvings!!!! The Irvings do have bureaucrats looking after their interest in the Capital. Just like this picture.

On another issue? They took the issue of ADHD very seriously but this was done after my case!

You see? I changed the attitude of those racists members of the way it should be run but my case was denied therefore ruining my life!

The organiser told me that she was proud of me of the way I handle myself!

I quickly replied- See? What happens when I take my Ritalin???

She said- Yeah. That’s great!

I quickly reminded her that I wasn’t on Ritalin!

Maybe my blogs are getting too harsh? I don’t know? I just write it from the way I see it!

Now, I wish to make myself very clear on one issue!

Don’t these racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission believe for one minute that I let my guards down because I didn’t!

I want someone to explain to me the reason they agreed with the Irvings that racism is ok?

It was it 100 years ago? The Irvings would hung every Blacks and Acadians from the trees!

J.D. Irving himself agreed with the Racist supervisor from Gulf Operators that minorities should be assaulted at any cost and this is what I will continue to fight because those racist members of the New Brunswick are the only human rights commission in Canada that will support racism!!!!

The supervisor name is Brian Grant and the company who promotes racism is Gulf Operators! Don’t forget? If you deal with Gulf Operators? This means that you support racism!!!

Now if this was a lie? Would I mentioned the guy name?? Of course not!!!

Susan is not a member of C.U.P.E. and she’s a nice person but it’s those other racists at the Commission that must be eliminated.

Before our chat ended, she told me that she had to go and I reminded her – Why do I get involved in these issues??? But I did tell her that it's my faith that keeps me going! I am not suppose to be alive. I survived many close calls with death! It's my faith that keeps me going therefore nothing else matters?

How come I can’t do like everybody else and mind my own business?

Before she left? I asked her to say and do something bad so I could blog the story the next morning but she smiled and left!!!!

Sure was nice to chat with someone from the Commission in a friendly manner but I do know this fine line of the communication will not last!

I bet the minute she walked in the racist building this morning? She must have been confronted by the workers asking her = Was Charles at the meeting last night????..lol….

THERE WILL BE NO MORE TENTS IN FRONT OF THE LEGISLATURE!!!

The Bernard Lord Government says that there will be no more tents on the Lawn of the Legislature. I wonder what their next plan are to make certain that no tents are present? Could it come down to this?

I just had a little meeting with the individual who is in charge of tonight's meeting. This person was very concern that I would get out of control when I came face to face with those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. I promise that I would behave!!! DAMMIT!!!!! I hate to be a man of my word!!!! DAMMIT!!!!!!

This evening could be a very interesting one. Do I feel good about it? Of course not but unfortunately I am a man of my word and I must do what I have to do.

I just heard that the Commission has appointed some long time Tories to the Commission. Of course, it wouldn’t surprise me if these name must have been given the ok by the Irvings?

The matter these members are appointed is a farce!

They have political connection and they don’t care about Human Rights!

These days, these people should be screen before they are appointed but sadly this is not the case.

Especially these days where New Brunswickers needs the Commission more than ever because our rights are being denied big times.

The issue this evening is the poor and I do have a concern about this issue and I will bring it up.

I also told the Minister that Carl White is totally useless because he’s a former convicted thief who stoled from the Irvings!

He’s a black guy from Saint John and I never heard one good comment about this guy from the Black population. He is not a well liked guy and he doesn’t care about his job.

The problem we are having here is that these workers at the Commission? Once they get appointed as Case workers? They belong to C.U.P.E. therefore are appointed for life! After a while, they don’t care for people’s rights!

The Irvings have control of the media, human rights Commission and the worker’s compensation. It’s all part of the final solution of the Irvings!

Those racist members of the New Brunswick Rights Commission dare to come out of their building and preach to the poor about their rights under the Human Rights acts?????

Well? I say - Hogwash!!!

I do have a little itty bitty problem because the representative is going to be Susan Butterfield.

What’s the problem you asked? I have dealt with this individual on a few occasions and she’s a nice person.

Better than Janet Cullinan < former director >who in 2002 threw my complaint to my face and ordered me out of their building.

Hey? When you have a human Rights Commission or an Irving human rights Commission who’s paid by the taxpayers and you treat the complainants like dirt?

I do have a problem with that!

The Lord Government should held an inquiry of these racists members because I am certain that many New Brunswickers will step forward with their sad stories!

