THE IRVING'S JOURNALISTS SHOULD HAVE COVERED THE SENATE HEARING STATED FOR APRIL 21ST!!!

What a beautiful day out there and it’s really too nice to write an update but here it goes anyway!

My God? I have to learn to read my blog before posting the darn thing. The Grammar is terrible.

The sun is indeed shining and do you know when the citizens in Fredericton know when summer is officially here?

Take a look at the picture.

Charles 04_07_05 101

I noticed this area of snow last spring. This location is situated where the sun cannot melt the snow because of the huge buildings in the area.

Take a close look around the area? The snow is all gone but this little spot!

Once that snow disappears? Summer is officially here!!!!!

The sad part of this picture is the parking garage located in the background.

This is the location where a few homeless people sleeps in the evenings.

All they need is a cardboard to separate their body from the cold cement floor.

Once again, I was upset this morning. No Irving columnist wrote about the Senate Transport and Communication committee coming to Moncton on April 21st!

Nothing in the Irving’s paper! I wonder why? Well? I received two emails asking me the location and date of the hearings?

If two strangers hunts me down to asked me these questions? This tells me they are concern of the Irving monopoly on newspapers in this Province.

Once again, here’s the information

Dear Mr. Leblanc:

The hearings on Thursday, April 21st will be held at the following
address:

Champlain Room
Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace Hotel
499 Paul Street
Dieppe, New Brunswick
E1A 6S5

Beginning at approximately 3:15 p.m. there will be an opportunity to
make presentations of about 4-5 minutes, which will be followed by a
period for questions. A participant must register before appearing.
Registration will begin in the morning. Thank you.

Now you know!!!! Anyone out there going to make a presentation? Let me know.

In today's < Saturday > newspapers? These Irving’s columnists should have wrote about this very important hearing but they didn’t! We all know if they wrote in support of the hearings on the Irvings?

They would be fired on the spot and since the Irvings owns 90% of the newspapers in this Province? They will not be able to find employment in this line of work!!!

Yes, summer is around the corner and I do believe that the hits on this blog site are going to go downwards because people are too busy doing other things in their lives during the hot summer months but the blogging will definitely continue for years to come.

I saw Mike Gaudet < panhandler > and he told me that he received many comments from my story a few days ago and that’s a good thing! < Not in words but change wise! >...lol

Remember the blog I wrote about being assaulted? Well? While walking in the City last evening? I saw Joanne walking across the street and I walked by her and asked her how she was feeling?

I gave her a smoke and two blocks later? That guy Pat crossed the street and once again began shouting at me. He always calls me retarded!

Mind you, I didn't make a run for it. I just let the guy shout and continue slowly on my walk!

From what I’m told, the Fredericton Police Department allows this guy to assault anyone he wishes!

I heard a few stories but I will tell you one thing right now! The next time this guy touched me? I am calling the Police and lets see what’s going to happen? No one in this Province or country should be above the law! An Assault is an assault!!!

Law enforcement shouldn’t allow a guy like this assault anyone he sees fit! I got to be careful but a person never knows?

I volunteer my time at the Kitchen and I don’t plan to let a lunatic assault me and get away with it!

I was told the Government or the Health Standing Committee could form a committee to study the issue of Ritalin.

After thinking about? I believe the people on the committee believe that I’m just a fool and are playing games with me.

I remember when I was on a 12 days hunger strike in the summer of 2002. Amanda Harpelle from the Premier office came to my tent and chatted with me.

She showed me a piece of paper telling me a group of bureaucrats did indeed do a study on the issue of Ritalin in the year 2001.

I’m certain she believed that I was going to say - Ohh that’s ok! I’m going home now!

Same goes for those politicians serving on the Health Standing Committee? These are the MLA'S-

Select Committee on Health Care
• Mr. Williams (C)
• Mr. Sherwood (VC)
• Mr. Stiles
• Mr. C. LeBlanc
• Mr. Holder
• Mr. Carr
• Mr. Malley • Mr. Albert
• Mr. R. Boudreau
• Mr. Kennedy
• Mr. V. Boudreau
• Ms. Weir

Maybe they believed I was going to say- Oh it’s not the mandate for the Government to do a study on Ritalin? Ok…The battle is over! I’ll leave you alone now!
Sorry! Not going to happen!

We need MLA’S who’s not afraid to speak out on behalf of the 10,000 kids in this province. The drugging and killing of our children must come to a stop!

My God? Over 800 words already??? Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway!

If you’re still with me? I watched a show on Larry King Live a few evenings ago and I pasted the show on this blog. I found the show very interesting! If you care to read it? You know that I always said- There's a reason for everything! I'm a strong believer on that one!!!

Here it is!!! Bye bye

CNN LARRY KING LIVE
What Happens After We Die?
Aired April 14, 2005 - 21:00 ET
.

LARRY KING, HOST: What happens after we die? Tonight we explore the ultimate mystery with spiritual leaders from many faiths.
Joining us, John MacArthur, evangelical Christian pastor of Grace Community Church in Southern California, best-selling author and host of the Global Medium Ministry Grace to You. Father Michael Manning, Roman Catholic priest, host of the international program "The Word in the World." Representing Judaism, Rabbi Marvin Hier, the dean and founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Muslim scholar Dr. Maher Hathout, a retired physician and senior adviser to the Muslim Public Affairs Council. Mary Ann Williamson, best-selling author and lecturer on spirituality. And Ellen Johnson, president of American Atheists.

The next world, next on LARRY KING LIVE.

It's going to happen to everybody. And we all wonder about it. When will it happen, what will it be like? And, of course, what happens after? We're going to try to piece together those questions tonight, especially with death so much in the news.

Lately the only dying I know that comes back is a comic who dies one night and then the audience respects him and he returns for the second show. Other than that, I don't know what happens. But these guests might. So we'll start with John MacArthur and the opinion of each of them, representing their own opinions or their faiths.

John MacArthur, what happens had you die?

JOHN MACARTHUR, PASTOR, GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH: Well, when you die, you go to one of two places. According to scripture. You go out of the presence of God forever, or you go into the presence of God forever.

KING: Depending?

MACARTHUR: Depending upon your personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which is according to the Bible the only way to enter heaven.

KING: So therefore a Jew or a Muslim or a Buddhist will not go to heaven?

MACARTHUR: Christian theology and the scripture says that only through faith in Jesus Christ.

KING: And you -- when we say what happened, what happens? Do you go somewhere as a body? MACARTHUR: No, your body stays. We go to the funeral. We see the body. It goes into the grave. It decays. Your spirit immediately goes either in the presence of God or out, waiting the final resurrection. There will be a resurrection of all bodies in the end, a resurrection unto life or a resurrection unto damnation.

KING: Father Manning, what happens when you die?

FATHER MICHAEL MANNING, ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST: I think we're going to encounter God. I find God the one that I'm longing for. I'm longing for truth. I'm longing for honesty. I'm longing for peace. I'm longing for love. And it's very incomplete in this world. And I believe that moving into heaven into the experience of God will be the fullness of that.

KING: You will meet him in what form?

MANNING: I don't know. I'm going to be a spiritual form. I'm not going to have a body. It's -- we talk of spirits when we speak of angels and so there's a reality of something there. We say that I'll see God and I'm not going to have eyes like I had, but there will be a knowledge. There will be a completeness of all of these longings that I've had to be able to be now satisfied in the presence of God.

KING: Rabbi Hier, what will happen when you die?

MARVIN HIER, FOUNDER, SIMON WIESENTHAL CENTER: When you die, God created Adam, escorted him into the Garden of Eden. When he sinned, he took him out of the Garden of Eden. But God never destroyed the Garden of Eden and held up the hope that people who live righteously, with righteous conduct, go to the eternal world, the world of the soul.

And admission to that world is based on righteous conduct and not based on any specific religion. A righteous person of any religion and a righteous person who may, in the fact, be irreligious...

KING: You mean atheist?

HIER: ... would be granted because it is determined by deeds.

KING: And what is heaven like?

HIER: Well, to tell you the truth, no one has been there, and it would be all speculation. You know, it's the world of the soul. And the best expression of that is, you know, my monadi (ph) says that when a person, a young man -- a person is born blind, he's prepared to take an oath that there is no color in the world. But there is color.

But my monadi (ph) says he can't see it because he's not in that world and we can't see the world of the spirit.

KING: Dr. Maher Hut -- Maher Hathout, I'm sorry, the Muslim scholar, what do Muslims believe happens when you die?

DR. MAHER HATHOUT, MUSLIM SCHOLAR: We really do believe that when we die, the spirit would be liberated from the limitations of the body.

KING: And?

HATHOUT: And then it will go through eternity after a process of accountability and judgment. And people will go to heaven in eternity or to face consequences of punishment.

KING: Like hell?

HATHOUT: Like hell. And this depends on the good deeds, on the belief in God, and on the belief on accountability, that every person is responsible and is accountable for what he or she will do during this earthly life.

KING: And this going will be in the spiritual sense?

HATHOUT: It has to be because the body is decaying, as we heard. And then the spirit, which is energy, will be unadmitted (ph), uncontained and will be completely liberated.

KING: Mary Ann, what do you think happens?

MARY ANN WILLIAMSON, AUTHOR/LECTURER ON SPIRITUALITY: I agree with what Father Manning said, that all of the love that we've longed for all of our lives, we find it. We're there. I think that only love is real. And we can see it once we've died.

I think that this earth is like a veil of illusion. The mortal mind obfuscates the spiritual truth, which is the love of God. And I think that when we die, the veil falls down, the filter is gone, and we're in that state of pure love which is God.

KING: And it's not -- it's in a spirit state, right?

WILLIAMSON: Yes, I mean...

KING: Not a physical state.

WILLIAMSON: ... You can apply -- yes, of course, not the physical state. But all concepts like where do we go, space and time don't exist in God's eternity. So it's a state of awareness and knowledge and experience of pure love, which is God, which is the true life.

I think at death we find that. And I think that we long for that all our lives and at death we find it. It's a reward. It's not a punishment.

KING: Ellen Johnson, president of the American Atheists, what do you believe happens?

ELLEN JOHNSON, PRESIDENT, AMERICAN ATHEISTS: The atheist accepts the reality that when you die, that is the end. That is it. Therefore when you're living, life is all we can ever know. We can't know death. Death is a nonsense word. So we have to do our part now to make this a better life for ourselves and for the rest of humanity and all of the life on this planet.

The only fulfillment, the only joy, the only happiness you will ever know is right now. Now is the time to do your part and to enjoy life. And it's a very, very good thing, because we don't take any moment for granted for that very reason.

KING: What do you mean by nonsense word?

JOHNSON: Because we cannot know death. We can only know life. So therefore, what are we talking about?

KING: It is, John MacArthur, is it not a guess on your -- an educated guess based on your scriptures, your reading, your faith, but you don't know. You don't know know, do you? How can you know?

MACARTHUR: Because the Bible says so.

KING: But you believe the Bible?

MACARTHUR: Well, I believe the Bible, but I believe the Bible can be defended. I believe through the centuries the Bible has stood the test of intense scrutiny, and it is the real and true revelation of God, and it speaks truly about life and death. And someone has been there and come back, and that's Jesus Christ.

KING: How come only one?

MACARTHUR: How come only one what?

KING: Person ever come back?

MACARTHUR: Well, that's because the design of leaving this world is to go into the eternal world. The only person who came from the eternal world into this world is Jesus Christ.

There have been a few others, by the way. In fact in the Old Testament, the prophets raised a few from the dead. In the New Testament, Jesus and the apostles raised a few from the dead. And at the death of Christ on the cross, the graves were open and some were raised. And that's indicative of the fact that there will be an actual physical resurrection to join with the spirits that are with God at death.

KING: Isn't it true, Father Manning, that all religion is really based -- if we didn't die there'd be no religion. All religion is based on fear of dying?

MANNING: Certainly very important. Not in this...

KING: Be good and you'll be...

MANNING: The hope of fulfillment of all the things I'm longing for. In many ways I'm trying to get to -- I believe what the scripture says. But why am I so afraid of death? And why is there this longing to live forever?

KING: You don't know.

MANNING: No, no. But I'm just -- this urge, this longing that I have somehow speaks of a truth that I can't deny. I can't deny that life will go on and on.

KING: We'll get the comments from everybody. Including your phone calls. We'll be right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: Dr. Hathout, you wanted to add?

HATHOUT: I'd like to say two things. No. 1, we don't rule out physical selection by any means. It is -- it is interest there.

However, I want to comment on death is a nonsense word. It is the most real word of the birth. We know that we are born. We know we are going to die. To just write it off as nonsense is somehow...

KING: Well, because the atheists -- I don't want to put words in her mouth, but they believe it's all over. It's a nonsense word in that nothing happens afterward.

HATHOUT: Sure, everybody is entitled to believe whatever they want. But the reality is death is a very real thing. And we have reasons more than the scriptures to believe that this is not the end of the story.

At least scientifically, we know that energy does not disappear. Energy is always there. This is a scientific reality. And if the body is physical and the soul is energy, it cannot disappear.