But Bernard Lord don’t care so what can a person do???

I had a very racist supervisor at Gulf Operators < Irving Company > His name was Brian Grant and he always told his workers that if he own this company there would be no niggers or frogs allowed!

I was almost assaulted with a large piece of steel by this racist!

I told J.D. Irving himself about this racist supervisor but he ignored me. After I left the company? I guess J.D. Irving gave the guy a promotion. A Billionaire supporting Racism in the Irving Empire? Very scary!!!

Now what really bothers me is this order from the Irvings to those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

This is the letter that was faxed to their office.

When Mr.LeBlanc was interviewed by Gulf Operators he informed us he had ADHD and was taking Ritalin there were medical limitations placed on Mr.LeBlanc. We accommodated Mr.LeBlanc disability by ensuring that he was given jobs and duties that complied with his medical limitations.

These racists members of the commission held a meeting behind close doors and agreed that adults with ADHD are close to mental retardation.

This means - Paid a lower wage and going the same work as others. Not allowed to drive a vehicle. Cannot learn a trade.

These racists members of the Commission sent me a short letter telling me that my complaint was without merit!

Of course after this decision was reach behind close doors. They must have stood up all at once and said - Hiiii Irving!!!

What really bothers me with their very discriminatory verdict that adults taking Ritalin are limited and close to mental retardation.

QUESTION???

Why are we giving our children Ritalin? That’s what I want to know????

I phoned Carl White who is the only case worker in the Southern part of the Province and he hung up the phone on me.

Carl White used to work for the Irvings but he got convicted from stealing from Stresscom in the 80s!

So? My question is this? How did a convicted thief ended up with the Human Rights Commission?

This Commission must be run like the Ombudsman office. If you don’t work for New Brunswickers, you are out the door!

Thank God that this Commission wasn’t around 80 years ago because they would have gave the ok to the Irvings to hang every blacks and Acadians from the trees!!!

Am I was off the mark on this one? You tell me?

A Commission that supports and promotes racism must be eliminated!

I know that I am 100% correct about those members and I will fight them till the end of time.

These racist members should stay in their building and give interviews to the Irving newspapers of how good they are doing a good job for New Brunswickers!

We know better and it’s a shame of the way the Commission is run by the Irvings!!!

I do fell sorry for Susan Butterfield because she’s going to receive the tail end of my anger towards these racists!

I feel like Martin Luther King who’s fighting against Racism but this time the racists are paid Government employees!

For acts 'against the law' you can look up their environmental infractions on the web. Their anti-union practices are well established and the fact that NB has the lowest union activity per capita in Canada is proof of the media power (where people distrust unions more than the Irvings-and the NDP is unable to get more than one seat!). There is virtually undeniable research showing a direct correlation between union activity and standards of living in the industrialized world (both increasing or falling together)

International shipping cannot be ethically defended by anybody, and the fact that they are 'no worse than anybody else' is hardly an endorsement. Likewise their refusal to contribute to the salvage of the Irving Whale, which was loaded with PCB's is also telling.

As far as media monopolies go, they were found guilty in the seventies of that, and the problem has grown worse. They simply bought off the politician's, who claimed that it couldn't be proven that their monopoly had 'caused harm'. This is the most telling, since Irving has such vital interests in the province it is no coincidence it owns so much media-if it merely wanted more media businesses, well, there is a whole world out there full of places where they could compete in media.

That they are not behaving as any other business would is specious and untrue, we see many examples of corporations who are contributing members of their society. Nobody is 'forcing' them to clearcut forests to be turned into jack pine plantations, and nobody is stopping them from doing business elsewhere. The idea that somehow New Brunswick wouldn't be where it is today without the Irving's or McCain's is simply crazy. Both are notorious anti union enterprises with horrible reputations among those forced to work with them-go ask a farmer in Northwestern New Brunswick!

New Brunswick ranks consistently as the worst province in Canada for standard of living, and by international organizations ranks lower than 48 of 50 of the states. It would be hard for New Brunswick to have done worse.

Simply because of one personal 'happy story' is not enough to spare them. Many of Hitler's closest friends remarked on what a nice and generous man he was, and even Churchill talked about what an honest and trustworthy businessman Stalin was. RB Bennett is said to have spend most of the depression writing $20 cheques to impoverished letter writers who were crippled by the depression made worse by his policies, again, that doesn't spare him criticism.

IRVING OIL SHOULD PROTECT THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!

Last week, I bumped into a black girl. She came from Toronto but what I found amazing with her situation?

She had three children. I would say the age would be between 4 and 7 years old.

They were sitting on a sofa while the mother work on a computer. What I found truly amazing is that they were very quiet!

I had to asked - Excuse me? Those kids are very quiet! Are they on Ritalin?

She quickly told me that the system in New Brunswick wanted her kids to be on Ritalin but she refuse.

I showed her my website and being Charles?

I asked the mother if she smoke?

She put her head down and said - Yeeesss!!

I had the mouse in my hand looking at the monitor and asked - How’s your sex drive????

Her eyes grew wild open and I could tell that she was very uncomfortable. I’m surprise that I never receive a slap across the face…lol…

She was glad that she has a place to voice her frustrations against the system who wanted her nice children to be on Ritalin.

I came across a Grand Mother of eight from Lameque.

She told me in the North shore, Ritalin is way over prescribed!

I told these individuals that Bernard Lord will continue drugging and killing the children of this Province for another two years!

Shawn Graham will do a study on Ritalin and our kids will stand a chance of not committing suicide.

I saw a very dangerous situation a few days ago.

I went into the Irving Mainway on Kings Street.

Yes…I shop at Irving.

The staff in that location are tops!!!!!

They’re friendly with the public and they always give a dog biscuit to my dog Chico. Once Chico knows where he’s going? His tail moves very quickly left to right because he knows that he’s going to receive a cookie.


I remember last year, there was a coaching staff from Irving Oil to train these employees.

I told them in a stern way- Hey? Leave the staff alone! They don’t need any training! They’re very good at their job.

Anyway, I went at the store the other evening and I was very surprised to see only one worker present.

The store is run by one employee only from 11:00pm till the morning!

This is sad because that store is located in the bad side of the City and they had a few robberies in the past.

Mind you, we are not like the big Cities. We don’t have bullet proof windows separating the staff from the customers. < Not yet >

The money the big oil companies are making from the public. Couldn’t the Irvings afford to add another staff member at that store?

Why wait till someone gets kills or murdered during a foil robbery attempt? It just doesn’t make any sense.

On other point of interest?

Take a close look at this sticker which is located on the window outside of the same store.

It says that the certificate is expired!!!

Can someone please explain to me this one? No license from the Government to sell oil? I’m just going from what the sticker says!

Charles, I'm here writing from Waterloo, Ontario, and anybody who fears 'how long mennonites can last' need not fear! Around here there are thousands of mennonites, they farm and are among the only guaranteed 'organic' farmers-and they are growing. In fact, this is one of the only cities in Canada where all the grocery stores have barns for the mennonites to park their carriages, also one of the few cities where horse plops are a regular site on the roads (they usually clean up though)

What you met were obviously 'old order' mennonites which would be fairly close to the amish in ideology. They are a 'social religion' and for them religion is NOT personal-it is social. They do not argue about theological beliefs, but rather social norms. There are hundreds of different types of mennonites, and their beliefs vary widely. Sometimes they drive cars but will only wear black, sometimes you'll see the women with bonnets and dresses but wearing running shoes. Like any religion there are good points and bad points although they are typically 'reserved', which you may have mistaken for rudeness. Of course there are mennonites who 'seem' no different from any protestant church, they stress the social aspects of religion rather than the theological ones, so they are very active in homelessness and poverty issues-especially their schools. If I were a christian I'd definitely be a mennonite-you don't HAVE to be old order or traditional.

Old order mennonites would not 'approve' of protest because it is considered a 'violent' form of activity-not violent in terms of action but violent in terms of confrontation. The whole gestalt of mennonite life is compromise or retreat (they were run out of most european countries and run out of many places in north america) and protesting is not that (that doesn't mean I don't approve of it)

A mennonite village will not have any gambling devices, so for them it is not an issue. Ritalin is also not an issue as they do not 'believe' in the use of pharmaceuticals, and their kids get LOTS of exercise. Likewise, they will not fight in wars and do their utmost to 'keep things simple' which means they pay little tax because they have little income-this way they minimize their support for government, which uses money for nefarious ends they would not approve of.

MENNONITES COMES FACE TO FACE WITH CHARLES LEBLANC!!!