KING: As a doctor have you seen people die?

HATHOUT: More than what I care for.

KING: Do you have thoughts that they go somewhere when you watch this?

HATHOUT: I always felt that a chapter is over, that we turned off a light on that house that is called the body. And I always felt that is just me. There must be a part of the equation that is not revealed.

KING: Ellen, don't you want these people in your heart? Don't you want them to be right? Wouldn't you like to go somewhere? Do you want it all to just end when you're 89?

JOHNSON: Yes. I don't want...

KING: You do want it to end?

JOHNSON: Yes. I don't want to...

KING: Would you be sad if you woke up somewhere?

JOHNSON: I'd be sad if I what?

KING: You die and suddenly you find you're somewhere nice and peaceful.

JOHNSON: No, no. That's...

KING: ... you'd be pissed.

JOHNSON: That's not going to happen. That's the reality. And I'm not going to live my life in order to, you know -- about concerned with death. Life is for living, and I'm not living my life for death.

And I can't accept something because I think the outcome is -- I can't accept something that's not believable because I think the outcome is desirable. It's not believable. It's not acceptable. When you die, that's it.

But that's the reality. It is what it is. So let's deal with it. Let's deal with death, the way we deal with everything else in life, with dignity, and move on. And at the same time, try and prolong life so that we can extend what we have.

KING: Do you think, Rabbi Hier, in your heart more people think the way Ellen thinks -- they don't say it. They go to church. They go to synagogue. But in their heart they think she's right?

HIER: I have no doubt that people contemplate that. People are -- you know, human beings are human.

But I would say this: the question was posed before whether we know for sure. Well if God would clue everybody in on all his secrets and he'd say, "Look this is the way the plan works," then there would be no belief. There would be no faith.

God created an imperfect world and he needed a partner, man. And he said to man, will you help me repair this world? And make it a better world? But he did not tell man all of his secrets as to how does death work. So there will be natural doubt. Of course there will be doubt.

KING: If you could go back to ancient times, that's a safe thing to say. They asks the seers of the time, what happens when you die? They don't have an answer.

HIER: No one really has an answer.

KING: So you say it's God's -- God's mystery. It's a copout.

HIER: That's correct. No, it's not a copout.

KING: Not a copout?

HIER: No. Because God created man from dust of the ground. And dust of the earth. And God can do whatever he wants. But in this world there is a purpose to this world and that is God didn't want to do it alone. And he wanted man, as I said before, a partner and therefore there's a mystery. He didn't clue man in on all of the secrets. Because otherwise there'd be no purpose to believe.

KING: Mary Ann, isn't that a safe thing to say? It makes you feel good?

WILLIAMSON: Well, first of all, the fact that something makes you feel good hardly means that it's less true.

All the great religious systems speak about life after death, speak about the fact that the goodness with which we live our lives -- you know when Ellen talks about how important it is to live well on the earth, the great religious systems agree with her. Life is for the living.

And it's not that we are to concentrate on death rather than life. It's that while we live loving lives and try our best to be the people that God would have us be, then after we die, and also while we're on this earth, I think that the condition of the state of God's love isn't as different after as it is -- as we think.

You know, the course of miracle (ph) says birth is not a beginning but a continuation. And death is not an end but a continuation. I think in a very real sense death doesn't exist. The spirit, the more we are in a consciousness of the spirit, the less we will feel the dropping of the physical body as a fundamental shift in our state of being.

JOHNSON: However -- however, to Mr. MacArthur, the price for eternal life and life after death is obedience to church doctrine. So you must live a certain life in preparation for that life after death. That I totally reject. I am not going to...

MACARTHUR: So do I.

KING: What do you think?

MACARTHUR: I reject that completely.

JOHNSON: There is a way to get...

KING: Hold it, hold it, Ellen. What is -- you said you have to believe in Christ.

MACARTHUR: Well, yes -- the only way to heaven -- and at this point I respectfully disagree with the rabbi. Nobody can live a righteous life. The Bible says that no one can obey the law of God. No one.

KING: So no one is going to heaven?

MACARTHUR: So no one can go to heaven on their own merits or on their own works. I don't care how many good works they do. The New Testament is crystal clear on the fact that...

KING: So a bad guy who believes in Christ, he's going to heaven. And the good guy who doesn't is going to hell.

MACARTHUR: But when he truly believes...

KING: It's unjust.

MACARTHUR: But when he truly believes -- Larry, we don't want justice. Justice...

You don't want justice?

MACARTHUR: No. It sends everybody to hell. We need grace. We need forgiveness. We need mercy. Only those who ask...

When you need grace, first of all where you take an exam, not everybody has to get 100. It's preposterous to think that when you say righteous conduct you mean perfect specimens.

Human beings are not perfect specimens. In God's world, they will be accepted to eternity or eternal heaven if they pass the exam. What's a passing grade in heaven? I don't know. Maybe 67 and not 65. But the fact of the matter is if you -- if you live the decent life that is credible, you don't have to be perfect.

KING: Let me get a break and come right back. I hope it's 51. We'll be right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: Father Manning, if there is a better place a coming why are we so sad when people die? Unless it ' just selfish that we miss them?

MANNING: I think it's selfishness. Because I think I...

KING: We should be happy for them, right?

MANNING: I rely on the conversation that I could have with the person...

KING: It's you, not them.

MANNING: So I -- in the Catholic liturgy, we have two stages of it. One is a wake service, which is really a time for crying. Just opening up our hearts and saying this really hurts me.

But then on the mass of resurrection, which is the mass of burial, everybody wears white. And we sing songs and we say, yes, it's victory. So it's a one, two thing.

Yes, I want to -- I need to cry. We've got to cry. But I'm never going let the crying overcome me because I've got to have that victory of life.

KING: How do Muslims explain the death of a child?

HATHOUT: Well, the death, as we said, is not the end of life. So he just finished that chapter early enough. And it is sad for his parents and for his relatives, but I think I agree after a period of mourning and the grieving, we start -- because the Koran saying is when it happens, say to God we belong and to God we all shall return. So this is really soothing and very reassuring that this is not the end of that person.

KING: Do you think religion, Rabbi, talks about that too much?

HIER: I think that in Judaism we're encouraged not to speak too much about death, because we have only a sketch. We don't have a blueprint. We have a hint about what the world -- what the world that follows this is like.

And the fear is that if people concentrate on it, they become like interior decorators that want to design their home and in heaven. And you have a lot of fanatics today in the world, extremists, that they say heaven sounds so good, let's exit life right now so we can have our palaces and 70 virgins. And that is a tragedy, so therefore we should not concentrate too much about that which we know very little about.

HATHOUT: There is no doubt that the religion is for life, even the Koran says respond to God when he calls you to life. But based on what we do with this life, we hope that our eternity will be determined.

KING: Ellen, what keeps an atheist going if she or he will never be judged?

JOHNSON: Well, we get judged by our fellow human beings. We must obey human laws. We are social animals. And we want to live in a society in which is comfortable to live in it, in a world in which people do terrible things, that would be a terrible place in which to live.

We -- the normal healthy human being is happy in the face of happiness and sad in the face of sadness. I don't think it -- you know, I have to ask the question if you think that there is a God who will forgive you for what you have done wrong, how can you be ethical in that sense? We know that we have to do our part right here and now and answer to our fellow human beings.

But I also want to add, when we talk about death, these gentlemen did mention the fact that -- you brought it up, why do we fight at the very end to stay alive? We have this will to live. I think we humans know that death is the end of it. We fight it. We all fight it. Religious people fight it, too. And in fact, this will to live, this imperative is part of our genes, our bodies fight to live all the time.

KING: Isn't that a good point, Mary Ann? Why do we fight it? Why the whole Terri Schiavo story? Why this fight of the life. Death is a good place.

WILLIAMSON: Well, even with the Terri Schiavo story, though, Larry, the idea was was her death part of the natural arc of her existence, which her husband claimed, or was it not, as her parents claimed.

This spiritual position here is that there is an arc of life and we are on the earth for the time that God chooses. And there are many people who die fighting it. And there are many people who die in a state of grace, a state of acceptance and a state of knowing that there is a great light that they're coming into.

I mean, we are in this mortal body, so of course we have a fear. I think a lot of people, what I felt and I think a lot of people feel is not really a fear of death, but a fear of dying. You know, just abstractly many of us feel it's a greater life on some level, it's a clearer spiritual experience, a greater closeness with God. But we are in this mortal body, and it's the dying itself that I think creates more of a resistance.

KING: Billy Graham told me, sure, if he was going down in an airplane, he'd be scared, scared of pain, but not of dying. Scared of the method of dying.

MACARTHUR: Absolutely.

KING: You're frightened, aren't you, of dying?

MACARTHUR: Well, I think the pain is realistic. I don't want to go through some kind of torturous extreme. But going down in an airplane would be a novel way for me to go immediately to heaven.

And my Bible says absent from the body present with the Lord far better to depart and be with Christ. This is my hope.

I have no fear of dying itself. I have no fear of death. It was five years ago that I was near death in the critical care unit with blood clots all over both lungs. And the truth of the matter is, eight days later when I came out I had a disappointment because I felt like I was ready to see my Lord and I was ready to enter into all that God prepared for them that love him.

And I -- not that I don't love my wife and my kids and enjoy the riches, I was made for social life. I was made for relationships, and that's why I hang on here. And I was made to be used by God. And I want to serve him as long as he wants me here. But I'm ready to go to heaven whenever he sends the word.

HATHOUT: I'm afraid that this is based on a very serious assumption, that I'm so good, I live the perfect life, when I die I go heaven. I still have to see someone who can make this statement without blinking.

MACARTHUR: Can I respond to you? That is a very good statement to make. And you know what? You'll never meet that person, because that person who can earn heaven by himself does not exist. Only one person ever lived a perfect life. That's Jesus Christ. Listen to this. This is Christianity. He imputes his life to the believer in Christian.

KING: All of you believe -- all of you believe this. HIER: That what?

JOHNSON: Believe what, Larry?

KING: That you're going somewhere? All of you believe it except Ellen?

HATHOUT: Yes.

WILLIAMSON: I believe we are.

KING: Do all of you believe God has a plan for when you're going? God knows when you're going? So God knew about 9/11?

MACARTHUR: Sure.

KING: He did. OK. When we come back, we'll ask why did he let it go. We'll also include your phone calls. Don't go away.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: Let's reintroduce our panel, answer the question about 9/11, get to some calls. John MacArthur, evangelical Christian, pastor, teacher at Grace Community Church, author and host of "Grace to You."

Father Michael Manning, the Roman Catholic Priest, Society of the Divine World, host of the "Word and the World."

Rabbi Marvin Hier, dean and founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

Dr. Mayor Hathout, retired physician, Muslim scholar, senior adviser to the Muslim Public Affairs Council.

In Detroit, is Mary Ann Williamson, best-selling author, lecturer on spirituality. Her most recent book is "The Gift Of Change: Spiritual Guidance for a Radically New Life."

And in New York City is Ellen Johnson, president of American Atheists.

Before we go to some calls, we'll start with Father Manning. If God knows when it is going to happen, why he did let 9/11 happen?

MANNING: I'm not sure that in my mind God has this overall plan that that was there. I believe that God is a God of now. And he was continually working with these people that were ready to fly into that plane, trying his best as he could with all of the grace that he had to avert them from something terrible like that.

I don't see God saying, oh, yes, OK, let's teach those people in that building, or let's get something out of this. No. God is continually working for justice and power with every human being at every moment, pushing us on to something more.

KING: Mary Ann, why did they die, those innocent people?

WILLIAMSON: Well, I agree with what was just said, that God was working with all of the people who perpetrated the act. But I also believe that God gave us free will. And God himself will not violate that law.

At the same time I think that 9/11, and any tragedy such as that, does not come out of a vacuum. And there are many ways that all of us have to look into our hearts about what each of us might have contributed to create a world in which such things as this are happening at all.

So I think that all of us have to ask a little bit more about the darkness in our own hearts. And how we might not do everything we can to make this world what it should be.

KING: Rabbi Hier, if it is possibly a better place why is death a tragedy?

HIER: Well, we feel as human beings -- a great Jewish philosopher, Joseph Albo said the following, "a human being is on a vessel in turbulent seas. And he's tremendously frightened, because of the conditions of the ocean. And he sticks close to the vessel until the vessel hits -- until the vessel docks. When the vessel docks, he says the man walks right off the vessel and perfectly adjusts to a new environment and lost his fear." We fear that which we do not know. But when the vessel docks, and we're shown that world we'll just walk off there and say, wow.

KING: Don't you question it, John MacArthur -- when 9/11 occurs -- don't you question your faith?

MACARTHUR: No, I don't question my faith.

KING: The guys who took the plane into the building didn't question theirs either. And they....

MACARTHUR: I don't like that association too well.

KING: Wait a minute. They didn't give their ultimate gift?

MACARTHUR: No because...

KING: They did not give their life?

MACARTHUR: I understand that God allows death. That does not mean that I take the side of a perpetrator of murder and slaughter.

KING: I'm not telling you to take their side. I'm saying is, did they have a belief?

MACARTHUR: Oh, sure. Sure. A misguided, a severely misguided one.

KING: In our opinion it was misguided, of course. But why is the death tragedy if death is good? Why is tragic used in the word death.

MACARTHUR: I'll answer that very simply. Nobody died in those towers that wasn't going to die anyway. Death is a reality. And the message is

Jesus told the story, he said there were some people worshipping in the temple: pilots -- soldiers came in, sliced them up, their blood mingled with the sacrifices, it was Passover. They said to Jesus, were they worse than anybody else? Jesus said you better repent or you will also die and perish.

And they said, a tower fell and killed 18 people in Saloam (ph), were they worse than everybody else because they were crushed? And Jesus said, you better repent or you'll likewise perish.

The Bible says you die and after this the judgment and then heaven and hell. And you're not going into eternity as energy, you're going as a person.

KING: Ellen, how does an atheist view 9/11?

JOHNSON: If you are a person who thinks that there is a creator who is -- it is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent and then you make excuses for this all-powerful being for allowing 9/11 to happen, for allowing TWA flight 800 to plunge into the Atlantic Ocean, for allowing over 100,000 people to die in -- with the tsunami. If you can then excuse your God for being asleep on the job, then when a member of the clergy, the same members of the clergy ask you to pray, to pray for anything because God answers prayers, forget about it. These people...

JOHNSON: I don't think we're going to forget about it.

JOHNSON: There was no God to save them.

Human beings have to solve human problem. We take care of each other. We watch out for each other or it doesn't get done.

KING: Isn't the term free will an easy thing to say when bad things happen? Free will?

HIER: It is free will. But the truth of the matter is -- look, God created this world. And he wanted this -- this is a world for human beings. And human beings are not perfect.

Now God does did not create 9/11. God is not the author of evil. If man is God's partner, man performs or he doesn't perform.

And the tragedy about 9/11 as far as the murderers and perpetrators are concerned is that unlike in their minds, they, of course, they think they're going to heaven. Whatever the opposite of heaven is where went first class. But in terms of God's world, you know when Mary spoke about evil, God is not the author of evil. And it is -- everything bad in this world was caused by man, not God.

KING: What about tsunami, man had nothing to do with that? HIER: Well, man had nothing to do with the tsunami.

KING: So, why didn't answer it?

HIER: Well, we answer it follows, that if -- for God to create an imperfect world, in order for man to be his partner, the world has to be imperfect. If the world is perfect, then man knows all his clues.

KING: So, he gets no blame.

HIER: He's not -- when God created an imperfect world...

KING: If somebody kills someone, they killed him. If a tsunami occurs, it is an imperfect world. What did he do wrong?

HIER: Man doesn't pay attention to the traffic. If man doesn't pay attention to the traffic, we're not -- in other words, human beings, perhaps is 100 years now, 500 years from now, will be able to measure tsunamis better than -- we will have scientific methods of measuring them that are not available to us now.

KING: Don't help the 2-year-old...

HIER: But God is not going to interfere in his world.

KING: I'll take a break.

KING: I'll get to get a break, we'll pick right back up. We'll take some calls too. Don't go away.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: We'll pick up again on death and natural tragedies versus man made tragedies. But let's include some calls. Clovis, California, hello.

CALLER: Hello?

KING: Hi.

CALLER: If Jesus is the only way to get into heaven, was heaven empty and devoid of souls before Jesus came to Earth.

KING: John?

MACARTHUR: Oh, that's a very good question, and the answer is absolutely not. We know way back in the Book of Genesis, Enoch (ph) didn't die. He walked right into the presence of god, and the prophet Elijah went to heaven in a whirlwind. And David said that when he died, he would see god face to face. And Job said when he died, he would see god face to face. And the prophet Daniel spoke about a resurrection unto life.

There was clearly in the Old Testament an indication that they were going to go to heaven. But they went to heaven because god provides for those Old Testament saints, the same way he does for people on this side of the life of Jesus, resurrection life for those who believe in him. Jesus paid the penalty for their sins, and his righteousness was applied to them, past and future. But Jesus Christ, nonetheless, was the one who bore their punishment even though he had not yet come.

KING: Richmond, Virginia, hello.

CALLER: Good evening, Larry. My question is about our beloved pets. I recently lost mine, can't find any specific scriptures that say our pets are in heaven with us. Your thoughts on that, please. Thank you.

MANNING: I don't know that I do believe there is a spirit there. Why not? Why not?

HIER: No, I don't, because there are many things in life that we're not supposed to know.

KING: Dr. Hathout?

HATHOUT: The fact that we don't know something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. We didn't know that there is -- interesting, by the way, a few years ago or few centuries raise go -- we didn't know the phenomena of gravity. We didn't know so many things. So we -- people have a tendency to be arrogant enough to say, if I don't know it, if I didn't touch it, it does not exist, which is not true.

KING: Mary Ann, you have a thought on pets?

WILLIAMSON: I think all living things are held tenderly in the hands of god.

KING: And I imagine, Ellen, you believe that a pet like a human just comes and goes?

JOHNSON: We just come and go. Yes.

KING: Sad, though.

JOHNSON: Yes. It is. Yes.

KING: Bloomfield, Connecticut, hello.

CALLER: Hi, Larry. My question is for Dr. Hathout. What about the claim of suicide bombers that there's virgins waiting for them on the other side. Is that in the Koran?

HATHOUT: No, it is not, and it is...

KING: Where does that come from?

HATHOUT: Well, I -- the notion of suicide is absolutely -- the only thing that is inexcusable in Islam is suicide. There's no excuse for it. So suicide is completely prohibited, and the suicide to kill others is even worse. It is totally unacceptable. KING: What of this virgin story?

HATHOUT: This virgin -- it is coming from certain traditions of literists (ph) and hearsay stories, but it is not in the Koran. The Koran is not available in any library. I challenge anyone to tell me there is a Koran...

KING: So, where did they come up with this?

HATHOUT: Well, as you know, religion have been subject to people who are galvanize people and mobilize people who are gullible, and the religion have been terribly misused. By all religions, by the way, by people who are Christians, or Jews, or whatever. And they highlight certain stories and bring them to the forefront to play on the ignorant and the gullible, and to lead them to death, which is (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

KING: Mary Ann, do you think religion is a failure?

WILLIAMSON: No, I do not religion is a failure, and I think when you talk about religious extremists, it is -- you don't blame a religion for the fact that there are extremists in its name. Religious extremism is not religion. It is pathology, it is insanity. So, religion -- you know, god remains god, regardless of the fictions that might be proclaimed in the name of god. I think god is love, and so when people do things and use the word god that don't have love in it, they might use the words god, but god is an experience, it's not just a belief and it's not just a word.

I think there is some people who conspire with god who don't believe in him, who live loving lies and are of god, and I think there are people who proclaim him all over the place and live lives of hate. So, I think that the real religious experience goes beyond doctrine, even goes beyond belief; it goes to an experience of our love for each other, love for our creator, love for this earth, and love that emanates outward from who we are and makes all things right. That's the religious experience, and it is hardly a failure.

KING: Rabbi, because we revere life so much, doesn't it amaze you when someone kills them self?

HIER: Absolutely. Life is regarded as holy in Judaism, and, for example, any law in Jewish tradition, observance of the Sabbath, fasting on Yom Kippur, any law is violated -- may be violated -- in order to save a life, because there is nothing more sacred than a human life.

And I think that, in terms of those fanatics today who want to say that somehow god justifies killing others and killing themselves, I mean, nothing could be further from the will of god than that.

HATHOUT: This is identical to the Islamic concept, also. Nothing more important than life.

KING: We'll take a break and be back with more. Don't go away.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: We're back with our panel.

Lake City, Colorado. Hello.

CALLER: Hey, there, Larry.

KING: Hi.

CALLER: Many of your guests have said that after we die we either go to heaven or hell, and that's on the basis of whether we have faith in Jesus Christ or if we have done enough good deeds. My question is, what about the baby, the infant who has not been able to come to an understanding of Jesus or not lived enough to do the good deeds to merit heaven?

KING: Or John, someone who doesn't know about Jesus, an aborigine.

MACARTHUR: I have written a book which has been widely received and very encouraged by it by nursing associations and hospitals called "Safe in the Arms of God," and it takes an old testament-new testament look at what happens to babies that die. And as I told you, when we met the first time after 9/11, and you said, what happened to that baby at the bottom of that tower? And I said, instant heaven. And I said that in just that fast order because I had just prepared that book and I think the weight of scripture is very clear that infants that die, or people who are mentally unable to make decisions and operate in faith toward god, god gathers to himself, and scripture is clear on that.

KING: Do all of you agree on that, Father Manning?

MANNING: I think it's really important -- I agree certainly. But I think there is an important thing as a Christian for me to understand, in my understanding of Jesus, that although I believe Jesus is the son of god and he is the source of salvation of all, I believe that he can be able to be expressed in ways far beyond what I can understand. And so for me to condemn a person who loves the father -- a Jew or a Muslim that loves the father and say, well, Jesus is not...

KING: How do you view Jesus, rabbi?

HIER: I would say that Jesus was a great teacher. I do not believe he was divine. I do not believe he was the son of god, and I might add, if Moses would claim to be that he is the son of god, I would reject that as well.

KING: What does Dr. Hathout believe?

HATHOUT: I think our stand is almost identical to the rabbi. However, we believe that Jesus Christ is very special in a way because he is born to the Virgin Mary, so...

KING: And you believe she was a virgin? HATHOUT: Oh, yes.

KING: The Muslims believe...

HATHOUT: The Muslims believe -- there is a whole chapter on -- called Mary, to highlight that. So, we believe that he is described as the word of god and the spirit from him to the Virgin Mary.

KING: Mary Ann...

HATHOUT: But we don't believe he's the son of God.

KING: Mary Ann what do you believe?

WILLIAMSON: I believe that we're all the sons of God. And I believe Jesus was and is a fully actualized -- he was a fully actualized human being who now has the function of helping others, who choose -- who feel he is their way, to help them rise as well.

But I was so glad to hear the father say that he had acknowledges as a Christian that there are those who experience that vortex as it were without the name Jesus on it. And I find it very unfortunate, and a slightly offense this notion that if someone does not proclaim the name Jesus, you're talking about Jews, you're talking about atheists, you're talking about agnostics, Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, who somehow, even if they aren't babies, if they do not proclaim the name Jesus, to me that is an incorrect understanding of Jesus himself.

MACARTHUR: I appreciate what she is saying. The bottom line is that this is an authority issue. The Bible says neither is their salvation in any other name other than Jesus Christ.

KING: Why do you believe that is the only word?

MACARTHUR: Because I believe the Bible is true.

KING: But he believes the Koran was true.

MACARTHUR: Well, I understand that. But I believe the Bible is true. I believe the Bible stands up scientifically, historically, prophetically, I believe every test to the scripture yields that.

KING: There's no hypocrisy.

There are contradictions.

MACARTHUR: There are hypocrites described in the Bible, but the Bible itself...

KING: We got to take a break. Ellen, what do you believe about Jesus Christ?

JOHNSON: Well, I'm here to give the reality point of view, I guess. Because the reality is there is not one shred of secular evidence there ever was a Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ and Christianity is a modern religion. And Jesus Christ is a compilation from other Gods: Horas, Mithra, who had the same origins, the same death as the mythological Jesus Christ.

KING: So you don't believe there was a Jesus Christ.

JOHNSON: There was not. It is not what I believe. There is no secular evidence that JC, Jesus Christ, ever existed.

KING: We'll take a break. And come back with more moments and subject that deserves more attention which we shall give it in the future, don't go away.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

KING: Toronto, hello.

CALLER: Hello. How are you doing?

KING: Fine.

CALLER: Yes, my question is, how can there be eternal hell when the Bible clearly teaches that the result of sin is death?

KING: What do you mean?

MACARTHUR: Well, I think I understand what he means. If you take the view that death is the end of existence, then how can there be hell? When the Bible talks about death it is not the end of existence, death either ushers you into heaven or it ushers you into hell.

KING: Staten Island, New York, hello.

CALLER: I had a near fatal car accident. And I had an out of body experience. I was hovering over my own physical body and I was surrounded by a beautiful white, white light. And while there, there was a sense of peace. And there was no knowledge of my loved ones or anything here on Earth.

Then there was a vacuum that pulled me back into my physical body again. And then I had the awareness that I was dying.

And my feelings of my family members, my loved ones were so forceful with me. I believe I -- God gave me a second chance to live. And I would like to have an opinion on your panel.

KING: Mary Ann, what do you think happened?

WILLIAMSON: Well, you know it is interesting because her story is repeated so many times by people who had extraordinary near death experiences. There is a man named Tom Melon Benedict who has written an incredible piece which embellishes on what this woman just said.

I think she entered the realm of the light. She saw the light that is described. And I believe that when she said is true, God felt that for her she need to complete here in some other chapters in her soul's journey here on this Earth before she goes permanently. But I think what a gift she received in a way to have seen that light. KING: Ellen, if you accept her story, how do you explain it?