I said it before and I will say it again!!!

If a person stays long enough in front of the Legislature. You could write a book of the different people who visits our Government House.

I must write about one of those stories that happen while Tim Smith was protesting.

I decided to leave the protester alone for a few hours. Later in the afternoon, I bought him a coffee.

From a distance, I noticed Tim < with his signs > standing on top of the steps of the Legislature while 30 or so people were watching him.

The closer I came to this site, the more they looked like a church group!

I shouted - Hey? This is what Tim needs!!! Members of a church to support his cause.

Once I got real close, I noticed the women were wearing fancy dresses with Bonnets in their hair and the men had beards.

I wasn’t certain what was going on?

I believe that I travelled back in time to the 1920s!

Anyway, seconds after I arrive. One church goer told me - We’re not here to support his cause. We don’t believe in protesters!!!

I knew that I was heading for a confrontation so I asked - What religion do you people belong to???

The guy answered- We’re Mennonites!!!!

I spoke aloud and said- Mennonites Mennonites ??????? Mennonites??? Where have I heard that religion in the past???? Mennonites???

Then it hit me! Ok…you guys want to be left alone! You do your own little thing!!!

They told me that they were from CentreVille which is located in nowhere land near the Maine border

I heard other stories about this Religion but I decided to remain polite. < see? I don’t need any Ritalin to behave?? >…lol

I decided to play along with their little game by saying - There’s nothing wrong with this protester!

You see? I was protesting in a tent for six months against the use of Ritalin. < I’m certain that these people don’t believe in Ritalin. I believe they discipline their kids pretty good > …lol

I went on by saying - God made man and man is going to destroy himself!

Man introduced these VLT’S so therefore there’s many families who are going through a lot of hardship as we speak because of these machines!

I was on a roll with my religious speech and I noticed the young kids were paying attention to my every words.
Suddenly a man in his 40s quickly intervened with a smile and said - I believe we should go to lunch now!!!

I really hate to be interrupted when I’m talking but it is a free country!

Seconds later, they were on the way. I noticed that they walked across the streets and held a little picnic with their little group!

I am certain that they weren’t too impress with my little speech? They must have told their children- Ignore the man. He’s not well!!!

Yes, this was the first time that I ever came face to face with the Mennonites and they’re quite a group!

Myself, I found them a rude bunch!!!

I was very surprise this group existed in New Brunswick!

I wonder how long they can exist in today’s world! The world is moving so fast but the Mennonites wants to remain on their own!

JESUS IS BAN FROM CANADA FOR ONE YEAR!!!!

Today it’s cold outside. I just came from church so therefore I’m in a good mood
therefore I wish to share a story with the readers.

A few days ago, I told Tim that he could tell the public a lot of stories of his nine days protest in front of the Legislature.


Can you imagine living in a tent for six months? I am so happy that I marked every story down and I can’t wait for that book to come out because I guess that I am truly the last of the true protesters!..lol..

I received a little flashback last week.

I received a phone call from the guy we call- Jesus!

Who’s Jesus you asked???

You long time readers would know of this guy but for newcomers? Lets go back to my six months protest in front of the Legislature in 2003.

Here we go…

While I was in the soup kitchen, I noticed a large individual sitting beside me and he said - GOD SAYS?? GOOD WORK!!!!

I didn’t pay too much attention to his message because in those days, I wouldn’t chat with nobody in that area because I didn’t want them to hang around my tent. I just ate and got the hell out!

The next day, I was reading the paper under the hot afternoon sun.

I heard a voice saying - GOD LOVES YOU!

I lifted my head and I noticed this huge guy < 6,5 > with long brown hair and a long beard. with the sun located behind him.

I quickly answered - That’s nice!

He continued - GOD MADE THIS PLANET FOR KIDS TO BE FULL OF ENERGY AND PLAY! NOT TO BE STUCK IN CLASSROOMS!!!!

I know that some kids would say - AHHH RIGHT!!! I LOVE THIS GOD DUDE!!!...LOL

I began to worry for a minute and asked - Where are you from?

He quickly answered - DOES IT MATTER???

At that moment, I really began to worry but then again it don’t matter where God is from anyway?..lol

I really got very hyper and said - I got one question?

How would God educate the children?

He told me to give him a few minutes for an answer.

He politely asked me if he could sit down on the ground and he’ll ask God himself for the answer?

I quickly told him that it was a free country and he could do whatever he wanted.

While he asked the question to God?

I continued reading my paper and said to myself - OH BOY…YOU MEET ALL KINDS IN THIS PROTEST!

Minutes later, he showed me a note in front of my eyes.

The note said - GOD SAYS - CHILDREN NEEDS LOVE NOT
PILLS!

Well??? I’m not one to preach religion but if the issue of religion is on the table? I’ll debate!

I jumped up and quickly destroyed my sign and wrote that message on a brand new sign and laid it against my tent!

The day afterwards, MLA'S and Bureaucrats noticed my new sign and asked me if I was born again?

I told them that I wasn’t but when some stranger arrives at my tent with a long brown beard and long hair. 6 foot 5 inches and asked if it matter where he
came from? I might add if he comes out with a line with this one?

I am very sorry but I moved on that one. The sign will stay till the end of the protest.

That little line made a lot of sense.

Children needs love not pills! Makes a person think doesn’t it?

Anyway, Paul < Jesus > told me that he was from the state of Washington in the U.S.A.

He had no I.D. on him and was just a drifter.

I can’t say too many stories because they’re all in my book.

I told Jesus that I would love to be a fly on the wall once he comes to the American border without any identification in his possession.

Then again, they allowed that guy who supposedly murdered that couple from Minto go with a knife, chainsaw and brass knuckle.

Well? Last summer Jesus visited Cape Breton and came back to the Capital. After a few weeks Jesus decided to start hitch hiking to his home in Oregon.

A few miles from Fredericton, the R.C.M.P. and stopped the guy and began to asked some questions???

Jesus had no money or I.D.! After he told the officers that it shouldn’t matter where he was from because God has no borders!

Well? That did it! ..lol..

The cops quickly arrested Jesus and droved him to the border. Jesus told me that he didn’t know that the U.S. border was so close.

He also told me that talking to the immigration officials? It was just like talking to a wall!

Jesus spent the evening in Jail until his mother could fax his birth certificate from Oregon.

The Canadian officials told Jesus that he wasn’t allowed in Canada for a whole year!

Jesus sounded a little upset with these orders because God has no borders.

It sure was nice to hear from my old friend again and I’m certain that Jesus will one day return to the Capital.

TALK SHOWS IN NEW BRUNSWICK!!

With the Irvings stopping New Brunswickers from writing letters to the Editor. We do need talk shows to spread the great mis-justice being done to its citizens.

CFBC < Talk of the Town > is great to share opinions with the listeners. That radio talk show is the only one in the province. I might add that I'm very greatful to Rick Mantle because he allows me to mention my blog site on the air. Afterwards the hits to my site goes up a little. Hey anyway to spread the word.

While in Moncton, I heard a French Radio station has a open one hour show! I am not certain if this is the case.

The word on the streets is that New Brunswickers will have more Talk shows in the fall.

Of course we have Rogers television with its two Television talk shows.

One is Melanson Live which is aired at 8:00pm from Monday till Wednesday! Once in a while he will have an open show but not too often. He invites guests to his show and discuss the issue in hand. I was a guest on his show on two different occasions and he's a great host. I'm going to asked you readers again the same question? What do you think of Melanson Live? Do you watch his show?

The other show is Voice of the Province which I might add that I haven't had too much luck with lately! I wonder why? The host Phil Vincent invites politicians as guests and the viewers calls in with their frustrations? Often it can get out of hand.

While out for a walk on Harbour passage with my daughter here in Saint John a woman and her son visiting from Ontario recognized me from the local paper and stopped me to talk.
She told me they were in a store in the uptown earlier in the day and her 9 year old son kept asking her to get him a star wars prize card (he called it)she tried to tell him it was for adults but from that you can see what the marketing scheme was designed to do?
I told her the government has become addicted to lottery revenues and electronic gambling exploitation to pay the bills of this province she was blown away to see the massive display of tickets that cover the counters in this province and made it very clear to me.

IS THE TELEGRAPH IRVINGS JOURNAL AFFRAID OF THE BLOGGERS???

I get a kick of the Telegraph Irving Journal. In today's paper? They dedicated their whole editorial section to bloggers. They told the readers that bloggers should get their facts straight!...lol...I believe it's the Irvings who should get their views straight. For a good start? They should allowed Anti-Irving letters in their promotional Newspapers.