JOHNSON: Have an atheist go through the same thing. She was on obviously a believer before it happened. So, she will have a particular and cultural and religious interpretation. But there are physiological explanations for what happened.

There is no evidence that there is life after death. So theists rely on this kind of experience to try to prove there is life after death. It really doesn't prove there is life after death.

KING: Other than the Christ story, Dr. Hathout -- there is no proof, is there? Other than the Christ story? There's no proof. You don't know anybody who died.

HATHOUT: Nobody died and came back. We, as Muslims -- we believe that Jesus has yet to come. So we believe that once you go through the door, you are not going to come back until after the day of judgment.

However, as I said, not everything we believe in we have to see. How do you believe that water is oxygen and hydrogen? Somebody told you. If you have been told that fact by some source you trust, whether in the case of here is the Bible or in our case the Koran or the Torah, or your mother or your father or whatever, or your science teachers, you believe things without seeing them happening otherwise, our scope would be extremely limited.

JOHNSON: No, we don't. We don't accept that -- we accept them when we finally have the evidence for them. But if somebody tells me something when there is no evidence for it, I'm in the obligated to accept it.

HATHOUT: No. Nobody is obligated for anything. Everybody is completely entitled to his or her beliefs according to their ability to...

king: I believe most of our faith are faiths of our parents? We didn't go out and study comparative religion, right? Your father was Protestant, I'll bet.

MACARTHUR: Yes. My father was actually a pastor and still alive.

KING: You're Catholic, you're Jewish. You're from Muslims. Mary Ann, what was your father?

WILLIAMSON: I'm Jewish. I'm Jewish. I'm Jewish.

KING: You're Jewish. Ellen, were you raised Jewish, Ellen?

JOHNSON: No, my parents were not religious, of course.

KING: Why of course?

JOHNSON: If the panel at all fits. KING: They could have been and you could have broken away.

JOHNSON: Because everybody going down the panel there -- if they're religious this, they he had a religious upbringing. I'm an atheist and I was brought up in a nonreligious household.

HATHOUT: However you can be brought up in certain religions, but certain things happen in your life to either confirm or do away with your religion. So, it is not just the box that we are born within.

All of us are exposed to experiences that might make them live the religion or get...

KING: I'm running out of time.

MANNING: One of the most important thins about religion is an encounter with God. It has to be a personal relationship with God. If I'm Muslim, if I'm Jewish, Protestant, Catholic, I encounter the Lord and this is real. And this reality -- no, to the person that experiences God, you can't take this away from me because I've experienced it.

KING: I'll close with the words from "Fiddler on the Roof" "to life, to life lachaim." Lachaim, lachaim to life.

We thank our guests. We hope we have explored this situation well. We look forward to doing more programs on it.

Stay tuned now for a very special edition of "NEWSNIGHT" with Aaron Brown. A look back at the 507 squad of two years ago. Don't go away.

FINALLY A SAFER SYSTEM BESIDE TAKING RITALIN!!!! IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!

Most of the population in New Brunswick strongly believes it's very improper to spank children as was the preferred method of yesteryear.

Make sure you read the next three paragraphs inside before strolling down! Just click on read more and don't stroll!

I recently heard from a friend who has tried other methods beside Ritalin to control their kids when they have one of "those moments".

One system that she found very effective was to just take the hyperactive child for a car ride and talk.

They usually calmed down and stopped misbehaving after their little outing together. There's nothing better than clean fresh air!

I've included the photo below of one of those sessions with my friend's son in case you would like to use the technique beside taking Ritalin.

POLITICIANS FROM BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES ARE CONFUSED ON THE ISSUE OF RITALIN!!!!

Boy? I had quite a last 24 hours. I went from being very upset to a sign of relief!

It’s just a matter of time till I get the big one! Stress is an awful thing. It quietly sneaks up on you and then – BANG!!!

It’s over but then again? I have ADHD < Proud of it > so therefore I have all kinds of energy!

Yesterday afternoon while walking in the Legislature.

The Sergeant at Arms Daniel Bussieres told me that Claude Williams a P.C. MLA wanted to meet me at 2:30pm in the hallway of the House.

He was 20 minutes late but that’s ok because I never expected a politician to be on time!!!..lol..

Claude Williams is the one who told me to send him an email asking the Health Standing Committee to study the issue of Ritalin!

Well? The good news that I expected? Never came!!!

He told me it is not the mandate of the Health Standing Committee to do a study on the issue of Ritalin!

I quickly asked Claude Williams - Do you support the issue of Ritalin?

He told me that he didn’t support the druging of our children but the Government don’t have the mandate to do a study on Ritalin!

I was very confused and I needed some clear answers. I reminded the MLA that 10,000 people signed my petition asking the Government to do a study? Isn't this a strong message to the Government?

The people who serve on this Committee are

• Mr. Williams
• Mr. Sherwood
• Mr. Stiles
• Mr. C. LeBlanc
• Mr. Holder
• Mr. Carr
• Mr. Malley
.Mr. Albert
• Mr. R. Boudreau
• Mr. Kennedy
• Mr. V. Boudreau
• Ms. Weir

Around 15 Minutes later, I bumped into Hedard Albert < Liberal MLA > and asked him if he supported the use of Ritalin among our kids?

He serves on the Health Standing Committee and I wanted some answers?

He told me that he doesn’t support Ritalin! I reminded the MLA that he’s on the Committee therefore he supports the drug?

He told me that his relative is a teacher and he knows there’s a problem with Ritalin!

I said- If Kelly Lambrock can bring an issue such as eliminating certain breed of dogs to the floor of the house? Why not bring up the issue of Ritalin so the public could see for themselves.

Why not?

Next on my list was Roy Boudreau but he was occupied with the 5 month old pregnant woman!

Sure was nice to finally see a politician showing that he care for the poor woman!

He told her that he was going to get to the bottom of this story. The poor pregnant woman has been sleeping on the ramp at the Soup Kitchen for the last few weeks and no one from Family Services seem to care!

The unborn should be protected at any cost and lets see what Mr.Boudreau is going to do with this issue?

Joanne is five months pregnant
After her meeting was done?

I confronted Roy Boudreau on the issue of Ritalin because he’s on the Health and Standing Committee!

He told me that there was already a study done on Ritalin!

I reminded the former teacher that this was a committee that was set up by a bunch of bureaucrats who met in the basement of a building to discuss the issue of Ritalin!

They came out with some recommendations but it wasn’t a meeting for the public!

I wonder if those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission were present?

Good questions?

I confronted another politician Wally Stiles < P.C. MLA > because he also serves on that Committee. Once again, I couldn’t get no clear answers from this politician but he told me that he was a little confuse on the issue of Ritalin!

I told the MLA that Doctorr Furlong told me a few weeks ago that ADHD is over diagnosed and that’s the way it is! Hundreds of kids are on Ritalin and don’t even have ADHD!

I also heard that Doctor Kennedy told the Committee that since he’s a Doctor? The issue shouldn’t be studied!

I’m doing to get the facts on this issue!

There’s many other MLA’S who I have to confront.

Last night was quite an evening!

I phoned the talk show Voice of the Province.

The guests were Elvy Robichaud < Minister of Health > and Victor Boudreau < Health Critc >

Victor is a newly elected MLA and he moved up the ladder very quick. I would always tell everyone that he’s good!

Yesterday, he was with a group from the area of Shediac. I told my fellow Acadians that he was very smart!

Last night, I told a friend who was watching the talk show with me?

That man is good!

I was the second caller and I knew that Elvy Robichaud would tell me that if the Doctor prescribes the prescription then it must be a good thing!

Government cannot stop Doctors prescribing Ritalin!

He also added that he sees Charles every day at the Legislature and we talk about the issue of Ritalin.

I don’t know why he told the television audience that he sees me everyday? I believe that he was saying that I’m like a bum and maybe should be ignored.

The host Phil Vincent was going to go to the next caller.

I said- Come one? Asked Victor for his Comment?

Come on Phil????

Sure enough he did and I wasn’t amused of the answer Victor Boudreau told the audience.

He also added that he sees me around the Legislature every day! < I don’t really understand why this issue should come up? > and went on to say- I support what Elvy Robichaud just said that if the Doctors prescribes Ritalin than it must be ok?

I was very upset!

Oppppss sorry??? I WAS FURIOUS!!!!

Why would a Liberal MLA support the P.C. Party on this issue?

Victor took the place of Bernard Richard who served the area of Shediac for many years before he took the roll of Ombudsman!

I have been fighting the MLA’S of the Lord Government for over six years and too late to quick now!

When Bernard Richard was on a talk show? He would disagree with the Ministers on the issue of Ritalin!

Bernard Richard the Ombusdsman for New Brunswick

Victor Boudreau is no Bernard Richard! Mind you? I told a few Liberals this morning of my opinion on the issue of the newly elected MLA!

Mind you? I believe that Victor Boudreau is a very smart young man and he definitely has a future as an MLA!

There’s no question about it!

Maybe he’s just as confuse as I am on the issue of Ritalin!

I believe the program will be replayed during the weekend at 3:00pm on Rogers!

I don’t seem to receive no clear answers from the Politicians from both political parties in Fredericton!

I was told that the Liberals still support a committee to study the issue of Ritalin!

I’m going to asked for a meeting with the Liberal Leader Shawn Graham to find out the true facts about this issue!

In the past, I never asked for a meeting because I would often chat with the MLA’S outside of the Legislature or in the hallways!

But the problem with this style of communication is I have to get to the point and quickly!

I believe a meeting would answer many questions that I have for the thousands of kids who are force on Ritalin!!!

Why don’t the Liberals get together and put a bill on the floor of the House so we will know who is for or against the issue of Ritalin?

The public should have the right to know which politician support the drugging and killing of our children!

Is that too much to asked for????

As for me hanging around the Legislature, is this a new wave for the MLA’S to tell the public that Charles don’t have a life?

So therefore just ignore his views on Ritalin!

As I wrote in the past and I will say it again!

I know it’s not good for me to hang around the area like an educated Bum but I refuse to turn to alcohol or drugs and walk towards the sunset with my head down!

I will continue to fight the huge mis-justice that’s being done in this Province towards our kids and I will not rest until the issue of Ritalin is studied by the Government!

MY GOD!!! CLOSE TO 1,500 WORDS ALREADY??? Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information High! Bye bye

Thursday, April 14, 2005

IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!

I just got word that the Lord Government will continue to DRUG and kill our children!!! There will be no study on the issue of Ritalin. I'll write more about this in the morning!!!!

CHARLES WAS ASSAULTED LAST EVENING!!!

The decision of the standing committee to study the issue of Ritalin will be announce next Thursday and not today!
The MLA’S who serves on this Committee are as follows-
Select Committee on Health Care
• Mr. Williams (C)
• Mr. Sherwood (VC)
• Mr. Stiles
• Mr. C. LeBlanc
• Mr. Holder
• Mr. Carr
• Mr. Malley • Mr. Albert
• Mr. R. Boudreau
• Mr. Kennedy
• Mr. V. Boudreau
• Ms. Weir

I know everyone of them so lets see what’s going to happen next week?

This has nothing to do with Charles LeBlanc! The issue of Ritalin is for the kids!!!

My God? I’m heading for a very busy week!

I will appear in front of the Senate Committee to explain the Irving Monopoly of newspapers in this Province.

The next morning I have to explain to a group of people the proper way kids with true ADHD should be treated in the school system!

Do you have any ideas? Please let me know!

Pretty scary stuff with the blog of the petition eh? < Canadian > The Irvings can have access to the names and in return they will hunt down anyone who dared to sign that piece of paper.

I bet there must be many battles going on within many families in the Saint John area as we speak! I am certain that many family members wanted to attend the protest in front of the Irving Refinery but their loved ones must have beg the other partner not to go because of the fear of being blacklisted by the Evil Irving Empire!

Is this Iraq or Canada! Why are people afraid? That’s the emotional question???

The LNG story came out four weeks ago and it’s still the number one issue with the talk show CFBC in Saint John!

Ok…yesterday was a very hectic day and I should have known better.

While watching the Daily Show last evening? It said - Wednesday April 13th!!! Yes, I am paranoid of the 13th day of every month! Not only Friday the 13th!!!!

I might add that yesterday the counter on this blog site hit 6,666 hits!!! Not 666 but 6,666 hits!!!! Anyway, it did indeed explain a lot of the actions that happened to me during the last 24 hours.

It all started yesterday afternoon. While watching question period at the Cafeteria at the Legislature, I began chatting with a bureaucrat from Family Services! < of course, we won’t mentioned any names >

I asked him < at least you know it’s a male > if the Department check on the girl who is suppose to be five month pregnant?

He answered- Charles? The girl is upset at you?

I replied- Upset with me? That’s funny! I seen her last night and she sounded ok?

You see, I volunteer at the Soup Kitchen and I don’t hang around to chat with the girl! I walked by and asked - Did Family Services contact you yet? Was the media around?