THE LORD GOVERNMENT COULD BE DEFEATED BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!

During my six months protest in front of the Legislature. I noticed many close calls between the citizens of the Capital and the vehicles are drives in front of the Legislature in a very fast motion.

On a daily basis, many politicians are crossing this busy street to do business at the Beaverbrook Hotel!

My God? We wouldn't wish the Lord Government to fall because an MLA from the P.C. Party got killed on this street? I wrote a letter to the editor about this issue last summer but nothing was ever done.

A crosswalk is indeed needed on this busy street! Why wait till a politician gets kill before the City takes action?????

TIM'S FINAL DAY IN THE CAPITAL!!!!

I was surprised that so many people didn’t know what *67 stood for?

If you dial *67 before dialing the real number? Your call at the other end will come out as a private number. This is the reason that I used *67 to call Voice of the Province last night.





The day that Tim ended his protest, he walked with me to my little meeting with the Senate.

We decided to go outside of the Beaver Brook Hotel for a smoke and we noticed another Protester with a sandwich sign.

It was Matthew Glenn from the Anglo Society!

That night < Thursday > We walked around the Capital and I might add it was a beautiful evening.

We walked around the Legislature and bumped into a few bureaucrats and MLA’S.

Of course a debate began and I felt bad for the people who were listening to us because when you have two ADHD adults side by side?

Well? The other half must really ready for a quick reprisal because the other person with ADHD will soon take over.

As a joke? I would always tell people in our surrounding - This Guy has got to go!!!

I love to have people listening to me only! He just has to go back to Saint John!..lol..All in fun.

I noticed two MLA’S from the P.C. Party listening to Tim’s stories and one of my ADHD brain came up with an idea.

The second Tim stop breathing, I quickly jumped in and suggested to Claude Williams and Tanker Malley since they’re good P.C. MLA’S < and they are!!! >

They should pay for Timmy’s Motel room. I know these two MLA’S do have a good heart because they always encourage me in my battle.

Especially during my six months protest in front of the Legislature.

They both chipped in for a nice room for Tim Smith.

Hey? Not all P.C. MLA’S are bad….lol..Claude Williams bought us for Supper and we ate inside.

Poor Claude? He had two individual with ADHD in both side so therefore you can just imagine the conversation going on while we were having our little
meals.

I soon found out that Tim made a lot of sense when it came to ADHD!

During the past week, we had many conversations and we soon found out that we had the same way of thinking but the only problem was that while the other
person was talking? The other wasn’t paying attention?
…LOL…

Only the issues that was interesting to both of us that we really paid attention.

But seriously, he came out with some fine example of the way kids should be treated and he also gave his views on Ritalin.

I said to myself? My God? Once he accomplished his goal with the VLT’S? I got to get this guy to be the spokeperson for the 10,000 kids who are force on
Ritalin in New Brunswick!

He sure can come out with some good fancy words!

They dropped me off and Claude drove Tim to the Motel.

After reflecting on the events held during that day?

I found Tim Smith was very intelligent. He didn’t want anything to do with the Ministers of the Lord Government and he let the Liberals enjoy the
attention from the media.

Someone told me - You know what Charles? You know that once the liberals get in power? They won’t touch the issue of VLT’S!

I don’t believe that line at all!

Bernard Lord has shown that he has no sympathy whatsoever with the 49% who voted to have these machines remove.

He could have said - You know what? We are going to move on a few issues for the 49%!
He never did!



Same as my petition, 10,000 people asked the Government to be a study on Ritalin but Bernard Lord said – Sorry but the drugging and killing of our children will continue for at less two more years. < Next election >

Of course these weren’t the exact words but this is what is happening as we speak!

After a good night sleep at the Motel, I met Tim at Tim Horton. Tim at tim??? Sounds good…lol and we spent the whole day walking around.

Thank God the protest was over because of his weak body? Tim took a nasty cold.

Take a close look at the cold weather outside? He would have a certain death!




This is one good thing about having ADHD? Once you get hold of an issue? Just like a pit bull grabbing a tree root?

You won’t let go and I know for a fact that he would have died for his cause.

He walked into the Liberal building on Brunswick Street and joined the Party.

He wanted to go inside the Legislature to thank everyone inside but he was told that he wasn’t allowed inside.



He was only allowed in the gallery. He wasn’t too impressed with this situation but I will leave that issue to Tim Smith.

At 5:40pm he jumped into the bus to Saint John. Before entering, we gave each other a little hug! < I am not the huggy type > and before he walked inside?

I shouted- Good Job Tim!!!

Afterwards, he was on his way to Saint John for a nice reunion with his daughter.

Yes, he’s gone and I don’t believe that the Government have heard the last of Tim Smith.

He’s very determining in his cause and he will continue the fight against these VLT’S!

Tim Smith should be congratulated for a job very well done!

Yes! Maybe we tapped on each other nerves during the days in front of the Legislature but we both knew that we had a good cause to fight for!

MESSAGE FROM TIM SMITH!!!

The true sad fact is that we vote these people into office to look after OUR best interests and then when things go wrong they become so numb or stupified they need to look elsewhere for answers because all the education they have received seems not to be enough for them to make an educated decision on behalf of the people who have put the there in the first place.

Mr.Lord's answer that decisions are not based on compassion or emotion but rather on science and data would be a response only he could give.

But to any person with a beating heart and half a brain would agree with the latter, You don't need science and data to see that VLT's kill and are very destructive to individuals and society, Families that have lost loved ones to this or total loss of the ability to function within their communities after falling victim to these machines strongly believe that emotion plays a significant part in how they cope with this problem and I for one don't need scientific data to prove that point.

In my opinion Mr.Lord is a cold blooded individual who needs a large amount of counseling in the ability to work with the people of this province on a personal level and try to get past his ability to only see us as piggy banks for his own personal enjoyment to gain revenues through total exploitation of addictive personalities and obsessive compulsive disorder, I'm sure I could go much further than this and I will in the near future.

ONCE AGAIN CHARLES APPEARED IN FRONT OF THE SENATE!!!!

It’s cold outside so therefore I’m going to reflect what has happen during the last 24 hours.

Lets go back to Wednesday morning.

Tim was standing in front of the Legislature and he told me that he will
meet with the Liberals in the afternoon.

I did what he told me and afterwards a scrum of reporters showed up to asked if it was true that the protest was over?

I found this funny because hours earlier? I was asked by some media personnel- When Tim Smith is going to end his protest???

I answered- Hey? You have to wait till my blog comes out!!..lol..

One reporter told me that he lately visited my blog because of the issue of Tim
Smith.

Hey? That’s one thing about this blog. You will never know what the heck I’m about to write about.

You never know what the reader’s comments are going to be about?

I believe it’s great that we can have a location to debate issues in a democratic system.

I told Tim that I had to leave him alone for a while because I had to concentrate on my little speech to the senate who’s going to do a study on mental illness.

I showed up at the Beaverbrook Hotel and I noticed a woman crying during her presentation.

You see as the time I showed up in front of the Senate in Moncton a few weeks ago.

I only had 4 minutes to make my presentation. I was surprised to see Senator Marilyn Threnholme Counsell present.

My God? She’s a busy individual as a Senator and that’s a good thing.

Anyway? Just minutes before I began to speak?

I was approached by a young beautiful girl and she told me that the Senators
won’t be asking any questions after my four minutes presentation.

Of course, I was all confuse because in Moncton they had the chance to asked me questions for four minutes.

Of course this would give me the apportunately to add some more comments about the issue of Ritalin.

The girl knew that I was upset and quickly walked to the Chairperson and
whispered to his ear.

She must have said - We got a problem here. That guy looks like a nut!!!!

My name was called and I quickly told the Senators that I wish to go on record telling the Senators that this is a study on mental illness?

I reminded Senator Marilyn Threnholme Counsell that once again I have to give a four minutes presentation in a very fast manner.

I said – Ok here we go!!! Here’s the facts that I gave to the Senate!

1- I found out that I had ADHD six years ago.


2-I wrote a column in the Reader Telegraph Journal Afterwards I received 40 phone calls from parents crying on the phone of the way their kids are treated
in the school system in New Brunswick.


3-I have no kids! Thank God for that but I’ll fight tooth and nail for those poor kids!

4- I confronted Bernard Lord as leader. He told me there was a major problem with Ritalin. Once elected Premier? He told me that there wasn’t a problem with
Ritalin!