Since the time I’ve first asked her permission to write about this issue? The answer has always been – No!!!

From what I could understand from the bureaucrat of Family Services was the girl was upset with me because I wrote about her and soon afterwards Supply and Services boarded her home which was under the stairway at the Soup Kitchen.

I didn’t really pay much attention to his comments.

While outside of the Legislature? A politician told me that he would like to meet the girl in his office on Thursday!

I said- No problem! I’ll ask the girl if she wants to meet with ya??

I walked in the Soup Kitchen at 5:00pm and asked George Piers if they needed my help?

He told me that every position was full!

I said - Ok!!! I’ll be back later.

Once outside, I heard a loud voice- HEY?? YOU WANT SOME LISTERINE???

Behold heading towards me was a guy name- Pat!

A little background on this guy- I seen this guy ever since I began my protest. I never chatted with the guy! I saw him assault a few people around the shelter. He’s a very rogue individual and I guess he considers this area to be his territory! Just a few weeks ago, the police and the staff from an Ambulance crew came to get a person who he just assaulted!

He beat up a guy very badly!

Anyway, there he was heading towards me and he had a very mean expression on his face.

I knew that he didn’t want to talk to me for a friendly conversation.

He began shouting that I was a pill pusher.

I had a very difficult time understanding what he was talking about?

Moi a Pill Pusher? …lol..maybe he got the story wrong? I am against prescription drug!

I noticed that four other people were watching with a frighten look on their faces.

He continued by pointing at the stairway where Joanne used to live! I still couldn’t understand his point of view!

He said- WHAT THE F@CK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???

He continue to yell and took a hard swing and hit me on the cross which is located on my chest!

Hey? Maybe he’s an Atheist???..lol..

Who knows?

The punch threw me back a few inches.

I don’t mind a good old fist fight! It’s got for my frustrations! But in this case? It’s a total different ballgame!!!!

Lets say that I would have hit the guy and give him a beating? Do you think the story would have ended there? Of course not!

Guys like this kind? You just try to avoid confrontations because they will come back till you’re a dead man!!!

But in this case, it’s very hard to avoid when there right in your face.

I noticed that Joanne was watching in the group and no one interfered and why should they?

I decided to make an exit from the area. This area has been the target of many assaults during the past few months.

The Shelter is fast becoming a very dangerous place to walk by!

Fredericton Mens Emergency Shelter and Community Kitchen around right side...

I heard that Pat is maybe the Father of the child so maybe he believes that I’m interfering in his affairs? Who knows?

I left the area and you could still hear the guy shouting names at me from two blocks away! People were watching wondering what was all the commotion about?

I could have called the police but I din't bother. If I would have been really harm? I would have called them!

I went home but I wasn’t done yet because I had to return to the Kitchen to tell Joanne that a politician wants to meet with her.

I found an old booklet yesterday and the first page said - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13.

Yeah and my Priest once told me that I am like a pittbull!!! Once I get a hold on a issue? I won’t let go!

Well? At that point maybe many people would say - Hey? I tried my best and move on!!!

Sorry that’s not my style!

I walked to the kitchen and I saw a friend of mine heading towards the same direction. I told him to wait for me and Thank God that I did because while walking through a tight walkway?

There was Pat waiting for me!

He never touched me but he continued to shout at me!

Once inside, I saw Joanne eating her meal and I told her about the meeting with the Politician!

I continue to asked her- What the hell was all that about anyway? Don’t he realizes that I’m just trying to help you?

She told me that he was having a bad day and he was yelling at everyone!

I quickly replied- WHY THE HELL DO I GET INVOLDED IN THESE ISSUES ANYWAY???

I quickly grabbed my cross and told her that this was the reason! I care about the unborn!

Once outside, Pat was there but as usual. I just kept on walking and trust me? I wasn’t running either!

Hey? If he has to attack me from behind? Than so be it!

While chatting with a citizen last evening, I saw Pat coming towards me but he just kept on walking by!

I got a question? Who change the story anyway? My updates goes to a few people at the shelter and the Kitchen!

Did someone change the story?

Why would a bureaucrat from Family Services tell me that Joanne was upset with me?

Did someone from that Department change the story so I would get hurt?

Did the story change between a drunken conversation between them?

Many questions that needs answers?

Am I afraid? Of course not! If the girl is pregnant? My main goal is to help the unborn!

I just find it funny that I was told this story at the Legislature and hours later I was assaulted?

Well? I wrote way too much already!

It’s 12:30pm and I’m suppose to meet Joanne at 12:45pm.

One thing is for certain!

If she’s not there?

Well? I am not getting involved in this issue any longer!
It’s all up to her because you can only help a person so much!

Hey? You know what? This bloggling business is getting really dangerous!

Please excuse the grammar and style of this blog. Especially this one because I have to meet the girl! Bye bye!!!

WHAT HAPPENS TO A PETITION IN FREDERICTON????

Last evening, I received this email -

Hi Charlie, this is ??????? asking you a personal question regarding petitions, as you know the concerned citizens for fair taxation has started one in saint john, they would like to know a few things if you can help out?

When they get the 10,000 signatures:

Where does the petition go?

Once the petition is presented to the House? The papers stays there until the next session!

Who sees them?

I was told this morning that since it’s the People’s House? Anyone is allowed to asked for the petition?

Can they copy them?

Yes! They can!!!

Who has access to the signatures on them?

Anyone can including the Irving’s bureaucrats in the Capital!!!

How do they destroy them or do they keep them who examines them
any other little details you may have for them?

They don’t destroy the petition! They keep them in the achieves.

A SUGGESTION FOR CHARLES????

I received this email a few minutes ago. I find this one funny!!! What do you think??? This individual has been a great supporter of mine so I told WCIE to send him all the photos. Here's his replisal---

yeah, I talked to him and got him to send all of them, at least I think it was all of them, it was a lot!

We should get you shaved and into a suit one day and have you do your daily routine-- then we'll send the pictures to
political magazines with the heading "who is this man and how does he know everybody in Fredericton?"
You'd make a fortune because everybody would think you were a lobbyist! LOL I guess in a way you are, you just don't get paid for it!

OUR FIRST SPIN STORY - PLEASE COMMENT

Mr.Lord is so quick to hide behind the fact that a 5 year old referendum determined that 50% of this province chose to keep VLT's for(Entertainment)how about calling him to task on holding a referendum on smoking in public places and let the people of this province decide whether they think that would be entertaining or how about a referendum on whether or not people would think it is entertaining to smoke pot in this province or a referendum on whether or not the people of this province want a LNG plant here. And let's not forget that we only need 52% of the province to qualify for these referendums. Also this will give him the oppertunity to continue doing what he does best hide behind something or someone.

WE TOOK IT OUT!!!

After a few email exchange between me and WCIE. We remove the story from the blog. If this sounded like racist? It wasn't but let me tell you something right now! If in the future? You hear this story from the hospital? Well? You have heard it in the blog first!

CHARLES NEEDS HELP FOR KIDS WITH ADHD!!

Next week will be a busy period for Charles! I have to get ready to make a presentation in front of the Senate Committee in Moncton of the Irving Monopoly in this Province.

I also have to make a presentation in front of a group who’s job is to review the inclusion program < Education > in this Province!

I have a very important questions for you people who care about the Kids!

How should the kids with ADHD be treated in the school system????

This has nothing to do with Ritalin!

Do you have any suggestions of how the kids ADHD should be treated so they can learn in a better atmosphere???

I have a few suggestions of my own but what’s yours?

Please let me know!!!

An another issue? I was told the 10,000 kids around this province will find out Thursday morning if the Lord Government will do a study on Ritalin!

Will the drugging and killing of the children continue for years to come?

Will the Government pay attention to the petition with 10,000 signatures?

Who knows? My battle with the Government might come to an end on Jeudi!!!

Stay tune for Thursday! So stay tune!!!!

This is a picture of Paul Robichaud. Paul told me a few months ago- THANK GOD FOR MY MOTHER!!! I guess in his childhood years. He was all over the place! He was very hyper! The system wanted him on Ritalin but his mother wouldn't have nothing to do with the drug. Take a close look where he is today? He's the Minister of Transport in the Lord Government! He's a perfect example that kids with ADHD can succeed without taking Ritalin!!!

POLITICIAN WANT TO MEET JOANNE!!!!

I had a good chuckles a few minutes ago.

I asked a bureaucrat – Listen? If you wish me to remove you from your list? Just send me an email and I’ll keep only one email address.

He quickly replied - Can I send you both?...lol…

You see? I have three different accounts and another one at Google.

I have close to 1,000 names so therefore if you receive more than one email from me?

Just send me a note and I’ll delete you from the list! If you wish to be deleted totally off my list? Just send me a note and you’re hear no more from moi or should I say read no more from me!

A politician approached me this morning and he wants to meet the five months pregnant female!

I had a chat with someone from Family Services this morning and from what I understood? Sometime she says she’s pregnant and sometime she isn’t!

He told me that they have been dealing with the girl for the last 15 years!

Well? The question is this? Shouldn’t Family Services bring the girl to the hospital to find out if she’s pregnant or not????

Going by the pictures below? She sure look pregnant and I don’t really care about the girl but I do care for the unborn!

Lately, Bernard Lord have been comparing the Federal Liberals to the Provincial Liberals?

Myself, I always believe there were two different parties!

If you support the Provincial Liberals? Does it mean that you also have to support them Federally?

I don’t think so and I always found it strange that during a Provincial Convention from both parties? They always invite someone from the Federal Party to be a guest speaker!

Well? In my mind, they are two different parties!

Will the scandal at the Federal level hurt the Provincial Liberals? You tell me???

I had a good comment from a stranger last evening. She told me that she enjoys my updates or blog!

There’s only one problem? I don’t know the person but she knows me! I wonder why? As I said in the past, God knows who’s reading this site?

I was wrong!!!! I predicted 100 people will so up for the Protest at the Irving Refinery! Guess what? The number was 200 people!

Not bad but there’s one itty bitty problem?

The Irving Media never covered the protest! I wonder why? You tell me??

By the way? Can someone tell me who owns these papers who pictures I pasted on the website??? Please let me know???

I screwed up yesterday! I missed the student protest in front of the Legislature.

I was told that once again? The MLA’S from the opposition side showed up to meet the students but no one from the Lord Government walked outside to chat with the students?

Could this show our youths that the democratic system don’t work????

All elected officials especially from the Party in power should have went out and meet the students!

Come on now??? Give me a break!

I remember in 1977, there was a famillar work stoppage by the teachers at Mathieu Martin High School!

Hundreds of students were in the hallways and the Principal of the day Dollar LeBlanc told the students - It’s my duty to tell you the students to report to your classrooms!

I might add that he said this with a smile!

We shouted the man down and the work stoppage soon came to an end! I guess things haven’t change in close to 30 years!

I heard that many seniors are selling their prescription drug to survive. Can you imagine the decision? Food or your health!

Today’s youths are so drugged up with these prescription drugs that it’s totally out of control!

Ok..I wrote enough about nothing already and please excuse the grammar because I just the darn thing and send the update in the information Highway!!!

SPIN STORY... Lets make this work.

Lets try this out... Charles and I recieved this comment yesterday on the respective post. We both think it has merit and want to figure out a way to capitalize on its usefulness...

The anonymous comment in this post reminds me of this quote by Henry Ford (I think):

Coming together is a beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.
This is what we need to do...

Quoting Anonymous "Charles you got to figure out a way of bringing it across to the readers that they should take advantage of this terrific website and with It’s great array of topics and titles to make it their own, remind them the numbers don't lie your getting exceptional amounts of hits but if their going to take the time to type in the website please take a moment to leave a view or comment on any of the variety of topics it would be appreciated immensely as spin-offs from other comments is were response seem to give a wider view of the overall, maybe wcie to write it in a way that might generate better interest as the most varitized and modern maritime website which is improving everyday! Good Luck!! hey you must admit it has come along way!!"

We think that spinning some of the comments into fullposts that can be commented on is a great idea. We will try this out in a number of ways but one we would like to try out initially and see how it works is this...

With your comment that you leave on any post, include either at the end or beginning the words "SPIN STORY" in capitalized form and we will then create a post on the main page for people to comment freely and anonymously with. I think this best suits the format of this site.

As an example below is two comments including the same text, the first one is a general comment and the second is a comment but the emphasis or topic will be spun to the homepage in hopes that meaningful discussion can be create around it.

Post 1.
Charles what a great post today... I agree that the LNG deal should never have proceeded without the proper documentation and administrative protocols being followed. I feel that the deals inherent problems are from bureaucratic not elected official beginnings though.

Post 2.
SPIN STORY… Charles what a great post today... I agree that the LNG deal should never have proceeded without the proper documentation and administrative protocols being followed. I feel that the deals inherent problems are from bureaucratic not elected official beginnings though.

Hope its clear and helps out. Give it a try and see the feedback you can generate on a subject or topic that maybe we looked at but didn't discuss or realize the real value of. If this site is going to fleurish than we are going to need the help of New Brunswicks voice and that includes you. We look forward to your contributions...

Hey??? Don’t forget, if you wish to make a comment of the LNG<> You can do so by phoning a local radio talk show in Saint John.

It’s called- CFBC Talk of the Town. The toll free number is 1-800-561-8255!!! You can phone between 9:00am till 11:00am during the week!!! Then of course, you can talk about many different issues that concern you.

Speaking of talk shows? The show – Voice of the Province <> the Premier who was the guest last week received 45 calls but only 12 got on!

That’s a lot of calls!!!!

On another issue, please have a quick look in the poor section of my blog site! You will see a picture of the inside of the Soup Kitchen!

I will never forget the time that the 6-49 was 20 million dollars.

I asked George Piers <> What will he do if he won the Lotto?

He walked away with his head down and whisper - The first thing that I would do is get a bigger kitchen!!!

Take a look at the picture and you tell me??? The people who go at this needy place have many problems and you can just imagine sitting in a small room elbow to elbow. Once in a while trouble would break loose but the staff would quickly come to the rescue to cool things down!

Ok…Lets go to our person of the week!

Citizen of the week- Mike Gaudet!

I know the week isn’t finish yet but this fine gesture will be a very hard act to follow!

I met Mike Gallant while I was protesting. After a few weeks, I’ve heard that there was a Farmer’s Market in this area. I was told that thousands of citizens go to that place every Saturday morning.

I said to myself - What a great way and place to collect signatures for my petition?

I won’t go into the details but I was told to go across the street to collect names.

Once there, I noticed a tell gentleman standing there. His name was Mike Gaudet and he didn’t seem to impress with me.

At first, I didn’t know what was going on but I would find out that Mike was a Panhandler. In his mind, I was interfering in his territory!!!!!

Someone would walked by and we both would confront the individual. I was confronting for signatures and he was asking for some spare changes. He let it known to me that this has been his area since 1984 and he sort of told me to go somewhere else.

Weeks went by and I would see Mike around but I didn’t really chat with the guy.

I made a little investigation and I was told that Mike could have been a huge star in baseball??? Many told me the same story. I guess something happen and he took a down turn for the worse.

I would soon find out that Mike reads the paper. Every instance I write a letter to the Editor? He would always give me a comment on the streets! I might add that he’s very educated on different issues.

So why did I voted this guy Citizen of the week you asks?

Well? Yesterday, while volunteering at the Soup Kitchen! I decided to go outside for a smoke. Mike walked by me while debating an issue with a friend.

Being Charles? The nosy person that I am? I had to ask what they were talking about?

You see? I do hear a lot of stories from the street people in that area? Which reminds me? No one from Family Services went over to chat with the pregnant girl yet! I wonder why?

Anyway? Mike told me he was panhandling in front of the CIBC Bank on Queen Street.

Someone walked by him and an envelope fell on the ground.

Mike picked it up and behold inside was - $450.00!!!!

He shouted at the guy who drop the money on the ground. The guy took the money and left! He never thanked the guy and didn’t even give Mike a few bucks!

My God? How can some people sleep at night?

During my protest, I learned there’s many ignorant people in this City!

Anyway? This is the reason that I wrote this little update because it stories like this that no one hears about!

Good work Mike!!! You did the proper action and once I see you on the streets asking the citizens for a little change? I will see you in a different way!

I hope many readers have a different attitude towards you also???

By the way? Just for the record? It wasn’t an easy task to have Mike picture taken with me. He trusted me and I do appreciate this!

Ok..I wrote too much already…Got to go at the Legislature.

The session opens at 1:00pm! Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information highway!

Don’t forget to tell everyone on your list about this blog site! It’s a great way for New Brunswick to share their views on different issue!

Bye bye

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS EMAIL?????

Wouldn't it be funny if you could be at the protest tomorrow in Saint John with a big sign with the blog address on it... That would be hilarious... Spread the word...

THE IRVINGS FIRED NEWSPAPER JOURNALIST WHO WROTE AGAINST LNG!!!

Remember the Here newspaper in Saint John???

It was a good little independent paper until the Irvings bought it last year!

"here" in the mddle

A reporter name Mike Parker was the journalist who wrote about the going ons within Common Council in Saint John!

His columns was direct and straight forward.

Last week, he wrote a story about the LNG issue. He was dead set against their decision.

Guess what? He was soon out of a job!

Josh Beuthel, my favourite political Cartoonist soon quit the Irvings staff afterwards!

Have we seen any of this in the Irving’s papers? Of course not!!!!

Thank God for CFBC < talk of the town > because we would had never heard anything about this issue!!!

I phoned the radio talk show this morning.

I told the audience - In my view, This is just a warning for our future Journalists who are being trained at Universite De Moncton and Saint Thomas of what could happen if they decide to write against the Irvings!

The Senate Committee will be in Moncton on April 21st to study this issue and I don’t have to hitch a ride to that meeting because someone told me they will drive me at that meeting!

Pretty nice eh? I am going to be straight forward and right to the point! This is hurting New Brunswickers BIG TIMES!!!!

As I told the audience this morning, it’s like Germany all over again. We don't go around and execute people but Hitler took control of the media to brainwash the Citizens in Germany. The same action is happening in New Brunswick!

But what I find very strange with the Mike Parker's issue?

I always believe that J.D. Irving and Irving Oil were totally different. I guess not?

If any Irving reporters crossed that thin line? They will be fired and since the Irvings owns all the newspapers in this province? They will not be able to find work!

Germany? You tell me?

The HERE paper has a open forum on the net and it used to be a place where anyone could write their views on different issues!

No more!

You have to give the Irving staff your real name and they will give you a password!

Only praising comments about the Irving Empire will be printed!

It’s all part of the Irving final solution!!!

Hiii Irving!!!!

By the way? If any of you wish to call the open talk show in Saint John???

The toll free number is 1-800-561-8255!

The show is on from 9:00am till 11:00am!!! It’s the only radio talk show in the whole province and I wonder why? We need talk shows to spread the word!

There’s going to be a protest at the entrance of the refinery Tuesday evening and I don’t believe that many people will show up for that one because Irving security has cameras all over the place. People are scare to speak out and that’s the way it is!

I say that close to a 100 people will be brave enough to show up!!!

On another emotional issue????

No one from the media or Family Services went and talk to the girl who’s five months pregnant!!!!

I wonder why? Is it because it’s Charles LeBlanc who spoke out on this issue????

The unborn should be protected but since the Irvings won’t allowed stories about the issue of the poor in their newspapers?

There’s not much we can do!

The Irvings through the media wants to tell the public that every thing is ok! Don’t worry!!! Be happy!!!!

I heard a good but sad story about the issue of Ritalin a couple of days ago but I can’t go publicly with this one yet! Wait till you hear what a individual told me about this issue? Stay tune!!!

Ok…I wrote this one very very very fast! So excuse the grammar and style of this update because I am in a hurry!!!
Bye bye

PRICE OF GAS AND NEWSPAPERS GO HAND IN HAND????

don't print this (but you can use it)

The price of a litre of gas went up to 99.9 on Sunday in Moncton only at Esso and Irving. It stayed at 92.9 everywhere else. Esso went back down by Tuesday but Irving kept theirs at 99.9. I know of other areas where the price went higher.

In Sackville, the price only went down this morning.

Except Irving of course.

Here's the interesting part: the Irving owned MONCTON Times &
Transcript had 2 frontpage stories (Tue. and Wed.) of the gas price hike but made
it sound like EVERYONE brought their price up even though ONLY IRVING had
it at 99.9.

After reading the articles you're left thinking that #1) the price of
gas is higher than ever everywhere and #2) it's only going to go higher.

Both are untrue.

Wishful thinking on behalf of Irvings maybe but not true!!

Don't get your news from Irving papers and be thankful they don't own
the internet! Yet.....

Heres a brief Intro about Charles

We have a had a few comments recently of why Charles has been interested in helping out the Children of the province and why he is so concerned with the issues in the province of New Brunswick. I hope this sheds some light....

A couple of days after I was laid off or fired from Gulf Operators (March 14, 2000), I made a complaint to the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

I would soon found out the process is a very slow one.

On February 7, 2001, I received a letter from the Director of the Human Rights Commission – Janet Cullinan informing me that the Commission considered my complaint at their meeting of February 1, 2001 and found it to be without merit.

My God, I was very upset because this told me that the Commission agreed with the Irving’s that people with ADHD are limited!

I phoned a member who was on the Commission - Dorothy Dearborn and she told me that they will once against study the issue of ADHD!

On April 12, 2001, I received another letter from Janet Cullinan informing me that the Commission once again reviewed my case at their meeting of March 22, 2001 and they upheld their previous decision.

I was very disappointed to see a group of bureaucrats agreeing with the Irving’s of the matter people with ADHD should be treated.

What could I do?

I don’t have any money and I heard that if you bring the Irving’s in court that the process would take years to reach a verdict.

I heard in the past from many parents who told me their kids were labeled in the school system and now this? The kids who have ADHD are labeled as stupid and idiots as a child. Now? We have this?

During the summer of the year 2001, I had this discriminatory verdict in my head. I went as far as protesting with a sign in front of the Irving Empire in Saint John New Brunswick but I soon found out that the Irving’s owns all the newspapers and they gave the orders to the editor not to print my letters in the voice of the people section of the papers.

Gulf Operators < Irving Company > had a very racist supervisor name Brian Grant. He was always going around saying - If I own this Empire there would be no Niggers or Frogs working here!!!

Now? I believe this is pure racism and the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission agreed that the Irvings could continue their witch hunt against the minorities in new brunswick.

Then again, the guy handling my case was Carl White a councillor from Saint John who later on I found out was a convicted thief who stole from the Irvings in the 1980s.

So God knows what was said behind close doors?

I was very upset and the battle for Justice would continue.

After a few weeks of protesting in front of the Irving Golden Ball, the Irving paper finally made a story about my protest and they wrote that I was fired twice! I said excuse me? I was laid off!

I was allowed to write a reprisal to the letters to the editor section. I told the readers of the reason I was protesting in front of the Irving Empire. I met a new girl and she encourage me to stop the protest so I gave in. Afterwards, I had trouble sleeping in the evenings. What could I do to battle the bureaucrats? In the spring of the year 2002, I told at my girl Pat that I would go to Fredericton and set up a tent in front of the Legislature. This was the only way that I knew how to battle the bureaucrats. Why not do it in their own turf?

Once in Fredericton, I went on a hunger strike and I did manage to let the public know that I was unhappy and the Government must study the issue of ADHD! Pat was very concerned and she phoned the local politicians at home. She droved them nuts but she cared about me and was afraid that I might get hurt.

Amanda Harpelle from the Premier’s office was the spokesperson and they were concerned because I was on a hunger strike. The protest lasted for 12 days but I didn’t like the matter that I was forced out of the Capital. I felt that I didn’t accomplice my goal in educating the public on the issues of ADHD and Ritalin. One week later, I met Bernard Lord in Saint John and he found me a little job that would keep me busy for 6 months.

I was laid off and when on U.I.C.! In the spring of the year 2003, I sent a email to the Premier’s office informing them my U.I.C. was soon coming to a end so therefore I needed some work! I was surprised the office totally ignored me. One bureaucrat asked me why the Government should find you some work.

I told the guy that the government through the Human Rights Commission said that I’m labeled as close to mental retardation. I wasn’t allowed to learn a trade, drive a vehicle and paid a lower wage < doing the same work > The Government will prove by finding me work. I can be a benefit to Society besides being a menace.

I wasn’t allowed to work because I have ADHD! I never received a reprisal from the Premier’s office so in the spring in the year 2003, I once again decided to pitch a tent in front of the Legislature. Little did anyone know including me that the protest would last for six long months!!!!

ALSO???? WHO OWNS THIS NEWSPAPER????? SOMEONE OUT THERE MUST KNOW!!!!

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHO OWNS THIS PAPER????

OPEN CUBICLES POLICY MUST COME TO A STOP!!!!

IMPORTANT!!! This is not the area of the Welfare office in Frederiton. This is the Federal section. The system is still the same with their open cubicles policy! This picture was bought to my attention so therefore I acted on it!!! The guy took the picture but I wasn't around. I just wish to let the readers know about this issue!

RUN BERNARD RUN!!!!!...LOL...

You Know who this is??? This picture reminded me of my protest! The Premier saw me coming and quickly ran inside the Legislature!!!!...LOL On top of the stairsway is Chisholm Pothier. < Communication Aid to the Premier > There's two guys around the Premier - Chisholm and Tim Porter. Chisholm would let me chat with Bernard but Tim porter would always tell the Premier- Come on? Lets go!!!

WOULD ANYONE WISH TO COMMENT ON THIS ONE???

I really wish people would stop bashing the Irvings!