5- This is a fax that was sent to the office of those Racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. These were orders from the Irvings of the
way that people with ADHD should be treated--

When Mr.LeBlanc was interviewed by Gulf Operators he informed us he had ADHD and was taking Ritalin there were medical limitations placed on Mr.LeBlanc. We accommodated Mr.LeBlanc disability by ensuring that he was given jobs and duties that complied with his medical limitations.

11- kids committing suicide because they can’t cope!

12-Kids with ADHD are labeled.

13-These kids can’t lean with inclusion. Autism, MS and ADHD don’t mixed!

14-They are called stupid and idiots!

15- As adult this is true by the orders of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!

16-They go on higher drugs and become the outcast of society!

17-These kids are super intelligent. Bill Gates, Vince McMahon < he was on 60 minutes telling the audience that he has ADHD > only a ADHD individual could come out with the sopa opera that come out with the WWE! Bill Clinton has ADHD because he never shuts up and they pay him Millions. I also reminded that our politicians in Fredericton and Ottawa could use some Ritalin of the manner they act in the House.

18-It’s cheaper to drug our kids in New Brunswick than to treat them with dignity!

19 -A class of 22 parents from social assistance. All the kids were on Ritalin.


I knew that my time was almost up so therefore I had to think of something fast so I could continue my little presentation.

In Moncton, the translators were located behind me. This time around the two young
gilrs translators were located behind the Chairperson.

I noticed that they were laughing their head off while they were translating.

The reason they found this funny was because they had to translate in a very quick manner. I might add that it was very difficult especially with my French accent…lol..

Earlier, I was telling the Senators that kids with true ADHD are easily distracted with all the noise in the classrooms!

This act bought me back in time when kids were laughing at me.

Hey? Laugh behind my back and not right in front of me especially when I have to give a four minutes presentation.

I quickly stop and said - HEY??? WHY ARE THOSE GIRLS LAUGHING AT ME???

Well? Trust me? The translation quickly came to an abrupt end with their mouth wild open and a scary look on their face.

I continue- You see? This is what I’m talking about being easily distracted!!!

The Chairperson quickly told me that it was ok and they won’t be laughing any
more.

Well? This gave me an extra 3 minutes so I continued with my little presentation.


20- Double Blind Study!!!! Cost too much money!!! $1,400!!!

21 Ritalin is a problem across Canada and politicians must addressed this issue! The drugging and killing of our children must come to a stop in New Brunswick!!!

Tim was in the small audience and he was certain that I was going to lose my cool but I didn’t.

I chatted with a few people afterwards and they were not amused of some statements that I came out especially the part of those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!

I told them that these people held a meeting behind close door to discuss the issue of Adults with ADHD and they came out with a verdict that adults with ADHD are consider close to mental retardation!

Only in New Brunswick that we will have a Human Rights Commission that would come out with such a verdict!

I might add that I went to meet the translators and apologize to them. I couldn't blame them for laughing because it was indeed funny!

Today’s kids in New Brunswick who are forced on Ritalin are doom as adults because of those racists members of the Commission!

Speaking of those paid Irving employees? They are going to make a presentation on May 18th and I will be there to let the people in the hall know exactly what they are!!!!

I believe that I did add to my presentation- A Human Rights Commission who
promotes and support Racism? That Commission must be eliminated!

Sh@t!!!! Over 1,400 words already!!!

I heard Bernard Lord was going to be the guest on the talk Show- Voice of the Province.

I told some people that I will not bother to call because it’s a waste of time to discuss the issue of Ritalin with this Premier.




At the very last minute, I decided to call the talk show.

The talk began at 8:00pm and I called around 8:03pm.

The phone ran and ran until it stopped ringing. I tried again and I got the viewers talk response line.

I once again hung up and tried a different approach by dialing *67 before calling 1-866-414-3628.

I waited for three rings and someone from the staff at Rogers answered - Hello! Welcome to Voice of the Province.

You should have heard the tune of his voice once he heard my voice???….lol

Ohhh Charles???

I quickly said - What’s the matter? You guys don’t take my calls anymore? …lol….

He told me that he will return my call at ……

I told my friend there’s no way in the world they’re going to phone me back! Callers came and went and I was rolling some smokes. I might add that there weren’t too many praising calls for the Premier.

I wasn’t upset but a little confuse.

I said - Are they that stupid not to call me back??? Don’t they know that I’m going to blog this story????

You mean that we have a Premier that will deny the right to a caller to asked questions?