I used to work for them too & found all of them very easy to get along with & willing to work alongside you to get the job done. They spend long hours "out in the field" checking, loooking, suggesting etc. I know they control a loin this province, but where would this province be without them or the McCains? They both help people we have never heard of & you don't hear about it because they don't go about beating their own drum.
I worked there for ten years & have nothing but admiration for them.
Also many years ago, my father-in-law was in need of money. He approached K.C. Irving about buying some of his land (he didn't have much-3 acres). Mr. Irving bought 2 pieces, which could never have been used for anything, just to help him out. Ten years ago, they came to me and offered to sell it back (they knew I was interested). I got it for a very good price I think. My father-in-law was happy have the land back before he died.
These are business people after all, & they aren't in business to lose it all either. I have never known them to do a dirty deed to anyone. I don't understand why people are so against them. Can someone explain that to me please??

CHARLES IS IN A VERY AWKARD POSITION!!!

I opened a new email account because I have so many people on my list. For you people who received an email from oldmaison2@yahoo.ca?

Just send me a note and I’ll remove ya. I had a list from someone who sent me by mistakes all the names on his email list.

Just like a seagull? I goggled all the names. Many were not amuse but there’s no problem.

There’s no need to get excited? Just send me a note and you’re out of here! Hey? This Blog is beginning to make inroads.

Read this email that I just received this morning-

Hi Charles,

By the way, can you speak French ? If so, it would be interesting to have your Web page translated in both official languages of New Brunswick. I would also like to know more about you.

Heeeyyy???? Translate this blog site for all the angry Acadiens et Acadiennes for the northern part of the Province?

I believe this would be a great idea. What do you think??? I know for a true and certain fact that Ritalin is a huge major problem in the North Shore.

Anyway to spread the message!!!!!

This blog is getting a little out of control and it sure place Charles in a very AWKWARD position.

Last week, I heard many stories about T.J. Burke of the way he gave his speech!
Many MLA’S told me that he laughed at the politicians across the floor after he made a very good speech for a family who were evicted from their apartment.

I never saw it but someone showed me some pictures. Afterwards, a poor person told me that she seen the speech on television and she did mentioned the laughing part.

Another issue was Kelly Lambrock story of bringing down the Government. Yesterday a few politicians couldn’t understand the reason the media didn’t really look into this story?

I guess he promised to side with the Government while a Minister was absent because someone in her family is ill!

I remember a few days ago, I was asking the MLA’S for pictures but Kelly refuse.
Hey? Why take time for a picture with me if you can bring down the Government?????…lol…Lets not forget that he's one of a few who gave me an interview over the net. I like the guy and his style!

What I’m getting at is this?

I’m a blogger < many would call me other names???? > …lol… who’s fighting really hard to have the Government to do a study on the issue of Ritalin.

Mind you? I love a good story. These stories were told to me this week and in today’s papers? The Irving Reporters are writing about this issue.

Lets say that every instance I would hear a story and turn around ran to the public computer to write on a certain issue?

Wouldn’t I be making enemies from both side of the House???? Many people trust me with the views on issues. Hey? Off the record is definitely off the record!

I have enough enemies already and I’m just afraid that the Government will totally ignore the issue of Ritalin because I’m the guy who’s pushing the issue!

I said it in the past and I will say it again! This has nothing to do with me! It’s for the over 10,000 kids around this Province who are force to take this drug!

The poor 5 month pregnant woman is still sleeping outside and no one from Family Services have bothered to make an appearance.

Why is that now?

Is it because Charles wrote about it? Why do we bother to have Family Services in this Province?

How long would it take for someone from that Department to go out and chat with the girl?

I just don’t understand their reasoning? They tell me that there’s two sides to every story?

What’s the Government side? Should the unborn be protected? You tell me?

Ok…Excuse the grammar of this update because I’m late and my time is up at the Library! Have a good weekend. Bye bye!!!

SECOND P.C. MLA GRANTS CHARLES AN INTERVIEW!!!

Dear Mr Leblanc,

Sorry for the delay in my reply. Further to a conversation we had
this morning, I have enclosed the following answers to your questions,

The name of this P.C. MLA is Kirk MacDonald. Enjoy his answers!!!!!

1- Where are you from?

Beautiful downtown Stanley, deep in the hills of York County,in the heart of Mactaquac.

2- How long have you been an MLA?

I was nominated on Aug 21, 1998 and first elected on June 7, 1999. Soon I will have 6 years in, as MLA for the best riding in New Brunswick.

3- How old are ya????

I will turn 30, on Aug 7th 2005.

4- What are the most important issues in your riding?

Agriculture, Forestry, and Transportation are the areas that
Mactaquac residents ask me about most often.

5-Do you believe there's a problem with Ritalin in this Province? If the answer is yes? How do we confront this issue?

You have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.
Charles, I think you are approaching this matter in the right way. Keep
working with the ministers and standing up for what you believe in!

5a)In the past, I saw you making good long winded speech in the Legislature. Could it be possible that you have ADHD! You know? The centre of attention?..lol

Today you mentioned that I may have ADHD. This is news to me but I plan to have it checked out!

6)Do you believe there's a major problem with prescription drug on the streets?

Yes, I think it is a growing problem.

7-How would you handle the issue of Vlt's?

I don't care for VLT's and have never played one. While Government has done much to regulate gaming more can be done and I will continue to work with my fellow MLA's to further improve this situation.

8)Why don't Bernard Lord go out and face the protesters in front of the Legislature? Do you believe that Shawn Graham would be different?

If Shawn Graham lives a hundred years, he will never be 1/2 the leader that Bernard Lord is!

9)Do you think there will be a Provincial Election this year?

No!

10)What's your views on the Monopoly the Irvings have in the Newspapers business in this Province? Should New Brunswickers be concern?

As a Conservative, I bevieve in free enterprise. However, I also feel that competition is vital if our economy is to grow.

11)Are you going to re-offer?

Yes, if the good people of Mactaquac will have me.

12)Do you believe that the bureaucrats are running this province so therefore no political party can change the system. One reason would be that we only
have a population of 674,000 people? What do you think?

PREMIER BERNARD LORD HAD AN EASY RIDE!!!!

Yesterday was a very hectic day! Even for a person who suffers from ADHD < PROUD OF IT > it was very draining.

I met a guy and together we went around the City with a digital Camera! We must have taken close to 100 photos.

Pictures from the Premier of this Province to the poor homeless people on the streets!

These photos will appear in this blog during the next few weeks! We can’t paste all the photos at once because I have to write a comment under each one but keep an eye on this site for more news!

It’s not everyone who wanted their pictures taken with me. I wonder why?..lol…

While walking towards the Legislature, I notice T.J. Burke < Liberal MLA > coming out from the Legislature.

I told the photographer - I know T.J. is going to say no but out of politeness? I’ll ask the newly elected MLA for a picture?

As predicted T.J. denied my invitation but I didn’t really care anyway. It’s just for a souvenir.

T.J. hasn’t spoken to me since the time that I gave the guy a blast for distracting me while I was making a presentation to the Standing Committee.

Where’s the story?

Let me look if I can locate the darn update?

Here it is

Wed, 17 Nov 2004 06:09:15

Yesterday was the day of my presentation and I wasn’t impressed at all!

They transferred the room to the floor of the Legislature because they’re doing some fixing in the normal room!

This was the first time that I made a presentation to a Legislative Committee in 15 years.

I recalled giving a presentation for the need of a new Clean air act in 1991! The politicians listen to my little speech and as a matter of fact? Elvy Robichaud was in the opposition rank and I praised him because he fought for the New Brunswickers rights!

Look at him now? Today he’s the Minister and you know the rest…

I made my presentation about the need for a new clean air act and that was that!

This time around? I wasn’t nervous but it was different because they put you in the hallway and you cannot hear the person inside speaking before you!

During the old ways the people sat in the same room! I felt like someone waiting to go into a courtroom to hear my faith with a jury!

Once there? The Liberals were on my right and the P.C.’S on my left!

I began to speak and in the corner of my eye, I noticed T.J. Burke speaking in the ear of Mike Murphy.

Mike never said a word and T.J. just kept on yakking.

I must admit that this act really bothered me. The rest of the MLA’S listen closely but I couldn’t stop being distracted by T.J. whispering in Mike Murphy ear.

After 15 minutes, I told the newly elected MLA that he was bothering and distracting me???

He quickly answered- I know! I know it’s bugging ya! That’s the reason I’m doing it!!!

He looked up in the audience on many occasions to see if they were paying attention to what I was saying?

At the end, he did give me a comment and sort of said- We have known each other for over a year and we see you around the Legislature every day! He went on to give his own views on the dog issue!

I felt like he was telling the audience that I should be ignored because I’m not working and I hang around the Legislature.

My presentation came to an end and I was told by a few MLA’S that my presentation was good! I don't believe that I presented my facts in a good way because of the distraction! Hey? There's still the talk shows??

I believe they were just being polite but I quickly confronted T.J. Burke and told him that he should be taking his Ritalin!

I have since spoken to a few politicians about T.J. Burke attitude in the House and I guess that he always talk to people in his surrounding while the opposition gives out a speech!

I find this very very very ignorant!

I didn’t enjoy the way I made my presentation because I was distracted by this MLA?

In the past, I seen myself making a point in front of 1,000 people and they don’t bother me if people whispers to each other ears but in this case? It was right beside me!

There’s a place to joke around and play but the Legislature isn’t the place.

Students sits in the gallery and what do they see? A bunch of grown men speaking to each other while someone gives a speech!

If T.J. Burke wants some respect from his fellow MLA’S and the public?

He must first show respect to others!

No…I wasn’t nervous before my presentation but if I would have known T.J. Burke was going to act like this?

I would have to told the Chairman Jody Carr to put T.J. in his shoes right at the beginning!

That was the story and since I’m a fair minded individual?

Here was T.J.’s response-

Thu, 18 Nov 2004 09:03:24

Charles - you are unequivocally and undeniable falsifying what occurred yesterday. I spoke to Mr. Murphy during your interview only to clarify what you had said en francais. I did not have my
translation device on at that time. Also, you did not confront me about taking Ritalin. Since I do not require ritalin for any reason, medical or otherwise, I feel your suggestion that I take it is inflammatory and disrespectful to those who suffer from the medical diagnosis which requires the presecription. Certainly
Charles, respect is a two way street. I am more than disgusted at your false allegations and the way you chose to diseminate your one sided stories. I believe others are as well, that is why I have chosen to write back to you and defend not only my integrity and
respect for the legislature but the so many other individuals you so calously besmirch.

You know what? I’m the type who can dish it and also can take it but it’s not everyone who’s like me!

Of course, I bumped into A highly respected P.C. executive. Terry Andow and he also denied my request because he’s still upset of what I wrote about Bernard Lord staff denying me the right to call the Premier on a talk show a few weeks ago!

Hey? These people wishes to hold grudges? I really don’t care and will continue to speak out on issues that I don’t feel is right! C’est la vie!

WCIE wrote a piece on the pregnant girl yesterday with the pictures of evidence.

This morning, I was at the Cafeteria in the Legislature and I noticed Trevor Holder sitting down!

I asked Trevor if he saw the pictures of the pregnant woman on my blog site?

He told me that he didn’t!

Seconds later, a bureaucrat from Family Services quickly showed the pictures to the MLA and he added – There’s two side to every story?

Well? What’s the side of Family Services? How come they don’t go and chat with the girl? Doesn’t make any sense!

Ok..I was so exhausted last night that I didn’t bother phoning the talk show. I just laid back with a coffee and took notes of what issues were debated.

1-caller< Dalhousie > Nursing Home

2-Fredericton – Praise the Premier of the way she was treated in the hospital. She had Cancer and was taken care of after 7 months. Also the HST should be remove from her light bill and Gas is too high

3-Saint John- Nursing Home< Premier should join them for one day of work!

4-Campbellton- House should be able to be renovated? The Senior called office but never called hr back
5-Saint John -VLT’S by Tim Smith! Poor Tim, he called minutes before the break and read his letter that he sent to the premier. I did learn something? Bernard Lord reads his emails? He told the audience that he receives around 2,500 emails a day! Never once in his six years of being Premier have I had an email from the Premier. Frank McKenna used to reply to his emails all the time. But anyway, the premier told Tim after the break that VLT’S are here to stay because New Brunswickers voted to keep them!

6-Campbellton- Dialogises Machines for Kidneys.

7-Dalhousie- Home support workers for Seniors. Premier told the audience that he was going to follow up himself on that issue

8-Sussex Corner- Drug Program

9-Moncton- Environment < restaurant at parlee beach>

10-Grand Bay- Grade 11 student about Teacher’s strike

11- Bathurst- Home support Workers

12-Hillbororough- Not certain..lol..part time workers should get more money????

The Premier had an easy ride if you ask moi???? Mr. Volpe last week got slaughtered compare to the Premier and I wonder why? I predicted that he was going to receive many angry calls because he was on Rogers all week long telling the audience that he’ll be on Voice of the Province. I was 100% wrong on that one!!!

http://photos5.flickr.com/8754671_a65f0c7b2c_o.jpg

Charles 04_07_05 071

Yesterday, Mr.Volpe told me that he was going to appear on the French Talk show < Rogers >

I have a question? How come the French Talk Show isn’t showed in the Capital or Saint John?

I am certain that many Acadians would love to asked questions to the Finance Minister.

Ohhh??? By the way? The Lord Government almost fell yesterday and I should have known there was something going on because I asked Kelly Lambrock < MLA his interview with me is on this site > for a picture with me.

Anyway, I noticed that he had no time for a picture but he was all over the place. He walked in the Liberal building beside the Legislature, the Liberal building across the street and he even walked to the Legislature from behind the House.

He was all over the place and I wonder why?

Hours later, I found out the story. He was gathering all the Liberal MLA’s for a vote that could have bought down the Lord Government.

Here’s the story

Let's all work towards a greater good and produce a unified voice of the province.

Charles and I have been talking as to how best transform the current state of this site to something more useful and beneficial to the readers of this blog. We think we have a good idea...

We want to make this site more interactive and expand on its growing success by allowing the readers to create posts just as Charles does. I understand that many here are concerned not with everything Charles has to say as he contributes to many topics and issues but if you would like to have published a post that reflects your views and you believe it is suitable for this site then please by all means write, write and write. You can send any posts that you would like on this site to myself and Charles and we can work towards publishing them when you see fit.

I encourage all to comment as this site is not for Charles rather the concerns of individual New Brunswickers seeking to reveal the greatness and not; of this beautiful province. I have personally invited some current and past bloggers to contribute to unify the voice of many. Lets try and make this site get noticed and use this as a catalyst for reason and change in this province.

If you have any great ideas on how to spread the word or make this site more friendly please feel free to let us know.

Reagrds,
WCIE and Charles LeBlanc.

Everybody, I would like you to meet Joanne

Todays blog is all about Joanne. Charles just sent me these photo's. He apprently was just down at the soup kitchen to find out who has contacted her in regards to her current situation. You won't believe what happened...

Everybody meet Joanne

To our dismay, not only has noone from Family Service NB contacted her... The space she now sleeps in, as can be seen from the photo above has been sealed tight with bolts and screws. The sad thing is, is that her belongings are inside including medication that Joanne needs. She is now sleeping outside the kitchen on the steps under mounds of blankets to keep warm. When will it stop?

The Fredericton Community Soup Kitchen

You know, its funny how people react to situations and act when they shouldn't... Instead of repairing the board now that they realize she is living there to protect her from the elements, why not wait until she has gotten the needed help and then repair the stairs once she is not using it. She has been under there for 4 months and they only repair the stairs now that she has created some attention. I wish some people would think before they act.

Someone contacted family services last monday to bring this situation to their attention and they told the caller that since there was no child involved it really isn't their problem. Huh? I think sleeping with Rats and Mice in my opinion can't be good for the health of the mother and her unborn child. I hope they act quick because now she has no shelter either. Anyways, here is a picture of her pregnant belly...

Joanne is five months pregnant

TIM SMITH EMAILS A LETTER TO PREMIER BERNARD LORD!!!!

Mr.Lord? It is with great sadness and disappointment that I am writing you this evening.

I cannot believe after going on four months of almost non-stop media exposure.

The awareness of the ills facing this Province and the Maritimes as a whole with the out of control VLT gambling problems?

Also the many suicides plus other levels of despair associated with this addiction that you have not made even the smallest attempt as the leader of this province to step forward with good face to present any type of implementation to ease this burden on the population.

Yet the public and myself have been told by at least three of your own Ministers that the suggestions put forward to ease this crises were and I quote (VERY REASONABLE)!!!!!!!

Other Maritime Provinces have listened to their people’s concerns and
have acted appropriately and have now given their plan of action to such
Legislation as to the concerns voiced within and yet you have not spoken
to a single reporter or newspaper either way other than the one liner you gave on opening day of the house to say ( Well the people want them for entertainment )

Well I must say for you to basically say that you find it entertaining to watch people die from an addiction that you have control over pretty well tells us as voters where your morals and principles lies.

I think that you should go to Nova Scotia and ask John Hamm if you
might sit in on how the legislature is properly run?

By the people!!!!!!!!!!!

With which you shouldn't find fault with his ideas as the governing
party is the Conservative Party and also you might also do well to include a few lessons from him on public relations with the people of which you govern.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how you see leading this Province with the arrogance and blatant disregard for any concerns but your own will ever bring you any further then this point in time.

As I've started to clarify how the wheels of government turn I can only see total disappointment in the remembrance of your time spent as Premier of the Province of New Brunswick because you do not take into account the will of the people with which you lead.

Everything I hear about you is full of
negativity and suppression!

It's like you carry the largest black cloud over this Province that it has ever seen in at least a hundred years.

According to the what the public are saying lately ABOUT YOU???

You are all but on your way out of office at first chance from just about every interest group of every kind.

I seriously feel demoralized because when you first came into the light as this great new leader and savour of the people I will admit that I was one who bought into that dream but mistakes were made and bridges were crossed but never again will I be known as a gullible citizen of New Brunswick because you have made absolutely sure that we will never forget what can happen to us if someone like you works there way into office through manipulative manoeuvres.

When I went to Fredericton to bring awareness to the public on what
was really happening to the people of this Province over this issue?

They told me I might as well die on your front step because you would not
do anything that would cost you one dollar regardless of lost lives or
not!!!!

I defended you every single time these remarks were made to me
and to the response was – You’re going to see what it's like to eat those very words!

You obviously do not know who it is you have come here to see the premier is not the type of person you think he is.

DO YOU WISH TO TALK TO THE PREMIER? CALL TONIGHT < THURSDAY > AT 8:00PM- 1-866-414-3628!!!!!

Tomorrow, I have some plans so therefore there will be no updates from yours truly! Are you happy???
Anyway, Thursday evening at 8:00pm. Bernard Lord will be a guest on Voice of the Province.
This is a show on Rogers. Many of you don’t have cable so therefore you cannot watch the show.
I’ll give you the toll free number so you can phone the Premier. The toll free number is- 1-866-414-3628!!!!
You better call sharp at 8:00pm because it’s going to be a busy period. Myself? I don’t believe that I’ll phone because it’s a waste of time but a person never knows!

What don't the Irvings own?

It really probably is a shorter list of what Irving doesn't own in the provinces of New Brunswick, P.E.I. and Nova Scotia but for those of you interested in knowing the Irvings cold reach into our society have a look at this list. I may even be currently working for one of these businesses...

PROTESTERS CANNOT LOCATE A LAWYER TO CONFRONT THE IRVINGS!!!!

This is indeed a sad day for many people in New Brunswick especially in the area of Memramcook and Shediac.

It was exactly one year ago this morning that Remi Cormier was hit and killed by a school bus in Cap Bimet!

I personally know this Family and my prayers are with them on this sad day!

Hey? Guess what?

Today is also Saint Andrew Day! I noticed the Scottish Flag flying at half mast in front of the Legislature. I am half Scottish < That’s my problem not ADHD…LOL… > therefore we all know there’s nothing more stubborn that a darn Scotsman!

Last night while entering the Soup Kitchen, I noticed the 5 months old woman had all her belongings on the ground.

My God? She had a lot of stuff in there!

It reminded me of my protest in front of the Legislature. The Sergeant At Arms couldn’t believe that I had so much junk????

Hey? You live in a tent for six months? People are going to come by with items such as Blankets, t-shirts and other things!

I confronted a few people about the issue of the poor girl

Shawn Graham- Liberal

Roly McIntyre- Liberal

Kevin Price-Bureaucrat

ChisHolm Pothier < aide to Premier Lord >

Milt Sherwood < P.C. MLA >

Two other bureaucrats

This morning while leaving the Library, I told Chisholm Pothier of the poor girl!

Seconds later in front of me were all these Irving reporters and other media personal asking me to move over so they could film the Premier leaving the floor of the Legislature.

I answered- What do you think I am? A media Hound???

A few Irving reporters quickly said- Yes you are!!!

Oh well? C’est la vie!...lol…

They had their interview with Bernard Lord while I was sitting on a nice sofa! I could only stay in that atmosphere for a few minutes.

Hey? How come the Blogger cannot asked questions to the Premier?

Of course, I could have waited in the background until he was done and confront him on the issue of the pregnant woman but I already told his aide Chisholm Pothier and I was told by a bureaucrat that someone from Family Services will go down there and chat with the girl!

Hey? I said it in the past and I will say it again! I really don’t care where the girl sleeps?

I do care for the unborn child! The unborns in this province should be protected at any cost so lets see what’s going to happen???

As of last evening? No one from the Government approach her for support! Stay tune!!!

I just receive an email from my favourite Priest and he’s ok!

Speaking of Religion? You know something?

There’s another issue that bothered me in the past and I droved my Priest crazy on a few occasions with my many questions.

I’ll try to explain my views on this issue-

1,200 years before Jesus came Moise!

1,000 years before Jesus came David

2,005 years ago Jesus was born!

It’s been around 2,000 years since we saw a true person popping out from nowhere doing huge Miracles????

You know something? What do you believe would happen if Pope John Paul showed up in the Blue Skies of Rome and told everyone – Not to mourn because he’s with God!!!

Can you imagine what would happen afterwards?????

I mean with the media, internet and proof and that there’s life after death????

My God? It sure would change many people attitude in this world!

It would be such a strong message that the Irvings would run from the Golden Ball in Saint John and shower the public with money!

But seriously think about it? Millions of people are waiting 10 to 20 hours in line to pay their respect to the Pope < 1 to 2 minute >

You would believe that this large amount of believers would attract some attention from above?

Oh well? Faith is stronger than seeing so I guess we will continue the way of believing in God!

Ok…What am I??? Born again? Change the subject Charlie!

I heard that many poor families are planning to set up a tent City in front of the Legislature during the next few months so lets see what’s going to happen on that issue?

Speaking of protesters? Remember this protest? Go to

CharlesBlog

and stroll down to picture number#15!

Bonnie O’Dea was in court last Friday and I was there. She was represented by two individuals who were not lawyers. She told the court that Legal Aid will not give her a lawyer so therefore she only has faith on the guy who was supposed to represent her.

It’s a long story and I was taking notes.

Some issue caught my eye while I was listening to the debate?

There was a tiny police female officer sitting beside me with a huge revolver on her side! My mind went back to Atlanta Georgia where the guy grab the weapon and shot the judge!

I said to myself? Shouldn't the officers be a large Male? What would happen if someone went nuts in the court room???

The only police officers presents were two tiny females! Hey? This is New Brunswick!!! We’re not supposed to think this way!

Anyway, the Judge denied the individual to represent Bonnie so they adjourned the court for a quick meeting so the protesters could go to Plan B!

I followed them outside and there were another guy who was making fun of the decision of the Judge!

The two individuals and Bonnie teamed up outside and asked me if they could have their meeting in private?

No problem!!!! All I wanted to do is stand there keep my mouth shut < I KNOW IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE BUT I CAN DO IT!!..LOL > and learn how these protesters are going to fight the Justice system without proper legal lawyers?

I told them it was ok and I went home! I wonder what happened? It sure would have been nice to share this story with the readers! Oh well? C’est la vie!!!!

Speaking of lawyers? The fishermen in the Red Head area got together and collected $6,000 for a lawyer so they could fight the Irvings!

The LNG issue is still in the minds of many people! The local talk show CFBC has many angry callers about this issue! The issue of LNG don’t seem to go away!!!

Guess what? They couldn’t find a lawyer in Saint John to take their case!

They finally located a lawyer in Fredericton and he told the fighters that it would take at least $100,000 just for a start to fight the Irving Empire!

Sure reminds me of Mr.Burns on the Simpsons!

I remember my case with the Irvings! Those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission told me to bring them in court!

I read in the Irving paper that a lawyer preached to the students about discrimination and racism in the workplace!

I said- Hey? HE’S THE GUY THAT I WANT TO CHAT WITH!

I had the lawyer on the phone and the minute that I mentioned- IRVING????

He quickly hung up the phone! Very scary stuff!

The Irvings have control of the lawyers and it’s all part of the Final Solution!

Too bad so sad!!!

Sh@t!!!! OVER 1,200 WORDS ALREADY????

Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information highway!!!!

BY THE WAY???? Someone sent me the link of the Federal sponsorship debate in Ottawa but if I pasted the link in this Blog? Could I be in trouble?????? Let me know…

Bye bye

LORD GOVERNMENT WON'T GIVE WIFE TIME TO MOURN?????

Hi Charlie,

I have another unbelievable story which just took place this week which is another reflection of this Government and what they are all about.

A man that I know died on Saturday (April 2,2005) in Saint John of a brain
tumor.

His wife received a bill fromt he government yesterday April 6, 2005 stating the amout of money that her husband owed and that if she did not pay it in full they are going to take her home and any other asset that they have.

She is not well herself, she has parkinson disease, a very serious heart condition as well as many other medical problems.

I wanted you to share this with your readers so they know just how they treat
the every day person who pays for EVERYTHING in this Province. I think that they should stop supporting the Billionaire Irvings and get back to the real world.

I think if he owed money they could of made arrangements for payments to be made not the treat 4 days after her husband died to take everything that they have ever owned. Everyone deserves mourning time Mr Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
